Je n’ai relevé aucun point négatif durant mon séjour, Tout a été pensé pour offrir une expérience confortable et raffinée

If you want to stay for a night and don’t want to take shower then it might be OK.

Location of the property is great, it’s only 5 mins walk to Hassan Tower on a quiet road. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good which included fresh omelet. Fortunately Air Con was good too. Staff at the reception was polite and helpful.

Bathroom flooded - After three days of travelling through the Sahara, I was really looking forward to taking a proper shower. Unfortunately, the bathroom flooded, the water kept overflowing from the shower area and spreading all over the bathroom floor. Old taxi - We booked the taxi service through the hotel and paid a fairly high price for it. However, the taxi was extremely old, possibly around 20 years old, and, unfortunately, it didn’t have air conditioning, which made the journey quite uncomfortable.

Le séjour était vraiment agréable, sans aucun problème.

L’ensemble du personnel était vraiment très agréable. Du réceptionniste, à la femme de chambre, avec une mention spéciale pour Zineb la personne du petit déjeuner, qui était vraiment très sympathique et professionnelle.

J’ai trouvé l’établissement très agréable dans l’ensemble. Le petit déjeuner était bien, même s’il manquait quelques petites choses que l’on aurait aimé avoir. Le prix était vraiment abordable pour deux personnes, ce qui est un très bon point. Le personnel était très chaleureux, patient et surtout à l’écoute. Ils intervenaient rapidement lorsqu’on avait besoin de quelque chose, et j’ai particulièrement apprécié leur réactivité. J’ai également remarqué quelques petites poussières sous le lit, ce qui pourrait être amélioré au niveau du ménage. C’est surtout l’intervention des femmes de ménage dans les chambres à des horaires parfois inappropriés qui m’a dérangée. Malgré cela, je serais tout à fait prête à revenir dans cet hôtel. Globalement, mon séjour s’est très bien passé et j’ai été satisfaite de l’établissement.

L’établissement était particulièrement bien et globalement à la hauteur de mes attentes. En revanche, un point m’a vraiment déplu : les interventions des femmes de ménage dans les chambres à des heures qui ne me semblaient pas appropriées. Il leur arrivait d’entrer peu après nous avoir vus sortir, ce que j’ai trouvé assez gênant et inacceptable. Un jour, l’une d’elles a attendu quelques minutes après avoir vu une de mes amies sortir avant d’entrer dans la chambre. Elle m’a ensuite expliqué que c’était pour apporter de l’eau, alors qu’il y avait déjà une bouteille dans la chambre. Je pense vraiment que davantage de respect de l’intimité des clients serait nécessaire.

Je conseille vivement cet hôtel qui est dans un quartier parfait !

TOUT, du quartier en passant par l'accueil du veilleur de nuit (qui a été très aimable) , à la qualité du petit déjeuner qui était très qualitatif! l'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est avenant. très belle expérience, je recommande vivement!

si je dois chercher un point négatif - juste une question de goût - , je n'étais pas fan de la porte de la salle de bain qui laissait peu de place à l'intimité :-p . porte en bois avec des lamelles façon porte battante de saloon. mais cela n'enlève en rien au fait que nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'établissement.

An amazing remote hotel, I liked it because it got me walking to places, of which I did

This hotel is amazing for me, the staff are very friendly, and are always helpful, the breakfasts are very nice there's general variety of foods, and also Moroccan foods there too, my room a Standard Double Room, was perfect for me, as a singular person visiting Rabat, everything was always cleaned and neatly placed back by hotel staff as well on a daily basis, the hotel itself is remote and far away from the beach around a 30 minute walk one way, which I've done daily and loved, and most restaurants that are decent and great, are within a 10 minute walk, and the area around the hotel is very quiet, which perfect... If I decided to come back to Morocco, Rabat I would 100% book this hotel again for all the reasons stated above

The bed I had was hardened and wasn't soft. There were ants around my room, including on the bed, not many, but enough to be noticed, I did inform Staff, and during the days that followed, they were much less and fewer to be found.
