Good location, average expereince

Good location next to Arribat Center, We stayed in the family room for 4 on the 1st floor. Beds were comfortable! True that they will not give you more than 2 towels, and not even any small towels or washcloths. Better to bring your own! From the description, I assumed breakfast was a paid buffet option next door, but it was a la carte from the menu in the room. Front desk were nice enough, just different from Western expectations. Thanks for storing our huge bags!

The hotel was in a decent location, not super far away from the tram line. The apartment is big enough, with many facilities included. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had some problems with the shower - the shower door does not stop the water - and the balcony door - does not fully close. There are also not enough hangers in the closet. Other than these, it served its purpose.

Overall, the stay was good. The apartment was comfortable, and Karima was helpful—she explained everything clearly to us. However, one thing I didn’t like was the additional tourist tax of 43 MAD per person, per day, regardless of whether it’s an adult or a child. I understand it’s a city policy, but honestly, if I had known about this extra cost upfront, I wouldn’t have booked the place. Transparency about these charges before booking would have been appreciated

The overall stay was OK, however it appears there is one rule for tourists and one rule for Moroccon guests. We landed early at 10am, check in is at 3pm. We had previously contacted the hotel requesting an early check in. We were told if the room was clean they would do their best to accommodate the same. We were eventually allowed to check in at 2pm. However during our stay it was apparent that the hotel was half empty and most apartments were ready for the next guests in any event. We did witness a Moroccan family being able to check in at 11am which was the same time we arrived but was refused. In addition we booked through Expedia and our receipt showed that we needed to pay £15.00 city tax. This was for two people for 7 nights and what we would expect. The hotel charged as £3.50 per person per night which came to approximately £50. Expedia nor the hotel did anything about this discrepancy even though we had receipts as proof. Our room was cleaned only once during our stay and the bed sheets were not changed when the room was cleaned. I know this as our sheets had a hole in them. Teabags were not replenished. Toilet roll was but you had to ask for it. The area was noisy with certain guests playing music all night. It is a shame this hotel let itself down as the apartment itself was adequate.

Das Hotel liegt etwas unscheinbar in einer Nebenstraße. Fußläufig erreichbar sind ein Einkaufszentrum, ein Supermarkt, die Bahnstationen, Restaurants und Bistros. Der Eingang und Empfang sind klein. Die Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig. Frühstück gibt es in einem zugehörigen Hotel.

Very poor experience

They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening.

Très agreable et très bien situé, en plein coeur de Rabat, avec tout à proximité. Le personnel est tres chaleureux et disponible. L'hébergement est calme et très propre. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Personnel pas agréable, hormis l agent de propreté Tarif des taxes par nuit et par personne ne correspond pas a ce qui est mentionné sur Hotels.com, ce dernier est mutiliplié par 4 a la réception et les bebes doivent egalement payer

Idéalement situé, propreté, confort et qualité des équipements. Mention toute spéciale aux deux dames de l’accueil Yasmine et Karima qui ont été adorables, très professionnelles et attentives à notre bien être, et surtout à l’écoute de tous nos besoins. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement et le conseillons vivement !

El lugar esta bien ubicado, la zona es segura, pero tuve malas experiencias, primero me dieron una habitación que no era la que reserve, ya que la opción que elegí era con lavadora, al momento de comentarles me molesto mucho que según no entendían ni el inglés, se uso el traductor y solo me dijo que era lo que tenía, que no había más habitaciones, siendo que vi una habitación como la que reserve sola frente a la primera que me dieron, le mostré mi reserva y vino otra persona que me dijo que me ofrecía otra habitación pero con cama más pequeña y el lugar más pequeño, faltaban toallas y se hacían las que no entendían ni con ingles, ni con traductor, pero me di cuenta que si entendían cuando les comenté algo frente a un hombre que estaba ahí y de manera inmedita contestaron. Si a uds eso no les importa eso pueden elegirlo

Mauvaise expérience....les draps n'ont pas été changés avant notre arrivée (poils et cheveux visibles sur les draps)...j'ai réclamé à la réception ils m'ont remis des housses de couette mais pas de drap housse et les taie d'oreiller étaient carré alors que les oreillers étaient rectangle.... déçue de me retrouver à refaire les lits moi même....ce n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que j'attends d'un hôtel où le minimum requis est d'avoir des draps propres surtout pour le prix payé.... Sinon le reste de la chambre était correct mais bruyant car chambre au-dessus d'un club privé mettant la musique à fond jusque 23h30 et mauvaise isolation entre les chambres , on entend l'eau coulé de la douche d'à côté.

Everything was smooth from the check-in to the check-out. The staff are amazing, especially Othman at the reception. The location is also convenient and lie within a walking distance of Rabat Agdal train station.

When I opened the door of my room, I wasn’t expecting that big of space. It qas very nice, clean and comfy.

Tres bon accueil , personnel serviable et souriant ravie de mon sejour. Belle endroit pour se reposer et dormir. Quartier accessible a toutes sortes de restaurant culture et supermarche. Je recommande cette hotel pour un sejour agreable et decouvrir rabat facilement.

Jag älskade bostaden och människorna som arbetar i receptionen var väldigt trevliga. Bostaden ligger nära den stora mall center 1 km nära boende lägger mattaffärer kommer inte att behöva en bil. Bostaden har tvättmaskin, ugn, kylskåp, varmvattenberedare, och kaffebryggare.

Lit confortable, mais isolation nulle, on vit avec les voisins et leur musique. et impossible de repartir de l'établissement avec une facture ! 6 jours pour l'avoir en appelant tous les jours.... pour une question de tampon! A ne pas recommander

It was okay

En arrivant j’ai très bien été accueillie, Karima est très chaleureuse et professionnelle, elle est toujours souriante et très à l’écoute des clients. La résidence est bien située. Malgré l’interdiction de fumer il y avait toujours l’odeur de la cigarette dans le couloir de l’étage et ce n’est vraiment pas agréable. Au moment du départ la personne à la réception était très froide et indifférente, je m’attendais à ce que l’on me demande si tout s’est bien passé, un bon retour chez moi et souhaiter me revoir mais rien de tout ça n’a été dit. Malgré tout je suis satisfaite de mon séjour et il est possible que je le recommande à mes amis.

Drains (shower/kitchen) clogged, no soap, do drying clothes in the kitchen, no hairdryer, got a iron (no ironing board) after multiple calls, tv-no service, had to chase towels...room was never made up or towel changed. Over promising in adds.

Notre hôte était merveilleux. Accueillant et si gentil. L"endroit est très propre et avec une ambiance si chaleureuse. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci beaucoup de votre accueil.

Hotel near rail

A good hotel close to train station and some stores. Not to close to the tourist centre but a 30 minute walk if required. Reception staff are very friendly and gave me directions as requested.

Oui excellent service

Modern big room that isn't falling apart, with a balcony. Area is quiet and close to the train station. Not a walkable distance to Medina for majority of people, but was OK for us (40 min) Washing machine was a big bonus. We needed a break from all those dars and riads in our trip to Morocco and this place met our expectations

This is a clean and well located property in Agdal. Easily accessible to all business and touristic services. The front desk was very helpful. Specially Karima. The noise level is as expected in big cities. I would only recommend it to be smoke free.

Liked: Extremely convenient location, great value for money, very clean, solo female travel friendly Dislike: It was loud outside, staff was not very accommodating for taxi booking, thermostat setting and for getting extra towels

It was one night, i enjoyed eveything, room was so clean, staff was very helpful, TV is smart you can enjoy netflix youtube, TGV about 10 minutes walk and there is many resturant around .

Clean, quiet & very nice room. Karima at the front desk is amazing & super helpful with any questions or requests you ask! I would definitely recommend it and will come back again to this place!!!

Good value for money

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue were that on exiting the lift on the 4th floor there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Probably from guests using the balcony even though this was a No Smoking area.

Modern facility but bare minimum service

Quick overnight stay since we thought it’s near the train station. Even though the place was empty, reception won’t let you check in by 12noon. We left our luggage and returned by 2:45pm to find no one at the reception. We waited for another 15min till someone came to give us the key. When we got to the room there were flies and insects inside. It’s a pity that they do not maintain the place. The room was modern and well equipped.

Communication was excellent. Our flight was delayed, we got in at one in the morning. They sent shuttle and welcomed us. Excellent service

I stayed for 2 weeks and i must say i am really glad i chose this place . The building is brand new and the room is really clean . I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. The customer service is great and i thank ahmed and yasmine for helping me with any questions i had on my trip. Wifi was working the whole time I was there and the facility is near all the restaurant and close to the medina. Overall this place was great and i will be coming again . Thanks!
