Cuando he estado el hotel estaba en obras, Zonas cerradas como el spa. Que de hecho lo cogí por ese motivo. He tenido que poner una reclamación. Porque si el hotel está en obras se debe avisar o al menos bajar el precio.

We recently stayed at the hotel and overall found the staff to be friendly and the service welcoming. However, we were disappointed by one particular issue. It was not explained to us that the treats inside the fridge were part of the mini bar. We assumed they were complimentary or simply provided as part of the room. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding led to us being charged 120 dirhams for a small box of mints, which not only tasted unpleasant but felt unfairly priced. My wife suggested we should have returned them, but the lack of clear communication left us feeling misled. While we appreciated the otherwise good service, this experience overshadowed our stay. We believe some form of recompense or goodwill gesture would be appropriate, as transparency about mini bar charges is essential for guest satisfaction. Thank you

The rooms were top notch and well rennovated.

Basically this hotel does not have their act together. The entrance and lobby are under rennovation, there is an alternative lobby that is dirty and stinks. Laundry didn't work 2 out of the 4 days i stayed, and when they did they returned my clothes missing items. Phone was disconnected in the room. Breakfast was below average.

Coupure d'eau le matin !!!! On a pas pu faire notre douche, toilettes.... Qualité de la prestation du petit déjeuner s'est dégradée....

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet établissement. L’emplacement à proximité des musées, du palais royal et du centre ville est idéal pour découvrir Rabat. Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, l’amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre est insonorisée et spacieuse, avec une literie d’une grande qualité. Des produits Nuxe sont disponible dans la salle de bain :) Le petit déjeuner est variée et complet avec des produits frais et excellent. Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! En partant de l’accueil, jusqu’au service de chambre ou encore au petit déjeuner, le service était parfait, offrant un séjour unique, nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Die Lage ist gut. Alles andere sehr enttäuschend.

Es gab Bauarbeiten in der Unterkunft, so dass es unmöglich war im Zimmer zu arbeiten da zu laut. Laut Angaben sollten die Arbeiten erst um 10:30 beginnen. Es begannen aber bereits um 9:30!! Ich habe ein King size Bett bestellt, es waren aber zwei Einzelbette, die man einfach zusammen gerückt hat. Dadurch war es äußerst unangenehm drin zu schlafen. Wenn man beim Schlafen in die Mitte des Bettes rutscht, sind die beiden Einzelbetten auseinander gegangen und man ist dazwischen gefallen. Der Abfluss in der Duschkabine funktionierte nicht, es war verstopft!! Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok.

Un excellent séjour

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande sans la moindre hésitation. Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable : chaleureux, souriant, disponible et véritablement à l’écoute. Chaque demande a été prise en compte avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de réactivité, ce qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Les chambres sont impeccables. La propreté est irréprochable et le ménage est réalisé avec un soin remarquable chaque jour. Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels 4 étoiles en Europe, ce niveau d’exigence est loin d’être systématique. C’est un véritable point fort de l’établissement. L’emplacement est également idéal : à moins de 900 mètres de la gare, tout en étant à proximité de nombreux musées et des principaux sites d’intérêt, ce qui permet de découvrir la ville très facilement à pied. Notre séjour a été des plus agréables. On sent que la satisfaction des clients est une véritable priorité. C’est une excellente adresse où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent séjour au Diwan Hôtel à Rabat ! Malgré les travaux en cours, cela n’a en rien gâché notre expérience. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très confortables et impeccablement entretenues. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son accueil chaleureux. On se sent vraiment bien dès l’arrivée. La qualité du service fait toute la différence. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The service was excellent, the location was perfect, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to Salah Malki, who went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after. Great experience overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Je suis tombée dans la mauvaise période. Il y avait des travaux de rénovation de l'hôtel. C'est bouillant et désagréable. Il fallait le mentionner quelque part pour nous éviter la mauvaise surprise.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in the Le Dewin Hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, close and walkable to most local attractions. The staff was incredibly polite, gracious and helpful. A particular shoutout to Salah, who tended to our every need.

While the building is under renovation and there is work-related noise during the day, the positives far outweighed this inconvenience, especially since we were out and about most of the day.

After spending 17 days in Morocco, at several hotels/riads throughout the country, Le Diwan in Rabat stands out as a uniquely horrific experience. Incredible loud (jack hammers in the room directly above us) construction noise from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. Dangerous walkway and steps - many without handrails. A brusque front desk staff in a lobby that is adjacent to a smoking area. No air conditioning and doors / windows without screens. A broken patio door lock that allowed road noise from the busy traffic circle below. Tired and musty rooms. The only positive - a reasonably good breakfast with attentive staff. Strongly consider lodging elsewhere when staying in Rabat.
