this hotel is OK, if you are staying for just one night

Center location, so walk to all interested sites, plenty of shops and restaurants, no issues with shopping and food and very safe

Although this hotel was in the middle of Medina but hard to locate as it is in very narrow street and also you have carry your luggage for around 1 km. Shower was leaking, so I ask them for spare shower and hose and replaced myself and also issue with hot water supply.

Sommaire mais efficace et bien placé, séjour pour une nuit uniquement. Les lits sont propres et confortables. L'emplacement est central et une fois les fenêtres fermées pas si bruyant. Jolie vue !

Było brudno - szczególnie pościel. Obsługa bardzo niesympatyczna, zapytałem czy możemy dostać dodatkowe koce, ponieważ noc miała być zimna, Pan odmówił.

Ne pas pouvoir aller en voiture jusqu'à l'hôtel. Devoir payer un parking public en dehors de la ville, ce qui rajoute au coût du séjour. La gestion d'un groupe de touristes anglophones vers minuit très bruyant. Le personnel aurait dû intervenir pour les calmer.

Nice and cozy room, locate within the Medina, but off the main market street: so quiet. Clean and the hots is accommodating.

The internet (free) sometimes is unstable.

Old but full of character

Very central. As the name implies. Couer de Mogador. It is in the heart of the medina, close to all attractions. Old as it may be, it does have character. Housed in a quaint and somewhat ancient 4 storey building. The flooring was intricate mosaic work. It probably was the original tiles from aeons ago. I was lucky enough to get a corner room on the top most floor with a window that offers a view of the old souk. Mind you, some rooms have no windows. Yes it is noisy, but it is a market place after all. All in all, quite enjoyable.

The wifi was dodgy at times. Water pressure can also be quite low.

La ubicación es genial, aunque si no te fijas en el cartel de la calle, no se ve a simple vista. La chica que recepciona durante el día muy simpatica y agradable. Al precio pagado la habitación estaba bien.

La ducha un tanto extraña al mismo nivel del suelo del baño, y pensaba que no había agua caliente, hasta que ya casi decidida a ducharme con el agua fría comenzo a calentarse al de un buen rato. Aún así conseguí ducharme :)

Good for the price for a short stay in Essaouira

The lady at the reception was nice and allowed us to keep our baggages at the reception after our check out. The position is right in the centre of Medina but despite that the room was quiet during night.

Unfortunately the guest in next bedroom was smoking all the time and the smoke came to our room. Nobody cared or said anything. The bathroom is very small and almost no space to shower.

Good value.

Le logement est simple à trouver même s'il est dans une petite rue de la médina. Le personnel est très gentil, arrangeant et tout est trop bien. L'emplacement est parfait.

La douche est petite mais sinon rien à redire. Trop bien.

Tout, emplacement idéal dans la medina, personnel tres sympa et souriant, wifi, pas de luxe mais l’essentiel y est.

Einfacher marokkanischer Standard in guter Lage

Die Lage, leicht zu finden, freundlicher Inhaber.

Dass man für 15 Euro pro Nacht nicht viel erwarten kann, ist klar. Nicht klar ist, warum einfachste Reparaturen nicht vorgenommen werden. Mit dem Toilettensitz fällt man um, wenn man nicht aufpasst, eine Steckdose funktioniert nicht, ein Lichtschalter hängt halb aus der Wand und man bewegt sich eher im Dunkeln, da es kein vernünftiges helles Licht gibt.. Die Dusche....naja, man muss ja nicht jeden Tag duschen. Und zu viel Internet ist gar nicht gut, deshalb hakt es permanent oder fällt aus.

Nejkrásnější pokoj, který jsme v Maroku měli. Krásný, čistý, komfortní. Výhled z okna do starého města byl nádherný.

l'hotel est idéalement situé en pleine médina facile d'accés.

j'ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet hotel j'ai été très déçu du manque d'entretien , tout est devenu vétuste et mème dangereux (électricité). il n'y a plus de personnel qui parle Français peu d'intérét pour la clientèle !

A damp hotel with mould all over the walls. Old furniture and dark rooms. Alright for camping or hippies. I would not recommend it.

Qu'il vous garde vos carte d'identité en garantie..mais cela pose problème au moment d'un contrôle inopinée des autorités..il faut faire une photo où une copie ..

Notre expérience n'a pas été très bonne.

Tout d'abord, nous ne sommes pas très exigeants. Mais, la chambre était sale, la salle d'eau aussi. Il y avait plein de grands cheveux et des fuites d'eau. Le lit était des plus inconfortables, et un peu humide. Nous avons dû refaire le lit à l'arrivée, car le drap de dessus n'était pas du tout centré. L'hôtel nous a semblé très bruyant, intérieur et extérieur. Vers minuit l'extérieur se calme, mais pas le veilleur de nuit, qui met la télé, qui parle fort... bref, 2 nuits hachées.

L'hôtel s'est fortement dégradé depuis mon dernier passage. Plus d'accueil en Français Salle télé occupée par des 🚲 et un personnel indifférent jusqu'au check out Abattant de toilette cassé Lampe de chevet hs fil cassé et dénudé. Matelas mousse inconfortable. Pas d'armoire. Douche ou rien n'est prévu pour poser les vêtements ou accrocher les serviettes, très exigue... porte qu'on ne peut fermer.

La stanza da me prenotata doveva essere di 16 m quadrati mentre era soltanto di 7 metri quadrati. Rumorosa sia di giorno che di notte, schiamazzi da dentro, musica ad alto volume da fuori, stanzetta sporca e angusta con finestra che non chiude bene. Doccia con attacco per la doccia rotto. Asciugamani sintetiche. Non svuotavano mai i cestini che si lasciavano fuori la porta. Personale non simpatico e per niente disponibile!

The window has a broken handle, it wasn't very comfortable. It is also a pity that I had to go out to the nearest hanout for soap.

Great value in centre of medina

Amazing location in centre of medina. Sounds and sights of medina daily life going on right below your window, and amazing views all around from rooftop terrace. Room was bright, clean, colourful, decorative, good bed and warm blankets. Staff were friendly. Overall great value for money.

The location is amazing . The room was top Simple. Colorful . I liked the sound ambiance coming from the window. The roof top . I will return back and ask for the same room I extended my plan and they are so kind as stuff. Thanks.

Poor

beds were so hard and only singles, which wasnt made clear on booking. Floor cold and unconfortable, 24 hour check in is a lie, reception were asleep in bed and door was shut, had to push it open to gain entry, staff at reception didnt even know about my booking, no system to check last minute bookings.
