We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Rabat. The room was absolutely beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained. What made our experience even more special was the amazing hospitality from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. A special thank you to Mohammed from Reservations, Imane, and Hasnae from Guest Relations for their kindness, attention, and excellent service. They truly made us feel welcome and helped make our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Le gâteau offert à notre arrivée pour notre anniversaire de mariage et les pétales tout était parfait Mention spéciale pour l’adorable Safae qui a été un repère et d’une douceur rassurante !

Le ménage n’était pas fait régulièrement les femmes de ménage oublié le service du soir, il était régulièrement dans les chambres des saoudiens qui devait sûrement donner d’énormes pourboires et nous, on avait nos chambres qui n’étaient pas faites une fois à 3h, l’après-midi, la chambre n’était même pas faite et sur cette nuit trois fois le service du soir n’a pas été fait

The location is good for pp who would like to relax cus it’s quiet and nothing round , you should have car if you plan to stay in the hotel , the hotel design is very nice and historical

The hotel service is extremely poor and it has nothing related to the ritz Carlton standard,especially in the breakfast staff are not professional they keep forgetting what you ask about no set up prepared poor breakfast and quality except the gentleman who checked me in and out he was very welcoming and professional You can’t sleep the hall night due to the frog sound

Beautiful resort with amazing facilities and staff. Mariame was absolutely legendary at making our stay perfect. We’re really grateful for her experience and how she made sure we had the best time. Always anticipating our needs. The staff was really competent.

It was a bit hard to find cars to get us to and from the hotel. We managed in the end but it required some planning. The massage left me feeling hurt during several days. The Mystic touch treatment is advertised as a relaxing massage but it wasn’t very relaxing I’m afraid.

Without a doubt, this is my favorite hotel in Rabat, and every single time I visit the city, this is the only place I choose to stay. I’ve been here several times, and each visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The hotel is ravishing but the level of hospitality is simply outstanding. Every single person working at this hotel is exceptional. From the reception and Guest Relations team to the breakfast and restaurant staff, housekeeping, and everyone behind the scenes, every member of the team is amazing, welcoming, kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They don’t just provide excellent service they make you feel truly valued and cared for. Their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication create an experience that is second to none. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr Ayman El Manna and Mr El Mehdi Mofid from the Guest Relations team. At the beginning of my stay, there was a small issue that concerned me. Instead of simply resolving it, they took ownership of the situation with genuine care, kindness, and professionalism. They listened, understood exactly how I felt, and went far above and beyond anything I could have expected. They completely turned my experience around and made me feel like a truly valued guest. Apartamentos amplos e muito confortáveis. Café da manhã elegante e com atendentes muitos simpáticos. Recepção eficiente e muito organizada, em especial a recepcionista Ikram. Áreas sociais, vários restaurantes e piscina completam os ambiente, todo elegantes e luxuosos. A área de SPA É muita ampla e dispõe de piscina indoor.

Extremely beautiful hotel. Mesmerising to walk around and enjoy the architecture and surroundings. Very good breakfast and snacks at the pool. High quality food and drinks.

Only 1 restaurant for dinner. Becomes repeditive after a couple of days. They should open 2 more theme restaurants in the main restaurant (where you eat breakfast) and the restaurant at the pool as these are two very beautiful fullt equiped restaurants which are now not in use in the evenings. Also the fact that the pool was not heated was a bit of a dissapointment.

It is maintained well and it is great in terms of nature and facilities . Mr Mehdi was very professional , with good communication and always ready to help.

Heel mooi hotel, in een geweldige omgeving Mooi zwembad en een geweldige golfbaan. Personeel wil alles voor je doen Erg dicht bij Rabat, voor uitstapjes zeer welkom.

Veel lawaai in de kamer van de airco installatie op het dak. Restaurant bij het zwembad was gesloten, daardoor erg lang wachten op eten. Niveau 5 sterren qua locatie wel, maar je merkt dat dit een oud hotel is, wat sinds anderhalf jaar open is, maar alle problemen van de vorige eigenaar hebben de gasten erg veel last van.

Un séjour absolument incroyable ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin, avec un service irréprochable et une attention portée à chaque détail. On sent vraiment que tout est fait pour satisfaire les clients et leur offrir une expérience unique. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours aux petits soins avec le sourire. Une mention toute particulière à Mariame aitoysarrah , qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 💛

Le petit-déjeuner servi à table étais excellent ,la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que le magnifique cadre.

Les fans zone pour voir les matchs. Le bar été trop étroit et celui dans le jardin la restauration fermé trop tôt et il faisait frais.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER – ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I don’t even know where to begin with how awful this hotel was. After traveling 8 hours and 30 minutes from Dubai to Casablanca, then another 1 hour to Rabat, I was completely exhausted and just wanted a clean room and some rest. Instead, this hotel made everything worse. First, after checking in and paying, they made me wait over an hour before giving me my room key. When I finally got to the room, it was absolutely disgusting — full of ants and insects, dust all over the tables, and clearly not cleaned at all. I called the reception, but they were extremely slow, and it took them forever to respond. Then they told me they would give me another room — but of course, that also took ANOTHER hour. And that’s not all. Every time I needed something from reception, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Even when my room card stopped working, instead of having phones or any way to contact them from the corridors, I had to walk all the way back down to reception just to get help. Seriously, how can a hotel not even have basic service like this? This hotel ruined my first day in Morocco. After such a long trip, instead of welcoming me or trying to make things easier, they just made everything worse. The service is terrible, the rooms are filthy, and the staff do not care at all. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this hotel.

La clim ne marche pas dans la chambre pendant tout mon séjour L’équipe de maintenance est intervenue à deux reprises dans la chambre, mais n’a pas réussi à réparer la climatisation et semblait ne pas savoir d’où venait la panne.
