Están reformando el hotel entero y no solo el spa como se me indicó, toda la mitad del hotel está en construcción, cuando sales a la piscina la mitad del hotel está reformada y la otra mitad en obras con una malla de protección bastante mal puesta y ridícula, sin ningún tipo de protección de puntales ni arneses para el personal… muchísimo ruido, polvo casquetes cayendo etc…, vamos un despropósito, ahora entiendo porque no me dejaba cuando reservé acceder a los comentarios. Llevo muchos años reservando con vosotros tanto yo como a nombre de mi marido Carlos Maeso Muñoz, y no hemos tenido nunca ningún problema pero esto es inaceptable se debería especificar bien la situación del hotel o directamente no ofertarlo en vuestra página, en mi caso una vez q habíamos reservado con los vuelos ya comprados me llegó un mensaje donde se indicaba q se estaba reformado el spa y q la piscina interior estaba fuera de servicio, la verdad q no pensé q sería de otra manera ya q el precio del hotel era el doble que los precios del resto en esa misma calle y como ya he comentado confiaba en booking como empresa. Estas eran nuestras vacaciones de verano y han sido un fiasco, solo podíamos ir a la piscina cuando se habían ido los obreros y a esa hora ya empezaba a hacer frío Me gustaría q desde booking se me diese alguna explicación al respecto.

Séjour agréable

L’hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la plage et proche du sook. La chambre était très belle et spacieuse. L’hôtel est décoré avec gout. La femme de ménage a fait un travail exceptionnel.

C’est dommage d’entendre les travaux au bord de la piscine. Il n’est pas possible de s’asseoir le soir au bord de la piscine sur les bed car ils sont bâchés. Le wifi fonctionnait très mal dans la chambre.

Détente, famille, et travail à distance dans des conditions idéales

La piscine est superbe, les matelas et transats autour bien disposés est très confortables; le service impeccable et bien fourni, le hall est immense est très joliment décoré, les chambres sont belles et toutes neuves, les petits déjeuners valent vraiment le coup, et tout cela à 2 minutes de la médina. L'hôtel était en travaux quand nous y avons séjourné (nous étions au courant) et on ne peut pas dire que cela nous ait dérangés. Une fois les travaux terminés, l'endroit sera exceptionnel.

Отличное месторасположение - недалеко от медины и при этом недалеко от пляжа - прям идеальное комбо для первого посещения Эс-Сувейры. Если ехать не в первый раз, скорее бы предпочла размещение подальше от медины. Персонал супер приветливый, все наши вопросы решались очень быстро, неплохой ресторан при отеле, хороший завтрак, удобный и очень просторный номер.

В момент нашего пребывания в отеле, там был ремонт, что подпортило общее впечатление и создавало некоторые неудобства и шум. Для тех, кто путешествует впервые - обратите внимание на то, что в Эс-Сувейре всегда ветренно очень, потому прихватите обязательно одежду потеплее на вечер - довольно сильный перепад ощущается.

Bel emplacement, restaurant de plage sympa, bon petit déjeuner ( même si ça manquait de fruits frais ) Chambre confortable, salle de bain très bien, toilettes séparées des SDB c'est super... éclairage de la chambre très bien avec beaucoup d'options Très belle piscine, chauffée et protégée des mouettes et des goélands par un filet Transats de piscine très confortables Personnel en réception et dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel très sympathique et serviable

Mauvaise connexion wifi dans la chambre ( 007 ) Et bien sûr la rénovation de l'hôtel, des travaux toute la journée, nous pensions nous reposer à la piscine ... mais les démolitions, les marteaux-piqueurs nous ont bien ennuyé Et si vous pouviez envisager une piscine séparée pour les enfants, se serait parfait... avec des enfants qui crient toute la matinée dans la piscine c'est compliqué d'être au calme

A delighfuly relaxing hotel by the beach and medina

Le Medina Essoauria was a very lovely hotel. The room was large and clean and the pool area was very relaxing. I loved the hotel restaurant, it's located on the beach and I would highly recommend eating outside while lounging at one of the large tables with sofas. The food was very good and everyone in my group enoyed what they ordered. The location is fanstastic it's an easy walk to the medina yet not so close as to be noisy and feel busy. While there were renovations going on, they did not distract from enjoying any of the facilities.

Reception staff and breakfast service staff were friendly.

Room service staff often didnt answer phone. Were unavailable and then when available...delayed.

Great hotel made by the excellent staff

This hotel is made by its staff. After a disastrous start to our holiday with accommodation that was nothing like it had been advertised, arriving at Le Medina was a huge relief. The team immediately found us a beautiful room and, despite our situation, charged us a very fair price as ‘walk ins’. We were incredibly grateful for their kindness and professionalism after a stressful few hours. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which I suspect is why a room was available at short notice. There is some construction noise during the day. You can hear it around the pool area, but it wasn’t noticeable at all from our room and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of comfortable loungers and attentive staff who are always on hand to help. The hotel also has private beach area just across the road which is an excellent alternative to the pool, with equally helpful staff providing towels, sun loungers and anything else you need. The beachside restaurant was excellent for both lunch and dinner, and breakfast in the hotel offered a huge variety of fresh, high quality food. Our renovated room was good, with a huge, exceptionally comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is another real strength. You have the beach on your doorstep, yet the vibrant Medina is only a five minute walk away. Throughout our stay, every member of staff was warm, friendly and genuinely eager to help. They make this hotel into something special. Once the renovation work is complete, I think this will be an outstanding hotel. Even now, thanks to its exceptional staff, excellent location and very comfortable accommodation, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

They recommend Tour Guides that take you to stores not telling you and the salesmen are very aggressive and it is dificulte to say no, do not by the price they say if you want to buy to them pay 1/4 of the price they start, every body gets a comisión of the sale! Just that be careful, everything else of the hotel wonderful!

Excellent hotel that will be absolutely fabulous when fully renovated.

A very comfortable, cool room that was a an oasis from the heat when needed. Sun beds vv comfortable with nice thick but soft top layers. Pool was excellent if a tad cool but refreshing. Excellent Hotel linked restaurant on sea front

Recomendable, tranquilidad, paz y pasar unos días en tranquilidad

Estuvimos de Martes a Sábado y la estancia fue muy agradable, el personal es muy atento y lo que más destacaría es la tranquilidad y sus camas comodísimas. El desayuno está bien, completo y tiene una zona de Bar tipo SOUL que nos encantó para tomar cóctel. La zona es inmejorable porque tienes la media a tres calles y no estás dentro del ruido y escándalo de la medina, por lo que genial.

Estoy contento en términos generales, sin embargo el hecho de que no estuviera el SPA operativo por obras deberían haberlo dicho antes.

Magnifique et excellent rapport qualité prix

J'ai tout adoré et particulièrement le service Merci à Hasna, Nezha, Said et Fatima pour leurs conseils de restaurants, leur gentillesse et leur suivi. Tout était parfait: la piscine, la chambre, tout était nickel, propre, beau, allez-y les yeux fermés. En plus la situation géographique est parfaite. Pas de taxi, tout peut être fait à pieds.

Emplacement idéal face à la mer et une corniche agréable et à 10 mn seulement à pied de la medina. J'ajoute que le personnel est très accueillant et aidant

La carte du restaurant (très bien situé sur la corniche) mériterait d'être un peu plus varié

Es un hotel precioso, justo en la playa y muy cerca del precioso pueblo de Essaouira. Siempre que voy a Essaouira voy a este magnífico hotel!

The property has a beautiful design and is located in a very convenient spot for exploring.

Broken / not available pool shower: The swimming pool shower did not work. Staff told us to wait for a solution but ghosted us and never returned. • Unacceptable evening intrusion: A housekeeper barged in at 7:00 PM to change sheets. When told no, she argued with me and made excuses. • Second privacy violation: The next morning at 9:30 AM, a housekeeper ignored our "Do Not Disturb" sign. She knocked once and pushed the door open while we were still in bed. • Sloppy room preparation: The bathroom garbage was not fully emptied when we arrived. The bedsheets were also not made properly. • Zero respect for privacy: The staff does not understand that a single knock is not permission to enter. We felt entirely exposed and unsafe.

Great location, beautiful property

Clean beautiful property in a great location, across from the beach and close to the medina, fishing port. Fatima at the front desk was exceptional, providing great guest service with her prompt attention. Overall, great stay.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed at Le Medina for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Immediately upon arrival we were treated with great service from reception, which was welcomed after a long flight then car journey. We felt very welcomed. The hotel itself is undergoing some renovations, but this didn't impact our stay much and noise was kept to a minimum. The pool area was relaxing, quiet and comfortable with great views - the sun loungers very comfortable with complimentary towels available. Our room was large with the most comfortable bed, a Nespresso machine and water replenished each day. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel itself is in good walking distance to the medina, and has a beach bar opposite the road which was good for evening drinks with a view of the beach at sunset. Would definitely return!
