La qualité de prestation à l’accueil et leur amabilité. La réaction du support technique

2 prises dans une chambre double dont une prise anglaise. Dès que j’arrive ma chambre a un souci au niveau de la climatisation, dans l’autre le frigo n’est pas fonctionnel Le plafond de douche c’est uniquement du placo, 0 décoration ou peinture. J’ai voulu chauffer un plat pour mon bébé cela a pris plus de 30 minutes et j’ai dû m’énerver

Don't like anything about this hotel temperature outside was 41 and air-conditioning not working ask few time noting then ask for fan no fan

Bathroom smells all night couldn't sleep staff on check in desk was really rude to us ask for iron we don't have iron we ll never this book again really bad experience

Pas grand chose

Déçu par la propreté de la chambre. Traces sur la mquette et le salon, toiles d'araignée, plafond de la SdB non fini... Le lit était dur et la porte donnant sur le balcon non isolé du coup on entend beaucoup la rue.

My Belere Experience

The staff were friendly and warm from the entrance they great you warmly. Lady at reception was friendly and met my requests with calmness and timely. I didnt take her name though. Oh can you imagine leaving my key card not once not twice in the room and staff in reception changed that seamlessly. The room was great 117. Large windows.quiet room. Beddings were immaculately white. I loved the Bathroom too. The tab was always spotlessly clean. The supplies and toiletries superb. The Towels neat. clean. Adequate. The water warm hot and refreshing. The Breakfast Buffet Oh my..it was the ice topping of it all variety Fresh. The location is great within walking distances to the Medina shopping center, train station, Mediterrenean sea, restaurants and fast food eateries. Communication Learn afew words in French and arabic! But yes the staff also speak English.

i don’t stay, they cancelled my booking and stole my money

horrible staff…. they cancelled my booking and then told me to take it up with booking.com

thieves… I called and message the Hotel to inform them of my late arrival and they decided to cancel my booking and keep the money!!! Disgusting !!!!
