Son emplacement. Le Riad est beau. Authentique et dans une rue sympathique. Le moins =Certain des salariés sont top et d’autres moins souriant..

Je le trouve excessif les tarifs niveau cuisine. Les mets ne sont pas à la hauteur. Risoto sans champignon et sans parmesan pourtant affiché sur la carte. Gravalax de saumon, saumon avec les parties noires. Petit dej bof.

Emplacement agréable, idéalement situé à proximité du cœur de la médina.

Les chaises de la terrasse présentent des traces de rouille, ce qui a endommagé et taché mes vêtements.

Les femmes de ménage n'ont pas cessé de faire du bruit le matin très tôt. En plus les chambres n'étaient pas propre avec de la poussière et non ensoleillées. Des insectes dans la douche.

A charming, authenitc older riqd hotel in an excellent location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything was well organized, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

La chambre plien des insectes

Alles war wunderbar.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Gebäude. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft jederzeit bei Fragen und Problemen. Es ist sehr gut in der Medina gelegen. Nah zum Strand und zum Hafen. Es gibt eine Dachterasse auf der man in der Sonne liegen kann, es ist aber mitunter sehr windig wie in der ganzen Stadt 😊

El patio común es una pasada y tienen muy buena comida a buen precio. Las habitaciones muy limpias.

Quizás el recepcionista. Digamos que no era muy amable ni sabía tratar al público.

Le hammam le personnel est adorable et fait bien son travail mais ce n'est pas un hammam. On vous lave avec un gant de crin plusieurs produits différents mais il n'y a pas de vapeur. C'est un peu comme une salle de bain. Le personnel extrêmement gentil rattrape cette situation...

No internet service in my room and it was noisy because it was close to the street

Poor Experience

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. It is very run-down compared to the pictures which make it look very bright and modern. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and, again, looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms were also infested with moths. We had cleaners letting themselves into our rooms whilst we were showering and undressed despite us putting a “do not disturb” sign on the door. The cleaners were very confrontational when we told them not to come into our rooms and they were sitting outside the room looking through the window despite us specifically requesting that they didn’t do this. The hotel staff at the desk were fairly helpful in guiding us around the city and with booking activities. I would not come back to this hotel again.

Das Haus war vor 30 Jahren superschön. Man hat es ein wenig verkommen lassen so muss man es wohl sagen. Die Massage im Hamam hatte ihren Preis aber war auch wirklich gut! Die Qualität des Frühstücks war ebenso lieblos wie die teilweise Sanierung - ein solch klassisches Haus vergehen zu lassen ist eine Sünde. Einige recht freundliche, bemühte Mitarbeiter - die Masseurin, ein Kellner,. Jedoch Fort mit…

Wir hatten Kakerlaken an der Wand. Plastikvorhänge Lichtsmog, ganze Nacht starkes Licht vor dem Fenster, dadurch kein offenes Fenster möglich für Frischluft. Wenig liebevolles - hier fehlt jemand der sich empathisch mit den Räumen und Gästeerwartungen auseinandersetzt. Es gibt so so viel Personal hier aber wenig Willen auf den Gast wirklich einzugehen. Man muss selbst nach allem fragen oder suchen. Der Architektur und Geschichte des Hauses nicht würdig leider. Hoffe aufgrund dieser konstruktiv gemeinten Kritik wird das Managment tätig, sonst wirkt es wir eine Arbeitsbeschaffungsmaßnahme. Dafür defintiv zu teuer für marokkanische Verhältnisse. Personal: Laut Handyvideos hören vor den Gästen - geht nicht! Service bedeutet man nimmt den Beruf ernst. Service ist eine Ehre und sollte den Berufsethos erfüllen. So sammeln sich gelangweilte Mitarbeiter in Ecken und Büros ansttatt einen Palast mit Schönheit und dem Dienen am Gast zu erfüllen, die architektur des Hauses - die Geschichte geben das allemal her.

La construcción es como un palacete y desayuno

El WC podía estar más limpio los azulejos y cerrar mejor las ventanas pq cuando llaman al rezo parece que lo tienes dentro de la habitación y no veas como sienta a las 5 am

Un lugar agradable

El patio central es muy agradable para tomar algo o descansar. La ubicación es muy buena, y a pesar de estar en una zona bulliciosa de la medina nuestra habitación era bastante silenciosa ya que daba a un patio interior. La habitación era bastante grande y el establecimiento está decorado con encanto. Bastante limpio y agradable.

La ducha no tragaba bien el agua y uno de los días el agua apenas salía caliente, además el baño olía regular. El último día no funcionaba el WiFi.

Happy with the property and would stay again.

The property is good clean comfortable. It’s quite central. Shortish taxi ride to Medina. It’s close to Jardine Majorelle and Yves St Laurent. A very pleasant stay.

It’s not easy to find local buses nearby. Restaurants close to the property were closed evenings. It would help if more local information could be provided for guests new to Marrakesh.

Le personnel d’accueil est peu aimable et peu serviable. Pas d’accueil ou conseils. Et dans une situation compliquée, n’attendez d’eux aucun soutien! Business only ... très différent de l’accueil habituel au Maroc

La habitación parecía sucia y que llevaba tiempo cerrada. Si no coges las suite si no la habitación simplemente . El baño no tiene enchufe y era muy pequeño.
