Absolument tout! Du Check in au Check out, aucune fausse note. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, professionnel et discret. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour vous faire passer un beau séjour. La piscine est d’une rare quiétude pour un hôtel de cette capacité. Les nombreuses attentions dans les chambres sont très appréciées. Le spa est vraiment agréable.

Excellente expérience, les équipes et la qualité de service sont remarquables, élégance et gentillesse dans toutes les interactions ! Très belles installations, piscines, spa, ainsi que le ksar. Les restaurants sont bien et le petit déjeuner parfait. Le restaurant marocain est excellent. Nous reviendrons.

My third stay at Es Saadi Marrakech Resort Palace confirms the excellent impression from my previous visits. This is a high-quality hotel set in an elegant and peaceful environment, surrounded by beautifully maintained lush gardens. The outstanding outdoor swimming pools, including a heated pool, the excellent breakfast, and the superb spa facilities with an indoor pool are particular highlights. The service remains attentive and professional, contributing to a consistently memorable experience. A hotel that continues to meet expectations and that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, tranquillity, and quality in Marrakech.

La piscine, l’accueil, le jardin, le spa, les soins, la gentillesse du personnel.

Il pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors, malgré l’envie d’y aller et le cadre magnifique a cause des abeilles et des oiseaux qui viennent piquer dans les assiettes. Aucune amélioration depuis 2022 où le problème existait déjà. Obligé de se partager le sel et poivre entre les tables par manque de matériel

Velmi mily a usluzny personal,specialne pri vstupe do hotela a velmi vyzdvihujem ustretovost a proklientsky pristup pana Saad Bouljire (concierge). Vynikajuce ranajky. Velka pohodlna poste.

Pomalsia obsluha pri bazene,aj ked sa velmi snazili,nestihali obsluhovat. Na takuto uroven hotela,mohla byt voda v celom areali complimentary.

Good food and a great swimming pool.

Before confirming my reservation, I contacted Es Saadi Palace to request a room with the view shown on their Booking.com profile. They did not indicate that such a room might not be available. Upon arrival, the view from my room was disappointing—the balcony was obstructed by trees, and there was no real view. Had I known this in advance, I would not have chosen this resort. The staff told me that nothing could be done because the room was already occupied by another guest. They could have informed me about this earlier, especially as I had contacted them four days before my arrival.

Sehr zu empfehlen, auch aufgrund der Nähe zum Zentrum, in der Früh konnte ich alleine im 50m Pool inmitten eines Orangen

Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, wir hatten eine Junior Suite und wurden upgegraded. Das Zimmer, das Hotel, einfach nur ein Traum

Ik begrijp niet dat dit een voldoende rating krijgt.

De spa was goed, het Italiaanse restaurant en El Saadi restaurant.

Het hotel is oud en armoedig, het personeel is bijna allemaal compleet incapabel, de kamer is zeer rumoerig - van allerlei kanten is er veel geluid en de douche functioneerde niet en moest gerepareerd worden. De prijs is idioot voor het niveau.

A good stay but not special.

The location, everything is walkable.

I felt the staff was less nice and authentic than we are used at other 5 star properties. Less service and guest orientated.

We were extremely pleased with the overall service at this hotel, especially the care provided by our cleaner, Hayat. The waitstaff across all the restaurants were very attentive, and we particularly enjoyed our time with one waiter, Ashraf, who made the experience even more fun.

Only real dinner option was fine dining, and when we are arrived - only lunch option £75 head for a buffet. We were off a plane and such a waste of money when we just needed a snack. Just need to provide simple alternatives and the empty restaurants back this up. We had to go out every night as sometimes, you just don’t want pasta with lobster, but a skewer, a burger, a pizza - something simple - especially for kids. It was the ONLY downside, but a big one. Consider how you want to eat dinner. Staff were amazing.

Many of the facilities were unavailable to our daughter (11). Spa (with the only indoor pool - weather was surprisingly cold for a few days) is strictly 16+ and for some reason the gym is part of the spa. Main swimming pool (a large part of the hotel’s attraction) was freezing cold and empty as a result.

Generally fantastic after a slightly rocky start.

The hotel grounds, pool and the last were excellent. Location was perfect for exploring and the food was good.

We were offered an “upgrade” on arrival which was clearly an inferior option to what we had booked. Made us uncomfortable that they were trying to give us an inferior option.

Todo!! Las instalaciones, limpieza, los exteriores con las piscinas, el personal super amable en todo momento. El desayuno espectacular, super completo, gran variedad y todo riquísimo con La fruta deliciosa y zumo de naranja recién exprimido buenísimo.

Les jardins, la piscine, le balcon, la salle de bains, le personnel souriant et bienveillant. Les espaces, le cadre globalement de belle qualité.

La proximité de l'aéroport ( bruyant,mêmela nuit), les prix incohérents pour le Maroc ( restaurants) bar de la piscine ( 6 euros une gauffre ...), les vins à la carte avec prix déconnant. bref, ça sent la marge, et pas toujours juste au regard de la qualité/ prix.

A royal welcome at the Es Saadi Palace in Marrakech

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants and other well known premium hotels. Still it is only 5 minutes walking from the city walls and 15 minutes from the Koutoubia mosque and the medina. The grounds are vast and the pool area is beautiful with heated pools inside and outside. The garden is full of orange trees which were full of fruit this time of the year so it was nice to have lots of freshly pressed orange juice during breakfast. Our executive room was huge, the bed super comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. But what made it more special was the warm service from all the staff, starting with the bell man, to the reception, the concierge who was super helpful, and the restaurant and spa staff.

The Spa facilities are beautiful and the saunas and many choices of hammams are great. However, the jets in the pool were very moody. Sometimes they work sometimes not. For such an establishment, the staff should be on it asap and not accept that this does not work. Also, there should be a rack with fresh towels and bin to place the used ones.

Servicelevel absolut nicht auf Niveau. Lange Wartezeiten für Getränke. Mehrfach Zeile der Bestellung beim Frühstück vergessen und dann zum Abschluss noch eine Barrechnung von vor meinem Aufenthaltszeitraum, welche meinem Zimmer zugeordnet wurde. Service entspricht eher 1-Sterne Niveau.

100% would recommend this fantastic place!

The room was huge and luxurious (as was the comfortable bed). We traveled with our adult children and had an adjoining room which made our stay so much better. Both groups had large rooms with comfortable seating areas. Breakfast was grand and there were many options to choose from for varied breakfast desires. The spa was divine.

I wish there had been more vegetarian food options (for dinner/lunch) as this was quite limiting for our family. And I wish morning coffee came faster. It was often brought to the table (ordered upon entrance at breakfast) just as we were finishing our meal.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le petit-déjeuners est copieux avec d'excellents produits et pas de problème pour avoir de la place pour le petit-déjeuners. Le personnel est très compétent et très agréable

Si on veut chercher la petite bête, il manque peut-être des fruits et des douceurs chaque jour dans la chambre.
