La beauté de l'hôtel, le service, le personnel accueillant et souriant. La prise en charge et le check-in plus tôt que prévu ! Merci au Maître d'hôtel. La chambre même si nous avions la vue sur la rue de la médina. Double fenêtre, donc aucun bruit. Mention spécial à Abdelfattah pour sa bonne humeur et sa bienveillance. Et bien sur, la situation géographique à 2 pas de la place. Les soins du SPA. Un vrai massage digne de ce nom. Merci à elles.

Pools were big and nice, rooftop bar and restaurant, upgraded room. Nice staff.

Breakfast was nice but should be included on the room rate.

A paradise in the middle of Marrakech

The staff was very friendly and accomodative. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, one at the ground floor and one at the roof garden. Both very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The garden was amazing!

Lovely facilities, helpful staff, luxurious spa. As 10 ladies celebrating a special birthday, we had a magical time. We were lucky enough to get our rooms upgraded as well.

Prachtig hotel, buiten het hotel de drukke stad … eens de entree gepasseerd een oase van rust ! De locatie van het hotel is prima! Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade van de kamer die mooi meegenomen was, super personeel!

Séjour agréable malgré une chaleur torride

Mini-suite magnifique. Salon aéré, salle de bain immense, chambre confortable, lit doullet. Et la terrasse super! Petit déjeuner gargantuesque. Le personnel aimable et aux petits soins.

Peut de chose en vérité, si ce n'est l'exposition de la terrasse plein sud, donc, peu utilisable dans la journée à cause d'une chaleur époustouflante, comme rarement nous l'avons connu au Maroc, mais la, personne n'y peu rien.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter centre Marrakech. Riad splendide.

Las instalaciones en general son fabulosas, nosotros especialmente disfrutamos de las piscinas ya que visitamos el hotel en agosto, son tranquilas y tienes servicio de restauración en ellas. Un respiro para cuando quieras descansar del ajetreo de la ciudad. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda, completamente aislada del ruido del exterior. El personal muy atento y servicial. La ubicación es ideal, justo al lado de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. En definitiva un hotel perfecto para alojarte si visitas Marrakech.

L’établissement est très beau et très bien entretenu. Le mois d’août est parait il plutôt calme et c’était parfait .

Restaurant international, restaurant indien au roof top avec piscine, restaurant tapas et cocktail en roof top aussi. Superbe. Personnel aux petits soins. À faire absolument.

Our first impression of the hotel was positive. At check-in, we were told that our room would be ready in about 10 minutes, which was perfectly understandable. After waiting around 20 minutes, I decided to ask for an update myself. Surprisingly, the room was immediately available after I asked. It made me wonder if we would have been waiting even longer had I not checked, but thankfully Majid handled everything quickly and got us into our room right away. A few hours later, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Someone was sent to check it immediately, but unfortunately the room still didn’t cool down. We were told to call back if the issue wasn’t resolved, which we did after returning from dinner. Without any hesitation, the staff arranged another room for us. And what an upgrade it was! We were moved to a beautiful suite, and the staff even helped transfer all of our luggage. Their willingness to resolve the issue quickly and make sure we were comfortable really impressed us. The breakfast was good. It wasn’t the biggest buffet, but it had everything I needed. The traditional Moroccan pancakes were delicious, and fresh egg dishes were prepared to order. A special thank you to Majid. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to excellent customer service turned a small inconvenience into a wonderful stay. Because of him and the team’s outstanding service, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
