Colazione ottima e ben servita. Ho chiesto un french toast che non era presente nel menu' e mi e' stato servito uno dei migliori che io abbia mai mangiato! Il ristorante Azur , davanti alla piscina, ha ugualmente soddisfatto le mie aspettative: una bella varieta' di piatti per una pasto leggero e la sorpresa di una focaccia morbida e calda appena ci si siede!Bravi! Ottimo anche il servizio di autista per l'areoporto:oggi addirittura siamo stati accompagnati fino ai controlli di sicurezza!

Ho pranzato il sabato a mezzogiorno al ristorante indiano dell'hotel dove viene servito il thali. Io ho scelto il vegetariano, mio marito quello di pesce. Pensavamo a qualcosa di piu' sontuoso e abbondante! In India siamo abituati cosi'!

Our experience at The Oberoi Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional; a genuine 10/10 from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable and delivered a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare. From the moment we arrived, the incredible attention to detail was evident. Every aspect of the experience had clearly been considered, from the beautifully maintained grounds and exquisite surroundings to the warmth, attentiveness and professionalism of every member of staff. The Oberoi Marrakech is, quite simply, the epitome of luxury. What truly sets the hotel apart, however, is its understanding of what hospitality should mean. The experience can be summarised in one phrase: “As you please.” It is far more than a slogan, it is a philosophy that is reflected in everything the hotel does. Étant actuellement en béquille, j'ai été particulièrement touchée par la délicatesse et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel à mon égard. Tout a été fait pour faciliter mes déplacements et rendre mon séjour aussi confortable que possible, toujours avec beaucoup de discrétion et une gentillesse sans égale. Le cadre est tout simplement féerique : l'architecture, les jardins, le calme et la beauté du domaine en font un lieu véritablement exceptionnel. La restauration est également de très grande qualité, aussi bien au petit-déjeuner que dans les différents restaurants de l'hôtel. La qualité des produits, la présentation des plats et le service sont à la hauteur du lieu. Mais ce que nous retiendrons avant tout, au-delà de la beauté de l'établissement, c'est l'extraordinaire qualité humaine de ses équipes. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et entourés du premier au dernier jour. A very special thank you to Oussama at the Front Office, who was always incredibly helpful and welcoming, to Oussama at breakfast for his kindness and attention every morning, and to Rachid, the Supervisor, for his professionalism and genuine care. This was our second visit to this amazing Hotel and was every bit as wonderful as our first visit. The facilities, staff, location and service are truly special. We will be back to this fabulous Hotel and staff.

After extensive travel across five continents and in most of the top-tier hotel properties & brands, you subconsciously develop an almost-unrealistic bar for future places to meet. After returning from The Oberoi, Marrakech this week, I'm placing in at the top of all my stays to date. From the welcome & check-in to departure, breakfast to private Grand Canal dinner, there's not a lot to fault here. Every element of both hard and soft product has been considered. To call out an individual above and beyond the great work all the staff do, a specific thank you to Rachid. We'll be back and have just booked our India tour for next year off the back of this stay.

A great location very closet to airport (like 15/20 min by car). A very cozy and cleaner rooms with very comfort toils and sheets. A very polite, kindly and nice staff. Wonderful restaurants and dishes. Hope to be back soon.

One of the most amazing hotel I have been, the villa with a private pool is a dream for any couple, the atmosphere and all members of Staff are absolutely friendly professional and polite, a perfect place to relax and explore many activities. Great Bar. great breakfast, best housekeeping service ever, the SPA is another great place to visit top service, I will stay hours to describe the beauty of this amazing Hotel, The GM is an incredible person with a great knowledge, the Moroccan wine is amazing, all the best to all of you, I am look forward to visit you soon again, I do really miss this place, Massimiliano & Karen Romano

Beautiful hotel - stunning architecture

This is a truly beautiful hotel, and I absolutely loved my private villa and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the grounds. One of the highlights for me was the stunning architecture, which is reminiscent of a historic Moroccan courtyard. The beautifully landscaped gardens and expansive grounds make the property feel both luxurious and tranquil. The traditional-style villas are incredibly spacious, each with a private pool, offering the perfect place to relax. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I was fortunate to stay here as part of a business trip, which gave me the opportunity to experience the hotel’s extensive catering offerings as well as several privately hosted events. Every meal and event was flawlessly executed and made for an unforgettable experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing experience in an amazing hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and it was an amazing few days. The food is of very high quality and the rooms are excellent, we had our own private pool in a villa and it was top.

Must stay

We had an incredible short but sweet stay after a few days in the Atlas Mountains, and wish we spent the majority of our time here instead! This was my first impression of an Oberoi and from what I’d seen and read I had very high expectations - thankfully those expectations were exceeded. Architecturally this is most impressive hotel I’ve ever seen, I could easily spend all day walking around the grounds of the hotel and still be mesmerised by the end of it. The service was excellent, the food was even better (had the best curry of my life here), and the facilities are amazing - far better than anything you’d find in Marrakech. The spa here alone is worth a trip, with a stunning design and a breathtaking indoor pool (with an outdoor relaxation area). We had a brilliant couples massage and highly recommend it. We also made use of the Padel court onsite which was good despite the heat! The room was very nice and extremely spacious, I highly recommend a villa with pool as it gives you a great sense of privacy. We did have a couple of minor annoyances with the room - for a newish hotel, I’d have expected there to be USB ports on both sides of the bed rather than just one side. Secondly, having recently returned from a couple of One&Only resorts, a Ritz Carlton reserve, and a Mandarin Oriental in the last few months, the Dyson hairdryers provided there are far superior to the one provided here at the Oberoi, the one here felt a bit cheap and flimsy when compared with those … it’s a very small detail which by no means hinders your experience, but when you’re comparing to other ‘Ultra Luxurious’ brands it might be something for this hotel to consider. The WhatsApp service was very convenient and easy to use, with requests actioned promptly at all times. We will 100% return to this hotel in the next couple of years (for longer next time) and can’t wait for our upcoming Oberoi stay in India as a result of the high standard set here!

Lived up the great reputation and expectations set

It is rare that a hotel can spoil you for others, but this is one of those hotels. The service is outstanding and the hotel stay came with a large amount of generosity in a number of ways which certainly turned us in to life long fans of the brand. Nothing was too much trouble for the management and staff within the hotel. The villa was outstanding and the goodwill late check out supplied to us, very much welcomed - after 6 nights we were sad to depart and return home. Outstanding.

Absolutely Stunning

It is difficult to put into words how beautiful and extravagant this hotel is. Every minute detail is perfection, and all hand carved. This property is a peaceful haven you will not want to leave. I was truly in awe of both the views of the Atlas mountains from the property as well as all of the incredible tilework, marble carving, water features, and on and on. It is majestic. We had two pool villas and they were elegant, large, immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, with every amenity you would ever need or want. We ate at the pool, the Indian restaurant and the breakfast terrace and each meal was outstanding. The service is top notch at this property and I would stay here every time I visit Marrakech without question.

Simply exquisite. The hotel hospitality, service is in a class of its own. You feel so well looked after, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning place, probably the best looking hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s an oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Overall I can’t really fault anything, perhaps the menu at the international restaurant is a little limited in my opinion for a luxury hotel like this. We tried also the Indian restaurant and it was superb.

My fourth visit to the Oberoi, Marrakech and it just gets better. Anyone who doesn't have a perfect holiday here is I believe very unlucky. Everything about the hotel says quality from the accommodation, the setting, facilities and the food, but especially the staff. They in my opinion make the Oberoi so special. At whatever level and regardless of their role they will always go the extra mile to be of assistance. Friendly and helpful from the General Manager down. Being easy to get to from the UK it's hard to find a reason for not going back if you're looking for a totally relaxing break and with a June visit this time the weather was perfect if you like guaranteed sun.

Just - Wow.

Just - Wow. Everything about The Oberoi Marrakech is top notch. Gorgeous hotel, luxurious rooms, incredible property with amazing views. Excellent service. Every detail is thought through. Loved the dining and service throughout the property. We have stayed in many luxury properties around the world and this is up there as one of the best. Note it is about 15-20 min out of the center of Marrakech (medina) but that was fine with us. We visited La Mamounia while we were there after hearing so many great things and The Oberoi was FAR superior - La Mamounia is such a storied hotel but the two cannot be compared. I would recommend The Oberoi to anyone seeking a luxurious hotel, amazing views and unparalleled service.

As usual, aboslutely perfect! Every time it feels like coming home! As usual we would like to mention and thank the entire staff. From the Spa a special thanks to Oumniya, Samira, Tawab, Shahd, Zack, Oleya. The lovely cleaning staff, escpecially Zahra. The restaurant staff, is always amazing! We feel like we are seeing old friends each time we are back. A special thanks to Mr. Mamdouh Milad as well as Mr. Rohan Ogale, for their attentive care to details, making our stay consistent and truly wonderful!

An exceptionally beautiful hotel. We were very impressed with the service. The staff went above and beyond what one could expect. The food at the Indian restaurant was superb, as was the atmosphere. A wonderful musician played and sang and just added a magical touch to a majestic setting.

The cost of the local beer was eye watering! Otherwise, there wasn't a thing that didn't impress us.
