La proximité de la plage et des restaurants en particulier le resto O'PLAYA.La facilité pour se déplacer avec les taxis très abordable.Un grand Merci au Marocains pour leur accueil.

Un petit rafraichissement des locaux serait pas mal.Les piscines trop petites.La clim est pour ma part bruyante la nuit (ronronnement du moteur quand on est allongé).

Staff very friendly. Food was great. There really was something for everyone. Pool area good, and the Animation (Jumbo) staff were very enthusiastic, funny and friendly. Plenty of sunbeds and a lovely pool surrounded by gardens and greenery. Room was modern and clean - everything we needed. Safe and WiFi were free as was the air con. Even at checkout, their left luggage is controlled, which gave me peace of mind, unlike other hotels where it is just left on open view - it was booked in and I was given a ticket to reclaim it. We didn’t make use of the evening entertainment as the beach was walking distance - but we caught the tail end most evenings and everyone was having a fantastic time - guests and staff alike!!! I would highly recommend the Allegro. And not only that, Agadir is a great place to visit.

Great week

We have had a great week staying at Allegro and will be sad to leave today. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The food was varied and delicious and even had a lot of variety for the vegetarian in our family. The only one thing that was a slight problem is that the staff take the towels from the rooms very early (sometimes before 9am) and don’t return with them until teatime. Not a big issue for us but meant we had to plan when to shower. Thank you Team Allegro for a great week .

Terrible food & drinks

Hotel is a great hotel in a great location but this review is based on the food and drinks. All drinks are watered down with alcohol being below the minimum and food is terrible, same thing every breakfast, lunch & dinner time. The standard of the food was very poor this got to be the worst all inclusive we have ever been to for food and drinks! We got forced to eat out every day which cost us a fortune that we have already paid for in the price of the hotel. At breakfast the only thing decent was the omelette which is not cooked properly, the burgers & sausages tasted awful they didn’t even taste like meat! The queue for food was horrendous at night and meat was full of fat with barely any meat on it. The chips and nuggets were rock hard I feel sorry for kids as this was their only option! We will definitely be back to Agadir but definately look for a better hotel with better food and drink . The shows at night do not have enough seating to accommodate everyone . During the day they are not enough sunbed to accommodate the size of the hotel

Lovely time at allegro

We stayed all inclusive and the food has been fabulous. The entertainers excellent and friendly. The waiting staff are a delight particularly Asmae who was always happy and helpful. Overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay

It was a great experience. We were welcomed by Kazzi who is a great guy and he also helped us when we were leaving. Wonderful staff, great location, good value for the money. Good food, wonderful kitchen staff. Abdullatif made the entertainment worth it. He is such a vibe.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standard advertised and expected, and I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention. Throughout our stay, we experienced numerous problems, including: Drinks were not readily available, and guests often had to ask for them. Hot drinks were served, including warm beer, and guests had to find ice themselves. The drinks served did not resemble those shown in the promotional photographs and were clearly falsely advertised. The handrail leading into the pool was loose and unstable, posing a safety risk. Toilet doors did not lock and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. Our patio door would not close. Maintenance attended but simply informed us it was broken, leaving it unsecured for the duration of our holiday. The toilet in our room did not flush properly. There was no information in the room explaining how to contact reception or providing details about the hotel and its facilities. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Towels were grey, worn and appeared unclean. Guests were given very little information about the hotel or where facilities were located. Most drinks were served in plastic tumblers and were often only half full or excessively watered down/slushy. Staff were generally unfriendly, appeared unhappy, and frequently served incorrect drinks. On one occasion, music was changed before the lights were switched off while guests were still present, making us feel unwelcome. Staff uniforms and aprons were visibly dirty, raising concerns about hygiene. There were large numbers of flies throughout the hotel. We witnessed another guest being shouted at simply for pouring juice into a bottle. The hotel was not as advertised. The promotional photographs were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the hotel, the facilities or the food and drink available. Overall, the standard of cleanliness, maintenance, customer service and facilities fell well below what was advertised and what we reasonably expected when booking this holiday. We feel that the hotel was misrepresented through its advertising and promotional images, resulting in expectations that were not met. I

Sunbed nightmare

Towels on sunbeds from 6am. Limited shade around the pool there are not enough umbrellas. Unoccupied sunbeds until midday with towels on not uncommon.

Fantastic as a group of friends we loved it

Food was lovely we couldn’t fault it, right across the road from a wonderful beach where the hotel was allocated their own sunbathing area with free sunbeds and parasols. We were all inclusive so not sure if that applies to other board, the pool area was lovely and spacious. We only went for 4 night wish we’d gone longer, ok the rooms are a bit dated but spotless clean

Too many little niggly things that add up.

the best thing about this hotel was the staff in general. Most of them were very very helpful and friendly, unfortunately there were the odd few who bring the standard down. One of the big issues that seemed to be doing the rounds was the changing of the towels in the room. They would pick them up at 9am but didn't replace them, you had to wait until late afternoon for them to be returned. Plus the housekeeper would knock and come in without waiting for a reply! A few other things that are all pretty petty but added together just spoilt it a bit. One last thing I would probably recommend going B&B as there so many great restarants around and good value, It's worth considering.

Allegro, Agadir

I would highly recommend this hotel for quality of service, food and overall cleanliness. I have stayed here once before and they have maintained there professional touch. I hope the staff remain loyal and stay as i call them my friends, i generally missed having to come home and i will be coming back next year for 2 weeka without fail. Big up to Youseff, he is a really hard worker and deserves to be praised. Thank you to everyone at Allegro

We are currently still on holiday at this resort so I am gonna break it down in the best possible way Don’t arrive at the hotel before 14:30 pm if you do you won’t have a room available to check into till after 15.00 pm your bags are just left in reception if you leave home on an early flight am sorry. We are in a room at the back next to a construction site where there are building a waterpark banging starts at 7:45 am and goes in to the late evening. The cleaners do clean your room well however they remove your towels and don’t bring fresh ones till after 5pm not sure why very strange Restaurant breakfast not to bad do but very little choice lunch and dinner not that much variety they don’t cater for children no children section so pizza or pasta snack bar same every day chips pizza nuggets Entertainment Evening entertainment don’t start till 9.45 pm till 11pm not really worth it to be honest.no kids disco or dancing only 1 club dance day time activities are very poor Would not recommend for families

Set your expectations and you won't be disappointed!

We had a lovely relaxing enjoyable holiday despite being quite worried about some of the bad reviews we had read and some of the clearly doctured 1 contribution reviews...we did not need to worry at all we had set our expectations for a basic, good value all inclusive and our expectations were met. We had room 2309, the room was modern and clean with a large comfortable bed and enough storage space for two. The safe and fridge were included for free. The shower room was nice however the rain shower didn't work and the air con could be colder. Room towels are shabby and need replacing but were changed daily and the bed sheets were changed when you requested it with the sign next to the bed. We always had 3 toilet rolls or even 4 so again no issues there. We both really enjoyed the food but if you are a fussy eater you may not...there were themed nights which weren't heavily focussed on the theme but still provided something different each evening. The selection was small but delicious and they had a few options for pizza and pasta every lunch and dinner. The meals consisted of Moroccan food such as Tagine(beef or lamb), fish, chicken with loads of veggies and either potatoes or rice. Lots of starters and salads but deserts need improving and ice cream was only available every other lunch time so could be extended. Breakfast had a selection of omelette, fried egg, vegetables, pancakes, pastries and some lovely choices of cereal plus an added bonus of freshly made juices. The restaurant staff were always polite and are almost too quick to clear your plate when you are still eating but leave an empty table with dirty dishes for a while..not a problem just an observation. The snack bar however was awful, the chicken was frozen cardboard, fries were hard and pizza was good. We didn't bother eating there bar one quick snack before leaving and glad we didn't. The bar setup was more a shelf of bottles and a fridge of beer with a bucket of ice. This meant the drinks were basic but tasty enough. The beer was always cold from the bars and restaurant. We tried the cocktails the Pina colada was good along with spirits and mixers..they do small measures so if it's too weak ask for double or triple and they happily oblige. They brought out slushies on the last 2 days which tasted great with vodka or rum. You can also get big bottles of water from the lobby bar. Entertainment was minimal but good for the price paid ours consisted of a magic show, welcome animation dance show and a Moroccan show with music, acrobats, belly dancer and snake charmers. The world cup was on so they did well working around the games. The sports bar was great with around 30 screens or more. The sea mist hangs around til about 10am and there were still sunbeds available until this time, plenty for everyone and people move throughout the day so others become available for use. They probably need a few more umbrellas for shade as these were limited. Pools were a good size and temperature, the surrounding paths and terraces were washed and cleaned daily. The entertainment team put on a few activities each day, which many enjoyed. Gardens were well kept with maintenance ongoing throughout our stay, the hotel does need a lick of paint and they were starting some touch ups before we left. There was absolutely no noise from the construction site no idea if they did any work the whole time we were there as it was so quiet. All in all we had a good holiday, we would come back if it was another cheap deal but always prefer to visit new places.

1st time in Morocco for the Pattens

When we first arrived, we have to be honest our 1st impressions wasn’t great. However 1st impressions can truly be so wrong. Whilst the hotel would benefit with a little TLC in areas, the staff more than made up for it. They were extremely helpful, tentative and most of all cheerful, especially the effort and hours they put it Would we recommend this hotel, absolutely. Thanks to all the team for a truly memorable holiday…..👌

Amazing!

Amazing hotel, everyone in reception, the restaurant and pool staff are so friendly and attentive. Rooms are cleaned and fresh bedding and towels daily. Food varies each night and there is something for everyone. Air con in room as well which is good as it can get quite hot! I’d highly recommend taking advantage of the beach section for Allegro customers, as well as the restaurants Jade (Asian style) and Pure Passion (fine dining, down in the Marina). Also 100% do a day out in Taghazout, the most beautiful little surfers town!!

The establishment is staffed by friendly and kind-hearted individuals who create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for visitors. The environment feels intimate and cozy, offering a sense of comfort and calm. However, the menu options are somewhat limited, featuring only a small selection of food items to choose from.

Disappointed week away

Located just across the road from the promenade and beach, the prom area is in need of some TLC as looking run down and dog walkers don't pick up there dog muck. The hotel site is also looking run down, the upper sun bed terraces don't get washed or brushed and the sun loungers are quite mucky (pool area terrace gets wet from the pool and is cleaner). We paid for a superior room with pool view, we could see some sun beds but not the pool, room was in need of some TLC and felt dusty, same bedding for the week we where there, towels are changed daily but are picked up around breakfast time and are replaced later in the afternoon. Luck of the drawer what standard of room you get as a we got talking to a nice Geordie couple and their room was the same description but nicer all round. Shame on you Easyjet Holidays for not informing us that they are doing some building work on site, a customer service courtesy - surely. (I believe they are adding a new pool / terrace area) could hear the building site noise when the music / activities weren't on. Also massive construction site just over the road which in fairness is outside of hotels control but spoils the view with 4 of those massive construction cranes. Food was OK, quite repetitive with same dishes most evenings, I feel lucky compared to some previous reviews that I had 24hrs with a bad belly and was making conscious effort to stay away from ice in drinks, chicken and fish dishes. Entertainment team do a good job, credit wherecredit is due. Although the hotels parent company rate the Allegro Agadir as 4 star, it seems some UK holiday companies have downgraded their own ratings to a 3 star and personally I think in some areas like cleanliness and food quality this hotel is not even 3 stars. I did speak to Easyjet Holidays about my concerns regarding previous reviews before the holiday started and they weren't interested.

Good affordable stay

Excellent location. The resort itself was good. Nothing amazing; it has everything you need to make it a good holiday resort. Saeed the luggage attendant was really helpful. Yusra was lovely to my baby. In fact most of the staff were really lovely to my baby.

AC in the rooms are old so temperamental. Some of the lobby staff could smile more.

I would like to thank Yousra for her professional approach 👏 since i enter the hotel she was assisting me with everything i needed ❤️ she made sure that my journey in the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable she showed many rooms to meet my expectations and she made sure that I was satisfied with my choice that was so nice of her and it made a difference for me completely she surprised my son with a birthday cake that was an other nice gesture of her Concerning the hotel the room was very clean modern and spacious with a parciely sea view 1315 near to reception easy access to all service of the hotel The swimming pool was nice and the animation team was amazing the beach was a cross the street with a private beach for the hotel a special thanks for walleed in that area The breakfast was awesome 👌 Many thanks for everyone who made my vacation so pleasent I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back Well done ALLEGRO 👏

No where near 4 star quality, a very bang average 3 star at best, poor standard of soft drinks, spirits not great, food passable but not great for kids unless they want pizza at lunch and dinner every day except for 2 evenings when both are not available, some dinner room staff are ignorant , unfriendly and and just ignore you. Nowhere near enough shade available around the pool area for people oh and a large amount of people reserved their sunbeds from 6am in morning and don’t attend till midday or later,so set your alarm

A very enjoyable and relaxing holiday

This is the last night of our 11 night holiday and we’ve had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. We read the reviews good and bad but we like to make up our own minds. Check in was quick but it was late at night so we missed the evening meal. There was a woman at the reception desk causing a bit of a scene, screeching don’t eat the f*****g fish and the reception staff had abused her. My wife and I looked at each other and said where have we come to. But we needn’t have worried. We found the staff were very friendly. The entertainment team were fantastic. As mentioned by previous reviewers the food was repetitive but we always found something to enjoy. A big shout out to the restaurant staff, Houda and Douha in particular, they helped make our holiday. They worked tirelessly with a smile on their faces and they were always eager to please. They are a credit to the hotel, never stop smiling girls. Because of mobility issues we requested a lower floor. We needn’t have worried as we were located in block 1 and it had a lift to all floors. The beds were comfortable and clear and our room was serviced every day, we had a ground floor room facing pool area. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday that wasn’t too expensive. We heard people complaining but what do they expect, if you want Al a-carte/fine dining pay the price. The only criticism would be there was no draft beer, bottles only and during the course of the day the beer got warmer but it wasn’t the end of the world. The on site sports bar was great for watching the World Cup.

This hotel is very clean and tidy, the reception staff are very polite and helpfull, The Jumbo club staff are also very friendly greeting you in the morning, and were on hand to answer any questions you might have.

Chill week away

Nice hotel for a week all inclusive, great weather, short walk to beach, there is a section for guests but no bar facilities Food was plentiful with a good selection and themed nights which were lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean as are all areas of hotel. Wish there had been an adults only bar but couldn't complain. All the usual get up early for sunbed and some people's hygiene in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired Restaurant staff lovely, especially Nouro, very helpful and smiley All in all I would recommend and I would return

Quarto moderno, muito limpo, com cama enorme e boa TV. Jardim e piscina super bem cuidados, tudo impecável. O restaurante é limpo e com bastante espaço interior e exterior. O staff é muito atencioso, especialmente a equipa de animação, super divertida e simpática. Apesar de não ser primeira linha de praia, fica a 5 minutos a pé por uma zona sem carros e com bastante animação. Uma estadia excelente.

Apesar de vários pontos positivos, as sobremesas nas refeições eram muito limitadas, tanto em doces como em fruta — um geladinho fazia muita falta. Os corredores de acesso aos quartos estavam pouco estimados, a precisar de melhor manutenção para acompanhar o resto do hotel, embora haja bastantes espreguiçadeiras, os chapéus de sol são poucos.

Amazing would recommend!

Absolutely love this hotel, entertainment was amazing. The workers were so helpful, anything that we needed they would help us. Also a big shout out to Abdellatif for being so nice to us.

Safety concerns at Allegro.

Just returned from the Allegro hotel. The guy at reception has whatsapped my daughter asking her for her Instagram details. She feels very creeped out by this behaviour. When we stayed we had to complete registration details which included adding our mobile numbers onto the form. This is the only way the reception guy would have got her phone number. Not only is it unprofessional but she is under 18. This is a safety issue for teenage girls. I was traveling as a single mother with 3 teenage girls. I am now in the process of contacting the Police.

Lovely staff especially Hicham and Quassim. Great vibes all day. Everyone at the hotel is lovely and very welcoming.

ONCE WAS ENOUGH

Just an average 3 Star hotel. We had a room which overlooked the rear with a road over the fence either lots of noise from kids shouting. The room was fine and the service of the room could not be faulted. We found that the daytime activities were fair even if you could not hear announcements because of the inferior sound system. The food was somewhat repetitive and it would be the same three days on the ‘trot’ and luke warm which was obviously the cause of numerous guests suffering stomach upsets. The pool area was somewhat overcrowded and formed like a stadium with raised area on all sides. The hotel reception requires a shake up especially when booking in as the wait can be considerable. Not a hotel we will think of ever re visiting as obviously not really suited to us but as a cheap and cheerful place no problem. We were not the typical type of couple at the hotel mainly for two reason, we are not overweight and are not covered in tattoos.

Nel complesso ottima esperienza.

La piscina è bellissima e ben tenuta. L'unica nota che mi sento di fare riguarda l'animazione, a mio parere un po' troppo presente durante la giornata. In compenso, il servizio in piscina è eccellente, soprattutto con la formula all inclusive: il personale è sempre disponibile e attento. Gli ambienti sono curati, i giardini sono splendidi e mantenuti alla perfezione. Dalla camera si gode di una vista davvero bella, la pulizia è impeccabile e il kit di benvenuto è stato molto apprezzato. La colazione è buona e abbondante, anche se un po' ripetitiva. Essendo intollerante al latte avrei gradito qualche alternativa in più, ma so che in Marocco questo aspetto è meno diffuso e non lo considero un limite della struttura. Un capitolo a parte lo merita il letto: semplicemente eccezionale. È stato uno dei letti più comodi in cui abbia mai dormito e quei risvegli mi mancheranno! Nel complesso consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per la qualità degli ambienti, la pulizia, il comfort e la professionalità del personale.

Per chi è intollerante al lattosio, sarebbe utile ampliare le alternative disponibili a colazione. Non ho altro da segnalare.

Got back on Sunday after an amazing week..hotel is clean and in a good location..food was ok but a little repetitive..beach is 5min walk out back of hotel..pool always busy,sunbed hoggers,towels everywhere by 8am..time hotels stopped this happening,we gave up and went to the beach as could never get a sunbed round the pool as always had towels on all even when not being used. Unfair..staff were all lovely and friendly, we didn't go to any entertainment so can't comment,all inclusive was worth it..towels changed daily,bedding changed once..we were put in a room at back of hotel where a path runs,very noisy all through the night,even with doors closed..beds hard but managed to sleep on and off, pillows are horrendous! Went on 4 excursions booked via hotel,worth every penny..Fantasia..City Tour..Mini Sahara and Crocopark..we absolutely loved our week, thanku to the lovely staff and thanku Morocco,it was a pleasure and we'll definitely visit again x 10/10

Overall a great holiday, definitely not a 4 star hotel but for the money paid, great value! The staff were all so helpful and couldn’t do enough and the entertainment staff were excellent! Great holiday

Lovely friendly hotel😃

We had a lovely 5 night stay at the Allegro Agadir. Friendly staff always very helpfull and a fabulous pool area in lovely surrounding gardens which staff are always working on to keep it so lovely. We booked the bed and breakfast stay and found the food plentyfull with a good variety of options. The beetroot smoothie was amazing😃 after looking at various hotels this was the best choice within our budget and booking direct with the hotel was the cheapest. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Amazing holiday

Would definitely recommend this hotel,had a lovely 4 night stay,wish we stopped longer,all the staff were friendly,they all worked hard.The rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday, have to say the beds are very comfy. Entertainment staff our fantastic!! So polite really worked hard loved the show and Morrocco themed night. Food was great had lots of options and different food every night.... Only have one negative and that was check in....we arrived at 10.30 in the morning and could not get into room till 3pm but we was allowed the all inclusive from midday on the arrival. Hotel was just across the road from the beautiful beach and many restaurants along the front. Looking forward to returning back next year. Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

Good holiday

First few days were a bit wobbly but once we found the local bars and restaurants we started to really enjoy ourselves. The entertainment was good but the jumbo team were a ball, especially hisham!!!

Allegro hotel, FANTASTIC

Fantastic holiday The hotel, staff, room, pool, food, cleanliness absolutely everything about the Allegro was amazing. The locals love the Brits, so helpful and not at all pushy as I had been told. Thoroughly enjoyed Agadir Morroco, the hotel definitely made it a great experience

Not 4star but def only 3

Rooms nicely done up but they take the towels from the bathroom between 9-9.30 daily so if you fancy a shower after a lie in your towel is gone and they are not returned until mid-late afternoon. Bar service was very poor with sometimes only 1 staff member serving and queues forming regularly and it could be 10mins trying to get served very poor quality drinks. Lovely sports bar but again no drinks can be got in there until after 11 which is a paid bar. Hence nobody stayed after 11 to purchase sub standard measures for drinks. For the month that was in it with the World Cup on you cannot watch any early games as sports bar didn’t open until after 7 most evenings and then you can’t get a drink in there🤷🏻‍♂️. Overall very happy.

Myself and a friend stayed here this week. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean, although does need a little upgrading around the pool and the food is lovely, with plenty to choose from. The animation team do a fantastic job, really friendly and they have alot of activities all day long. I wouldve liked a little more choice at the bar but there's still good drinks to have. We would definitely come back again. ❤️

Allegro experience

The experience was great. It was very unpleasant having to wait at the lobby for 4hours before room was available, so we started off on a wrong foot. But it gradually became a wonderful experience. Issues are quickly been resolved and staff are friendly at all times. I would recommend that early check in be implemented so guest don't have to wait for so long after a long flight before settling into to their room. Secondly, night time swimming should be allowed for adults.

Best place to stay

I had a wonderful stay at Allegro Hotel Agadir. From arrival to departure, everything was smooth and comfortable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to Mr Ayub, the luggage handler, who was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient from the moment I arrived. His professionalism really made a great first impression. I also want to appreciate the staff in the dining hall — the two young boys and two girls — who were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They worked hard to ensure everything was well organized and that guests were comfortable during meals. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff made the experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

Lovely holiday

Staff really well mannered and helpful. Location is perfect. Could do with more parasols, plenty of loungers and very clean hotel
