Hôtel vrmt exceptionnel tant en décoration qu’en service, très bien situé, une réactivité du personnel face au moindre problème, très à l’écoute du client et de sa satisfaction, franchement nous avons très bien séjourné et nous reviendrons volontiers.

Tolles ruhiges Stadthotel

Ein superschönes, frisch renoviertes Stadthotel mit grosszügigen Zimmern und sehr bequemen Betten. Alles war ausgesprochen sauber und der Empfang herzlich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und liess keine Wünsche offen. Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich, dass die Nächte trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig waren. Die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert, und zudem steht eine Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem modernen und gepflegten Hotel. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bello ma migliorabile

L'hotel molto moderno offre un ambiente rilassato e ben servito con il ristorante/bar a piano terra e il ristorante sul Roof top molto bello.

Le camere non sono molto confortevoli, utili ma disposte male. Armadio praticamente inesistente, sistema luci in camera veramente cervellotico, bagno Senza bidet. La struttura merita ma le camere dovevano essere migliori per un punteggio adeguato. La palestra minima Senza asciugamani e un tappetino per fare esercizi a terra.

Modern, well maintained hotel in the downtown area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, well above average for this class of hotel in Morocco (for example, deliciously fresh croissants). Modern, well laid out rooms (though a little on the small side).

Noise from the street at night can be a nuisance.

my ac wasnt working well and I had an uncomfortable night and when I raised the issue it didnt seem to be taken seriously and wasn't attended to during my stay.

Il y avait un événement privé sur le rooftop avec de la musique très forte jusqu’à passé minuit. Ça nous a empêché de dormir. Nous devions partir à 6:15 am le lendemain.

The location is perfect, Uber works perfectly there! The room are nice, the bathroom clean and large. The staff very understanding and nice to all of us. The hotel has a wonderful chill vibe with a beautiful rooftop. Breakfast was great. A good valet service and the room upgrade was much appreciated. Again thank you all.

Since we were in a large room, I would have appreciated that the room was ready for that amount of people. We had to wait a long time to be able to check-in but even like this, we had to call room service late at night to get beddings, towels …that said we all understand it’s a common mistake.

They had constraint in supplying extra water bottles. Limited to only 2 small bottles which I realized at night.

I loved everything about this place. We got free upgrade and whole hotel was a place where you find what to do. A nice terrace with view, fitness, co-working space, cafe and bar. Special kudos and gratitude for the staff. Othman - thank you for your energy and support

This is our second time at Kaan Casablanca, and we really like the place! The hotel, the rooms, the services, the restaurant and the work space in the hall: we enjoyed all that. We recommend the place to people travelling to Casablanca, and want to be in a modern, yet cool and well located hotel. In particular, Abdo was really helpful during our stay, and made sure to help and advise us when we needed

Location was amazing. The staff was super nice and friendly. When you are traveling alone you want to see smiling faces and thats exactly what the staff was like. Coffee machine was amazing in the room. Their rooftop Misti has such fresh food. I would eat there almost everyday. Also the dj sets the vibe. The reception at night was also available for any kind of help 24/7. English wasn't a problem for the staff. They were able to communicate well.

Vi har haft en fantastisk oplevelse under vores ophold på hotellet. Et særligt TAK til Abdo som tog godt imod os fra start 🙏🏽 Servicen er ganske enkelt storslået. Alle medarbejdere, man møder på sin vej, yder en utrolig god service. De er smilende, hjælpsomme og ikke mindst meget opmærksomme på gæsternes behov. Det er tydeligt at mærke, at hotellet har en god ledelsesstil og en stærk samarbejdskultur – og det afspejler sig i den service, man oplever som gæst. Hotellet dufter skønt overalt, og renligheden er 10/10 på hele hotellet. Morgenmaden er virkelig lækker, og maden i restauranten er både velsmagende og til meget rimelige priser. Et ekstra plus er, at der er gratis vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til rådighed for gæsterne. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette hotel til alle, der besøger Casablanca, og vi vil uden tvivl bo her igen næste gang, vi kommer til byen. Efter vores oplevelse fortjener hotellet uden tvivl 5 stjerner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hôtel au design moderne et soigné, avec un superbe rooftop offrant une vue panoramique sur la ville et un restaurant de qualité. Personnel très agréable et attentionné, petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Rien à redire, tout était parfait ! Je recommande sans hésiter.

Amazing stay

Hotel was amazing and overall loved it. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean as well as superb bathrooms.

It was great except needed a little bit more cups and cutlery.
