A luxury stay in Rabat

We have stayed here twice now. It’s a beautiful period building in the Moroccan style which is very well situated for all activities and attractions. The staff are always very welcoming and attentive.

Bonjour le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute du guest . Spa, réception ( Amine) voiturier , housekeeping, ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel. C’est un vrai Palace avec toutes les attentes de mon côté .la cuisine des restaurants est à la hauteur de l’établissent .

Séjour très sympathique ! Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et les chambres sont agréables. Les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine permettent d'en profiter après de longues journées de marche à Rabat, ce qui est très appréciable. Un grand merci également pour le surclassement de notre chambre. Nous avions initialement une chambre avec vue sur la rue, et avons eu la belle surprise d'être surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur le jardin. Une attention qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable !

Le palace est très joli, avec des chambres bien entretenues. De plus, le palace est bien situé. Que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou du côté des femmes de ménage, tout le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Et les plats au restaurant international étaient parfaits, et il y avait du choix au buffet du petit-déjeuner.

Il manque juste un peu d’ambiance le soir.

Had a light lunch at hotel on arrival. Big mistake. Very mediocre quality and grossly overpriced. Would caution against.

Very nice hotel, close to everything

The hotel is beautiful, insight and outside. Very well positioned to visit the interesting places of Rabat. The room and the food were great but be careful, the prices are equivalent to Swiss prices (I come from Switzerland, I can compare). Staff and reception are very friendly and competent.

The buffet at breakfast was a bit under average from what I experienced in the various palaces I staid. The toilets close to the bath with a glassdoor, so much for the privacy. The fact that the reception cannot book a taxi for you, it is again their policy. But they "offer" a private transfert at the cost of 500MAD. To note, we found a private transfert for half this price.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un établissement d’exception. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’élégance et le charme de l’hôtel, qui allie parfaitement le patrimoine marocain au confort moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et impeccablement entretenues. Mais ce qui fait réellement la différence, c’est la qualité du service. Tout le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, attentif, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. On se sent accueilli avec une véritable hospitalité marocaine.

Tout était parfait ! L’hébergement était impeccable, très propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’accueil a été chaleureux, les hôtes étaient disponibles, réactifs et très sympathiques. L’emplacement est idéal et correspond parfaitement à la description. Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation.

Rien à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé. Je n’ai rencontré aucun problème durant mon séjour.

The staff were incredibly caring and looked after my sister who was having a tough time and attended a funeral. They made an effort to make her stay comfortable. The facilities were also beautiful and clean.

Les lieux (une déco alliant parfaitement tradition et modernité), l’accueil, l’extrême gentillesse des hôtes qui veillent particulièrement à votre bien-être. La direction, la réception, le voiturier, la femme de ménage, le personnel dans leurs 3 restaurants (aux saveurs très fines),… tout le monde est au petit soin pour vous. Ils mettent du cœur à vous offrir un séjour exceptionnel. Merci Meryem, Ismaël, Hassan,…

L’accueil le sourire et la disponibilité de tout le personnel du portier à la femme de chambre en passant par la réception et les serveurs au restaurant. Je reviendrai c’est certain nous avons passé une nuit et avons profité de la piscine et aussi du hammam. Merci pour l’accueil et pour le service personnalisé de la réception et du guest manager Adil à notre arrivée merci aux portiers et au personnel du spa aussi. Nous avons mangé le midi et le soir au restaurant avec mes deux enfants et la cuisine était raffinée et mes enfants ont super bien mangés. La chambre était propre agréable et nous avons eu de belles fleurs à notre arrivée dans la chambre, une gouvernante avec un service de qualité. La réception s’est chargée de nous réserver un taxi pour notre départ le lendemain à l’aéroport, le chauffeur était en avance et nous a conduit à l’aéroport avec le sourire et une belle convivialité. Tout le personnel était au top. Merci à tous et à très bientôt

The property was beautiful. The rooms were exceptional with a seated area as well as the bed and a desk. The bathing facilities were up-to-date and well maintained the staff was phenomenal. There were multiple restaurants on site as well as a pool and a spa. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Tour Hassan Palace in Rabat. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome from the manager, Miriam. She immediately made us feel comfortable and truly cared for. We were even surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made our stay extra special. During our stay, we were spoiled with delicious treats and every single day the staff kindly asked if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. That personal attention really meant a lot to us. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, including the team at breakfast. The breakfast itself had a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh and well prepared. What makes this hotel special is not only the comfort and service, but also the atmosphere the staff creates. They make you feel genuinely welcome, almost like family. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rabat.

The pool area is really nice and very well maintained. The rooms are nice enough.

It was often hard to find a waiter / waitress when around the restaurant or pool area. The checkout process was too slow.

From reception to housekeeping, restaurant, and pool service, everyone made us feel really looked after throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel with outstanding service — I’d recommend it 100%.

The hotel itself is classy but room rates not worth $300/night.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel restaurants because the prices were somewhat expensive (350mad p/p).

Booked 3 nights stay at this hotel. Check in process was terrible. Arrived just after 2pm hoping for an early check in for perhaps 2.30pm to 2.45pm. Instead, only received room keys at about 3.45pm. Also, room booked was for city view. Turns out that city view overlooks dirt field and also overlooking back of residential buildings with ugly washing lines and roof top antennas.

Overpriced, under par breakfast and disturbed by housekeepers several times
