Déçue par le séjour

Le cadre, l’accueil, l’espace, … En fait, nous avons l’habitude de nous y rendre régulièrement et nous avons bénéficié d’un sur classement !

Nous avons passé une nuit blanche du fait que la chambre était située au-dessus de la salle des machines et un bruit intempestif toute la nuit malgré après l’avoir signalé.

La habitación y el baño enormes y todo muy limpio. El desayuno buffet, super completo y todo riquísimo. Incluso había embutidos de cerdo (chorizo, salchichón, bacon ....). La piscina muy grande y limpia, con su chiringuito y carta para comer a precio asequible. Hay parada de taxi, frente al hotel. Por ponerle alguna pega, no hay nada alrededor, para comer o comprar; sólo un centro comercial a unos 15 minutos andando. He visitado muchos hoteles en Marrakech y sin duda volveré a este. Merece la pena.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, fantastic food, bad attitudes from some staff members.

The location, venue, grounds, etc were excellent. The hotel was beautiful as was the food. Sadly, the terrible attitude of some (not all) of the staff really marred the experience.

As mentioned above, the snotty and arrogant behaviour of some staff members was in my opinion unacceptable and due to this I doubt I would return.

Seul souci, une intoxication avec dérangement intestinaux le lendemain de l'arrivée est ce dû aux crudités ou aux glaçons, aucune idée. Pae contre piscine parfaite chambre très confortable et personnel très aux petits soins. Mon fils et mon mari ont été ravis

Le fait qu'il n'ait pas été proposé le all -in dès l'arrivée et d'expliquer que tout était payant dans le forfait petit déjeuner et qu'il aurait fallu dire qu'en prenant le supplément all in les boissons et l'accès aux 2 restaurants étaient des forfaits bien plus avantageux Le concierge, réceptionniste Monsieur Cheriff a été d'une gentillesse et d'une aide bien agréable.

Très déçue de mon séjour au Kenzi Menara palace. Ma famille et moi sommes pourtant clients là-bas depuis longtemps. J’ai payé une chambre vue piscine. Vue que je n’ai jamais eu et ils ont refusé de me rembourser la différence de prix. De plus sachez qu’en tant que client Booking vous avez un traitement différent (ils vous reconnaissent car votre bracelet a une couleur différente).

La struttura è fatta bene stile marocchino puro molto curata Lo staff dal portiere che alza la barriera per farti entrare con la macchina fino al più piccolo servizio sono stati eccezionali veramente gentilezza sorprendente mai visto in altri paesi approfitto per ringraziare Ayoub al reception,riuscito a risolvere in qualche secondo completamenti davvero

Le personnel.

La restauration est celle d'un 3 étoiles, surtout le restaurant italien et et au bord de la piscine.

Definitely not 5 star, paid a lot for this and expected much more, not on my list of hotels to recommend nor return to.

Good pool area with plenty of sun beds and cabanas, kept clean and very good pool bar staff. Room was large and comfy if a little tired looking and dated. Clean though, and the house keeping staff were smiley and pleasant, they kept the room clean and tidy but without moving or rearranging my things too much which is good - in some hotels everything gets moved and I’m not keen on that. The young men serving in the main bar were polite and friendly, I didn’t go for the all inclusive option as I had read bad reviews of the food so the bonus was I could choose exactly what drink I wanted and what it was made with rather than having to have the generic drinks included in a package. And actually the drinks I bought were reasonably priced - I don’t think around £8 was bad for a very large Bombay Sapphire and tonic so overall probably the only thing that was value for money. Breakfast ok but a bit limited unless you want nothing but pastries or cold meat and cheese. It’s a pity there wasn’t more choice of fresh fruit. But a big plus was the lady making the traditional square pancakes - absolutely delicious.

Very noisy room, made worse because the patio doors to the balcony didn’t close properly or lock meaning constant noise from the road plus loud music late into the night from the night club across the road. Whilst most staff were great, some were surly and unhelpful (one lady with glasses on reception in particular). I definitely wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel. I travel round the world regularly for work and holidays and have stayed in many genuine 5 and 6 star places. I’d say this was 3-4 stars at the most. The general upkeep is poor - lots of chipped and scraped paint on the walls, furniture worn and stained.

Propreté pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles. De plus je n avais pas opter pour aull in ce qui fait que les trois restos n ouvr qu’à 20h et la cuisine pas terrible beaucoup de réchauffé c est dommage

La piscine spacieuse

À vrai dire, à part la piscine, je n’ai trouvé absolument rien de positif dans cet hôtel. Le buffet est, selon moi, digne d’un 3 étoiles : très souvent les mêmes plats, sans goût et sans grande variété. À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre juste en face d’une boîte de nuit. Nous avions littéralement l’impression d’être dans la boîte tellement le bruit était présent. Avec un bébé, je trouve cela tout simplement honteux pour un hôtel de ce standing. Concernant le personnel de la réception, certains sont particulièrement hautains, notamment une employée qui nous regardait de manière très désagréable. On se demande vraiment si elle pense travailler pour le ministère… Le goûter servi à 17h près de l’hôtel est également une grosse déception : 0/10. Il s’agit essentiellement de restes du petit-déjeuner, présentés autrement. Et pour couronner le tout, au moment de notre départ, on nous demande d’attendre afin de vérifier la chambre. On nous accuse ensuite d’avoir pris un chocolat dans le minibar. Bien évidemment, nous n’avons rien pris et nous avons refusé de payer quelque chose que nous n’avions pas consommé. Conclusion à ce prix et pour un hôtel de ce standing, je vous conseille clairement de vous tourner vers un autre établissement. La piscine est agréable, mais cela ne suffit absolument pas à compenser le reste.

La struttura è veramente bellissima e tenuta pulita e ordinata, i giardini sono meravigliosi come gli spazi comuni e le camere.

Per essere un 5 stelle si può migliorare il servizio durante i pasti ma per il resto tutto bene.

لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة رغم اقامتي لمدة 3 ايام. فضلا عن ذلك تم تحميلي مصاريف إضافية تتعلق بالمشروبات والمكسرات التي كانت متواجدة في الغرفة بثمن قدره 860 درهم، مع العلم ان موظف الاستقبال لم يقم باخباري بكون هذه المشروبات والمكسرات لا تدخل في الثمن الذي اديته مقابل الإقامة، وهذا مخالف لقانون لحماية المستهلك الذي ينص على حق المستهلك في الاعلام لتنوير ارادته قبل الاقبال على التصرف.

Everything was amazing. Staff was great and very helpful, rooms were excelent and breakfast was also really good.

The room was big and spacious. It was a Morracan style hotel with a big lobby and resort.

Elevator was broken! Long distance walking to the rooms! No iron table was provided and the iron was not working properly! Breakfast was not five star at all! The furniture in the room was not very clean and well maintained. No conditioner was provided in the bathroom!

Hôtel où l’on a l’habitude d’aller depuis presque 10 ans. La piscine toujours aussi propre et grande mais manque des carreaux de carrelage Très déçu cette fois-ci sur nos 3 réservations pour ce qu’on a payé.

Petit déjeuner jus d’orange à l’eau. Chambre très vieillotte énormément de poussière au dessus du meuble qui nous tombait dessus en voulant attraper un moustique, robinetterie à changer d’urgence, l’extérieur est très bien entretenu mais malheureusement ce n’est pas le cas de l’intérieur. Des demandes via booking qui sont resté sans réponses.

Je suis venu en haute saison et le Service n’était pas du tout à la hauteur, les chambres étaient hyper poussiéreuses. Le ménage n’est pas fait régulièrement. Je suis arrivé un jour sans que le ménage n’ai été fait

Privilégiez d’autres 5 étoiles, celui ci est médiocre

L’extérieur, c’est un bel hôtel mais mal entretenu. Les chambres sont peu entretenues. L’hôtel est bien placé

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment loin d’être à la hauteur d’un 5*. Je dirai même qu’il est presque nul. De plus les chambres sont faites très tard (17h) malgré des demandes récurrentes. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas des plus agréables.

Je ne suis resté qu'une seule nuit, donc je n'ai pas tout testé. Par contre, le petit déjeuné était très moyen et pas digne d'un 5 *. Les meubles des chambres vetustes. Les drats et les oreillés pas conforrables...

Overall a good stay , comfortable. Lovely Morrocan restaurant and spa offering a range of treatments.

Good mix of moderate and traditional look. Lovely big rooms , pool and spa also very good.

Staff by the pool could be more attentive to guests waited quite a while to get pool towels also at pool bar only one serving despite other staff sitting nearby

A existência de uma discoteca em frente. Como o isolamento não é bom, tinha música alta no meu quarto até à 1:30. Música na piscina. Pequeno almoço com muita gente.
