Dégradation totale des chambres j’ai pris une chambre avec un grand lit double mais ils ont mis deux lits séparés et les couvrir comme un grand lit ce qui a donné une catastrophe dont on peut pas dormir confortablement ainsi que les serviettes déchirés le peignoir déchiré aussi

I had a very pleasant stay back in June. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to Abdelhadi and the reception team. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Room service was exceptionally quick, and the cleaning and security teams were excellent. A special thank you to Tariq, who somehow managed to find me a table on such a busy night when Morocco played Brazil! Great atmosphere and entertainment.

Friends reception, restaurant and breakfast staff

Security staff , kept asking me if I am Pakistan origin , I explained that I am Indian, not an issue fir me after which , I was grabbed by my r shirt and almost assaulted. Kept saying Pakistan which hotel you staying , During my stay, I was asked to produce my room key everywhere . Others walked in with no problem. I was staying for three nights on my own with no guests visiting. It’s clear they have had a problem with a particular country. I do not think it was personal.

La configuration des lieux.

Notre chambre côté piscine (qui n'est hélas pas utilisée en tant que piscine!?) avec des fêtards et une musique trop forte jusqu'au petit matin. Lieu bruyant, fatiguant et parfois mal fréquenté "Hôtel pour adultes"... et casino jouxtant l'hôtel. Vraiment tout sauf reposant

From the receptionist to the cleaning staff they all was amazing. Mohammed at the counter and Marwan on the night shift pool side service was great always smiling and an amazing service provided overall.

I think it would be great if the actual night shift had more then one person running around as it becomes timely just as ordering a simple beverage overall the service was great just it seems as if they night shift staff could be added to for faster hotel service.

Brilliant and 100% Returning

From the day we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A few people really deserve special recognition. The young guy who served us breakfast with the glasses every morning all week was an absolute asset to the hotel. The lifeguard was lovely, and the DJ was not only super talented at what he does, but kept the energy up even when it was literally just me and my friend in the pool, basically a private DJ set. And last but definitely not least, Hicham, the floor manager in the bar, was fantastic. Honestly, the staff were amazing. Considering half of our stay was during Ramadan, they all worked incredibly hard to make sure we felt looked after. A few other things worth noting: the restaurant prices were very reasonable compared to the rest of the city, and the food was great. There is also a shop right next door where you can buy cigarettes, snacks, and water, so if you want a lazy holiday where you barely leave the hotel, that is totally an option. Yes, it is loud until around 2am, but the windows are modern and very soundproof, so we did not have any issues with noise.

The only thing that put a damper on an otherwise amazing stay was our checkout experience. We had requested a late checkout the day before, and the receptionist on the night shift told us we could stay until 2pm and that she would do it for free. We were more than happy to pay, so that was never the issue. What was frustrating was that the following morning, on the 22nd, the woman at reception started banging on our door at 1pm while I was naked, then kept me at the door shouting that she had already given us one extra hour and that we needed to leave immediately. As two people who both work in hotels, we completely understand that rooms need to be turned over, especially if the hotel is fully booked. But in that case, do not offer a 2pm checkout if you actually need guests out by 12. We would have understood if that had been communicated properly. Instead, we were rushed out so suddenly that neither of us had time to shower or wash our hair before travelling home, meaning we were stuck on a long journey and early-hours flight covered in chlorine from the pool. It made for a very uncomfortable and itchy trip home. It was disappointing because this was the only negative part of an otherwise brilliant stay. Perhaps the receptionist on duty that morning could benefit from some further training in communication and guest handling. Aside from that, kudos to the team, the staff overall were wonderful, and we had a really lovely time.

Ce qui était le moins agréable était le bruit, les chambres ne sont pas équipées de double vitrage. On entend la musique comme si nous étions avec les fenêtres grandes ouvertes !

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mabrouk in Agadir and overall it was a great experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops, cafes, and not too far from the beach, which made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, they made sure everything was comfortable and smooth. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, they responded politely and professionally. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the bed was comfortable, which helped me rest well after long days out in the city. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. I also appreciated the good value for money. For the price, the services and comfort provided were more than satisfactory. It’s a simple but honest hotel that delivers what it promises. Overall, I am happy with my stay at Hotel Mabrouk and would recommend it to anyone visiting Agadir, especially travelers looking for a clean, affordable, and friendly place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel tax was 35 DH. I paid 50 DH at reception and didn’t get my 15 DH change back, but it’s okay 😂 I’ll take it as my luck.

Le.bruit, si comme si tu dort dans une boite de nuit. La musique toute la nuit jusqu'à 7h du matin. Déconseillé pour les familles et pour les gens qui veulent se reposer.

Mauavise experience

J’ai passé une mauvaise expérience dans cet hotel, le volume de la musique est extrêmement fort dans la piscine empêcher de se reposer dans la chambre jusqu’à 1h30 la nuit. La clientèle est irrespectueuse de cet hotel et produisait des nuisances sonores pendant toute la soirée. Après avoir appelé la réception 3 fois, aucune solution n’a été faite pour inciter les autres voyageurs a baisser le son. Les hurlements et cries dans les couloirs et bruits des boites de nuits d’a côté ont rendu le séjour une catastrophe. Malgré le changement de la chambre par l’établissement, on avait droit au même comportement des clients sans aucune action de remise d’ordre par la direction. On était obligé de finir notre séjour dignement ailleurs. La chambre était propre mais porte des traces de brûlure des chicha par terre. Le petit déjeuner étais très basique et ne valait pas le prix de la chambre. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel (ou plutôt boite de nuit) et le rapport qualité prix est extrêmement exagéré.

Très bon séjour, logement propre et bien situé , tout était parfait.
