Il y avait un lézard dans la chambre l’évier horrible et pleins de traces partout pas très propre

Air con was working ok. Cleaning was ok. The Chicken restaurant nearby is great.

The shower head was not working correctly, but they changed it after informing them. The hot water wasn't hot everyday and once informing them, the maintenance man fixed the issue. During the breakfast meal, all non morrocan guests were not given omellette & fresh bread, so complained after to the reception and then the next time we were given it also. The area around the hotel is a dump with a lot of homeless people.

Not a bad place to stay if you want comfort

Everything was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good too. You don’t hear the call to prayer in the morning. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Some staff didn’t speak English

Le meilleur hôtel que j'ai visité à Fès

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Je tiens à remercier Khawla pour son excellent accueil ; elle a été très aimable et serviable. Les employés sont également très gentils, en particulier les femmes qui servent le petit-déjeuner le matin ; elles étaient aimables et souriantes tout le temps. À chaque fois que je visite Fès, je viens dans cet hôtel ; c'est devenu mon endroit préféré.

Le garçon du matin n'a pas été du tout serviable, et chaque fois que je lui demandais mon chemin, il me disait d'aller le chercher sur Google.

Wir haben auf Wunsch zügig ein Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten,ohne dafür mehr zu bezahlen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem.die Lage ist auch sehr gut.in der Umgebung findet man alles,was man braucht und nachts ist es ruhig.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Bad ist groß und ist auch sehr geräumig. Duschgel und Schampoo gibt es auch. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und frisch bezogen. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe von Restaurants und Cafés. Es gibt auch genügend Parkplätze vor der Tür. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel is located outside the Medina, but only a short distance away, around 3 km. It is very easy to reach by taxi or using InDrive, for approximately €2. There are also several shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The hotel is **very close to Fes main train station and can easily be reached on foot**, which was particularly convenient for us. The internet connection is generally fast, although the Wi-Fi signal is not equally strong in all rooms, and in some areas the connection can be weaker. I can’t really review the breakfast, as on both days we had to leave very early in the morning and asked to have it prepared to take away. I would definitely recommend staying here. In my opinion, staying outside the Medina is actually more convenient, especially if you are travelling with luggage. Since cars cannot enter many parts of the Medina, reaching your accommodation with suitcases can be uncomfortable. Staying just outside makes everything much easier, while still being only a few minutes away from the Medina.

L’accueil et l’emplacement étaient parfait. Le personnel était aimable et l’hôtel très cosy ! Top pour découvrir Fès. Le petit déjeuner très correct. C’était la 2ème fois et on reviendra.

Disponibilita reception, pulizia. Posizione fuori dalla medina e comodo parcheggio gratuito lungo strada. Camera con dicvia chiusa. Facile da trovare. Vicino ad una ottima steack house che fa anche pizze e ottimi cocktail con piano bar locale

Migliorare la colazione o specificare che si possono fare richieste ( uova,marmellate, caffe the alla menta ) Il primo giorno non ci hanno portato molto, il secondo abbiamo visto altri ospiti chiedere e ci siamo adeguati. Dopodiché ci hanno accontentato.

Hôtel très agréable personnel au top j'ai tout aimé dans son ensemble pour un repos de 2 nuits , étant avec ma fille ils ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit fort agréable petit déjeuner que ma fille a apprécié et le contact avec le responsable personnel au top encore une fois de plus.

Tout même les petits intentions pour que mes séjours soient agréable merci et un grand merci encore

Az ár-értékaránynak megfelelő volt. Európai mércével is a személyzet kedves, a szoba tiszta, az ágy kényelmes és biztonságos volt a környék is. Azt kapja az ember, amit lát a képeken: egyszerű, kulturált, korrekt hotel, semmi luxus.

A reggelinél kicsit szűk a választék. Kicsit távol volt a központtól.

매년 방문하는데 이번은 좀 실망이 컸다. 처음 배정받은28호 방은 벌레가 너무 많아서 샤워를 할수없을정도여서 밤에 잠도 못잣다 작년에도 2층에 공용화장실 옆방이 그랬는데 이미 직원들도 알면서 방을 주는듯하다 벌레문제가 잇지만 해결을 못하는듯

이틀째 새로 받은 32호는 괜찮앗다 아랫층보다 윗층에서 숙박하는게 안전하다
