PASSABLE

It truly exceeded my expectations.
Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel was excellent, with a lovely swimming pool, delicious food, and outstanding staff who were always friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. However, the furniture and facilities inside the room felt quite old. The bed, doors, and other fittings could do with some updating. The TV also didn't have a remote control, so I had to get up every time I wanted to turn it on or off or change the channel. These are only small points, as the room was spotless, but I think renovating some of the room facilities would make the overall experience even better.

We have just got back from a week in el tamlet Agadir just myself & 15 year old daughter and what a shambles I wish I never went tbh! The transfer from the airport I ended up having to tip a random man that took my bags thinking he was part of the transfer he wasn’t just money money money mad. The location was great but around the hotel was dated and needed a good painting and bleaching. The atmosphere and vibe made our holiday the entertainment staff work endlessly to make everyone have the best time. Becraful at night outside the complex isn’t safe at all. I wish I could say I would go back would I wouldn’t please read the reviewed before booking at you might be as disappointed at us

Where do I even start… This was honestly a holiday from hell! The rooms are extremely outdated and dirty. Toilet doors have weird wooden doors with holes so everyone can hear and smell your business! There are no air vents or air conditioner in the room, so you have to keep your rooms doors open to create a draft and air ventilate.. There is no mini fridge for cold drinks at evening. There is no hair dryer in the room either… You can get it, but you MUST queue outside a guess relations window at 8am in the morning! The food is mediocre at best.. Very tasteless and bland, and there are always people queuing up for one thing.. The pool water is always disgustingly dirty full of plastic cups floating around and nobody’s bothering to clean it. There are multiple bars to get drinks from, but they are all closed and only one side is kept open so again.. There are massive queues everywhere. The bar staff is also actively ignoring you at the bar, for whatever reason.. Unless you give them a tip, then they will bring you drinks down to where you are sat at… The reception staff is awful and very unhelpful. We asked about hair dryer and clothes ironer on our first arrival day, and was told that they didn’t have any in hotel and to go buy from shop. Later, I believe one of the managers that we met, told us there is but you need to take it out with deposit from guest relations kiosk… There was no bottled water provided in our room, and unfortunately i got an allergic reaction to tap water and had to go to pharmacy to get treatment and medication..

A very enjoyable 3-star stay - just manage your expectations
We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at El Pueblo Tamlelt in Agadir. The first thing I would say is to judge this hotel for what it is: a 3-star all-inclusive resort. If you arrive expecting five-star luxury, you will probably be disappointed. If you arrive with realistic expectations, there is plenty to like. Our room was basic but clean, with housekeeping visiting every day. The bed was comfortable, and the en suite shower and toilet were perfectly adequate. We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. One of the biggest advantages is that El Pueblo Tamlelt shares its facilities with the neighbouring hotel. Between them there are four swimming pools, the main buffet restaurant and two additional restaurants that can be booked daily while still being included within the all-inclusive package. The food is exactly what you would expect from an all-inclusive resort: freshly prepared in large quantities rather than fine dining, but with good choice and enough variety across the week that we always found something we enjoyed. A useful tip for future guests: if you look after one of the waiters with a generous tip on your first day, the service for the rest of your stay is excellent. We never had to wait for a table and our drinks were often brought to us at meal times. The entertainment team deserves real praise. They work incredibly hard throughout the day and evening, creating a fun atmosphere without being overbearing. We also found the staff to be friendly and able to communicate confidently in English and French as well as Arabic. Wi-Fi is available across the resort and worked well in the public areas, although the signal does not yet reach every room. There are shops on site selling souvenirs and holiday essentials, and the vendors were happy to let us browse without any pressure to buy, which was refreshing. The hotel's location is also a real plus. Agadir beach is only a short walk away, and there are plenty of reasonably priced shops, cafés, bars and restaurants nearby if you fancy a wander outside the resort. We also felt very safe doing so. We have been on holidays elsewhere in the world where we were reluctant to go off resort, but that could not have been further from our experience here. Our only slight hiccough came on the first morning when trying to meet our holiday representative. Because the resort is effectively two hotels sharing one complex, there was a little confusion about where we should go. It was quickly resolved the following day and did not really affect our holiday. One practical tip: bring your own beach towels. Room towels are not allowed around the pools, and although towels can be hired from the resort kiosk, it is only open from 10am until midday, Monday to Saturday. Packing your own is much easier. The bar offers a fairly limited drinks selection — one bottled beer, a couple of cocktails and the usual soft drinks — but the bar staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming. One final note for UK visitors: do not assume zebra crossings work in quite the same way as they do at home! Traffic seems to have a rather more flexible interpretation of pedestrian priority, so cross carefully and confidently once you spot a suitable gap. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. El Pueblo Tamlelt is not pretending to be a luxury hotel, but it is clean, friendly, well run and good value for money. If you are looking for a relaxed 3-star all-inclusive resort in a good location, it is well worth considering. We would happily return.

Location is good rep team is fantastic everything else downhill, Hotel is Dated, Dirty, old fashioned and,I’m suprised onthebeach still offers this hotel on there system, As a family of 10 we had 5 rooms, 2 of our party had to be moved immediately due to smell and dangerous balcony of rooms they got issued, old fashion televisions which the young ones of our group were amused by and had no idea why they had no remote control, showers head broken, toilet system broken we got fed up reporting for them to fix and be broken again soon after, The bedding sheets were not changed once in our 7 night stay even with us asking it was blanked, The bites we have come home from will back this up, having to purchase bug sprays for rooms, beds and skin was also and unexpected expense, the pools I hated the fact the smaller pools for younger children were a home to all kinds of birds at night god only knows what babies/young children were swallowing next day in pool, lots of cockroaches also Food was repetitive everyday breakfast lunch and dinner with same Temperature of cold to warm Thank goodness for McDonalds and KFC delivering to hotel and Maxwells pub next door, which we all lived on for 7 days/nights only All inclusive I have ever been to where you just couldn’t eat what was on offer as was always cold to warm, ice cream & ice lollies were not on offer unless you purchased them not even as a pudding was there any hint of ice cream, custard, or rice, big disappointment when you gave children Only thing I would say this hotel has to offer is a fantastic security Guard and Reps were brilliant, when people say you get what you pay for, this did not even apply to this hotel, and speaking with lots and lots of holidaymakers on site from different parts of the world we all had the same thing in common. This hotel was not fit for purchase

I wouldn’t return…
Location is good. I arrived on my own at night and was shown to my room, I instantly regretted booking this hotel. The room was dark, dated and unwelcoming. It didn’t feel very safe I was on the first floor. The door was very flimsy and the balcony doors are easily pushed open even when locked. The room was clean-ish. The noise is ridiculous.. super thin walls. My next door neighbours came back late to their room every night clearly drunk banging on doors. Sounded like they were trying to kick down their door because they lost their key. Arguing. Not pleasant to be woken up to at 2am. The seagulls are stupidly noisy too waking me up every morning at 5am. (Can’t be helped but was very annoying!) safe box in room but no key to use it. The tv was an old style tv with no plug socket near it to watch it. The toilet flush broke. The shower was leaking water everywhere when switched on. No hairdryer in room. No fridge in room. Had a couple cockroaches in the room. The staff I encountered were friendly.. apart from bar staff, they were rude and ignorant. I went to the bar the first night I arrived an didn’t bother using it again. The drinks tasted weird and I was sick that night, I wasn’t drunk either just obviously didn’t agree with me. Barely ate in the restaurants either… the choice was poor. And quality poor. I ate out everyday although I was all inclusive. Wish I hadn’t bothered with all inclusive. Overall I wouldn’t book again. There are much nicer hotels nearby I would choose one of those next time.

Basic and basic
We were lucky as we did not overpay and knew it was going to be basic and needed renovation. But a lot of other people paid double or triple to what we paid. And they hated the hotel. Food was always cold. Salad bar was big. Hotel needs so much work. Beds hard. Pillows like rock. Basic room. Was cleanish. Only 1 towel left for 2 people. Pool bar attracted idiots!! And tips were constantly given to bar staff to get served quicker. Booze was vodka gin rum whiskey beer. Mixers were warm or watered down. Staff were pleasant but put up with a lot of moaning people. Management were never around which meant the poor waiters were left to deal with complaints. So if your paying around 400 pounds per person with flight then your getting what you paid for. You will be very disappointed if your pay more.

Pay more for better.
Where do we start. Arriving at the airport, where the porters were very helpful and escorted you to your transfer area. Don't forget to leave a tip. A quick 35 min transfer to the hotel, and on arrival you might think what have I chosen here. We did. We were earlier than our check in time, but managed to get our wristband, so we left our bags behind reception, and made our way to get something to eat and a drink. If you like rice, pasta and salad then you maybe happy here because that is available for breakfast lunch and dinner. But after suffering for 2 days with a dodgy stomach, I wouldn't. The last 3 days we ate out or ordered food in as it was a risk we didn't want to take anymore. Luckily the pharmacy over the road helped. The rooms are outdated, with air conditioning that worked when it felt like it. Reception wasn't particularly helpful there. It just came back on after it had had a break haha. But for the price, they were kept reasonably clean tbf, because you've paid for a budget holiday, not a stay at the Ritz. Each morning was welcomed with a cloudy start off the ocean, but it was still warm and tanable. Around lunchtime the clouds cleared to leave blue skys and red hot sun. Around June apparently this is the norm. The pool areas were great, well depending which one you stayed around. The quieter ones away from the pool bar was lovely, peaceful and relaxing. However the main pool with bar with people tanked up and music blaring at was a different atmosphere all together, where to catch some relaxing rays wouldn't have been possible. I watched the lifeguard daily, walk around between pools, good chat with the punters and watched several times to him jumping in the pool and helping people learn to swim, which was good of him. There was also turtle man on site, who wouldn't let you walk past without looking at them and grabbing a picture. Very friendly. There is a shop on site which only took cash, however just outside there was plenty of supermarkets which took card. The sandy beach is literally a 5 minute walk away, however you will get harassed by people along the beach trying to sell you something or other. And all the local shops will try and drag you in, because they all have the best prices lol. The walk along the beach towards the main beach area is lovely, especially with the sunset and the mountain lit up. Yes I would return to Agadir but not this hotel

Good for adults sun beer n fun and pools choices. Golf from 1950 tennis courts from 1965 clay! Beer ok all abusive. People really nice though. Linen no softener. Showers never washed scrubbed or cleaned from fitted in 1985. Pots n plates not clean. Food repetetive and tired. Kids entertainment not very much and dire tbh but they was happy with pool no slides. Close pool quite erli. Really liked the place and the culture and experiencing that and there dances. Weather great. People we met great friend from gb will be friends for life. Would go back without kids and upgrade to better room. Money talks so fast service and upgrades get your dirham out haha. We all enjoyed it including 4 kids because not been abroad but I’ve booked Benidorm with 20 slides and real English good kids entertainment for march. Cleanliness 1/5 People 4/5 Entertainment 1/5 Weather 5/5 Pools 3.5/5 Value for money 2/5 Culture and bartering 4/5 Next time will try marakech and would love to go bk without kids one day in few years maybe :)

I am not the one to complain and always read the reviews and make up my own mind. I have to say the reviews are spot on, the place is tired, dated and very dirty. A good slick of paint and money well spent on it would certainly work wonders. The food omg, absolutely disgusting, cold every single no matter what it was. It was my first time with food poisoning. The menu for breakfast is the same every day as well as the lunch and dinner. I would have gave one star but the staff were amazing. I won’t be back as this for me, was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The owners need to wake up and wise up as the hotel has potential with the right funding spent in it and have a word with the kitchen. As they need to go back to school to learn how to cook.

Dirty, Run down and Damaged. Needs serious updating. Food you wouldn’t even feed to a dog…disgusting.
Room: toilet that didn’t flush despite 3 call outs Heater hanging off the wall Balcony covered in bird poop Floor absolutely filthy Slated toilet door No internal doors so privacy out the window Balcony door didn’t stay closed Pool: only decent thing about the hotel Damaged tiles smashed around the kids pool though and took 3 days to clean up and fix Sun brollies nearly all broken and rusty Food/Drink: Absolutely disgusting and I wouldn’t even feed a dog it. No need to book the Morocco restaurant they’ll just feed you the same food a day later in the standard restaurant. Not many options in alcohol drinks Staff: Reception and maintenance do not hurry themselves at all. Choose when they understand English Restaurant staff useless and rude. Pool bar staff are brilliant Entertainment not great but they do try. Very repetitive for kids NO LIFEGUARDS!!! Ground of hotel: Very unstable and unsafe to walk without tripping. There is ramps for wheelchair but it would be like climbing Mount Everest as they are so steep. No chance of mobility disabled getting in the pool. Tennis courts, crazy golf etc are stuck in 1960 They say get what you pay for but I’ve had better for cheaper so to me it wasn’t worth the money.

Awful, hotel absolutely disgusting
Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel. There were cockroaches both inside the rooms and around the hotel grounds. The food was terrible, and the waiting times for service were extremely long in every area of the hotel. Some members of staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful. The room had a strong sewage smell, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. There were seagull nests right outside the window, and the birds started screaming around 5:00 AM every morning, making it impossible to sleep properly. Towels were not replaced regularly, and the rooms were not cleaned consistently. The beds were very uncomfortable, and there was no kettle or coffee-making facilities in the room. The balconies were covered in bird droppings and clearly not maintained properly. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I would not stay here again.

Close to the beach, very rowdy, rooms were clean no hairdryers. Food was cold, staff at the burger bar were rude, lazy and service was terrible there. The bar near the pool does not open until 11am and the service is poor. Not what I would class as all inclusive. Dining was a disaster never any knives forks or napkins, had to go hunting for them. Wow. Where to start. The hotel is haggard. The rooms are dirty and full of other peoples DNA. The staff have no idea of hygiene. The restaurants are filthy. The food is disgusting. You WILL get diarrhea. You WILL get athletes foot. You WILL get an ear infection. You WILL hear every bowel movement your partner makes. You WILL be up until the early hours with the pumping music. You WILL recognise waitors from other places moonlighting as gigilos for desperate middle-aged women. But you WILL have a hot shower. You get what you pay for so spend a little extra. Trust me. Very rude restaurant staff and racist
I stayed at El Pueblo Tamlelt All Inclusive Resort in Agadir, Morocco. Overall, the resort itself was good and the reception staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few disappointing issues. After 6pm, housekeeping was unavailable, so if you needed fresh towels in the evening, it was not possible to get them. The biggest problem was the staff in the all-inclusive restaurant. They were often rude and unhelpful. On several occasions they did not provide cutlery, and when we got up to find some ourselves, they became angry. What made the experience worse was that some staff asked if we were Pakistani and then laughed, just because of tips. which felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable. The hotel has potential because some areas of the service were good, but the restaurant experience and staff behaviour really affected our stay.

The location is close to the promenade.
I received a damp room facing the street, with an unsealed balcony window which caused the room to become cold during the night. The radiator was hanging loosely on the wall and was obviously not working. There were marks and stains on the walls near the radiator. The room was very dark. The bathroom had a strange mirror covered with cloudy spots and marks. In addition, the towel hanger in the bathroom was bent and rusty. The only chair in the room had holes and stains on it. The furniture on the balcony was also dirty.

Cheap and cheap
You get what you pay for. The food is okay, all things considered. The staff are friendly and patient, and no complaints about the staff who want to help. It's in a nice location and close to the beach. Loads of shops and even one in the hotel, which is perfect.
Where do I start? 😅 You get what you pay for, and it's cheap for a reason. Lots of lairy drunk people, smoking and drinking all day by the main bar that hands out alcohol, but in fairness, you can head to the other pools if you’d prefer something a bit calmer and less… anthropologically revealing. Ideal for someone who wants to be surrounded by that environment, but not for everyone. The rooms are tired, and this is absolutely a no-thrills hotel. In the first room we had, the air con didn't work, and the second room we were given was noisy and street-facing, so there's just always a compromise with this place, but expected given the cost. The poolside towels are a bit of a joke; they wanted an £8 cash deposit (100MAD) for a towel that, quite frankly, was discoloured and tatty, so just buy or bring your own. Food's okay at best. There's next to no fruit and very limited breakfast options. Lunch is by far the best part of the day. For non buffet options at dinner, it was Italian or a Moroccan set menu. And that was about it, again, though, fine for the price I paid. If you're looking at a budget, this place will tick that box, but don't expect anything above and beyond because it just won't deliver.

Nothing Like Advertised — Filthy, Unsafe, and Not Worth It Even for Free
No photo or description matches reality — everything is a lie. The hotel is a disaster, and the food is just as bad. There are cockroaches in the rooms, which are old and extremely dirty — you’re afraid to even sleep there in case you get sick. The kitchen is filthy; you’re afraid to eat anything from there. The food is poorly prepared and unhygienic, and the cooks look at you angrily if you ask for more food, even though you’ve paid for it. The bathrooms are like something out of a horror movie: broken or missing windows, no doors, a terrible smell, no soap dispensers to wash your hands — just soap thrown next to the sink. On the last day, the hot water was cut off. The pool is not heated at all, despite what it says on the website. Drinks are rationed — only two glasses per person, no more. We only ate at restaurants outside the hotel or ordered food in. I do not recommend this hotel even if it were free — don’t go, you’ll get sick.

DISGUSTING !!HORRIBLE!! NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES !!
Avoid this hotel at all costs. I stayed at El Pueblo Tamlet in Agadir on 22 April 2026 with my five children, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is nothing like what is advertised. The rooms were extremely outdated, dirty, and very poorly maintained. The sinks were filthy, there were bugs all over the floor, no towels were provided, the TV didn’t work, and there was no air conditioning. Even basic things like privacy were missing – there were no locks on the toilet door. The hygiene standards were completely unacceptable, especially when travelling with children. My kids were genuinely scared and disgusted by the conditions. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern when we raised these issues. There was no attempt to resolve anything or offer support. We ended up checking out almost immediately and had to spend extra money booking another hotel just to have somewhere safe and clean to stay. This place should not be advertised as suitable accommodation. I would strongly recommend avoiding it.

Rooms are very dated and in need of modernisation no table and chairs, hairdryer etc in rooms as discribed on the hotel facilities, and told safe doesn't work 😕 And let's talk food.. Or lack of it, Sunday evening, offers were beef burgers cut in half and a tiny peice of chicken hacked with a cleaver from a larger portion. This happened loads, or just chicken wings as an option, Loads of different salads or actually same salads just chopped differently and weird things added like peaches.. And chocolate vermicelli sprinkled over cucumber salad, kids also not catered for chips a rareatiy and 10 minutes to wait for some 3min french fries to be cooked and just chicken nuggets on 1 day or 2 if you count the day after sliced into a salad, bread dry and crusty left out all day for the 3 meals and no proper desserts, constantly running out of plates, bowls knife and forks, so more waiting soup and dessert bowls, cups and spoons were also cheap plastic Only 1 bar open never actually saw any alcohol but G&T and a weird coloured cocktail/mock tail were offered in a lovely plastic cup, but that's in the Caribbean village end near there pool so quite a walk from your own part of hotel,, So basically don't book this hotel if you like your food.. And don't mind a trek for a coffee or a beer, Agadir is great place just not this hotel

Awful
Absolutely awful, don’t waste your time booking. Dirty and unhygenic.. Dirty bed linen, holes in the wall, paint peeling, blood on the floor, piles of piles of pigeon poo. We left within an hour and found somewhere else to stay! Should not be allowed to accept guests. Oh, check your money as we were given fake fake money as change!

dont visit on all inclusive
I went and wouldnt go back, Agadir was great, hotel staff were usless. They took a hour to go through check in and then failed to tell me key things I needed to know about meals. I was all inclusive and was refused beer on site yet others were allowed beers. I was refused to be fed one night because the staff signing me in didnt tell me about sepereate booking was needed. Ive taken package provider to court and won.

Vochtig tot en met. De lakens waren klam. Super hard matras en hoofdkussen. Airco doet het niet. Geen aanrader.

Don't listen to the negativity
Great location. Half hour from the airport. 5 min walk from beach. Back exit takes you even closer to the beach and the hotel has loungers to use there. Rooms are basic but spacious. Beds comfortable. I had a sheet, quilt and blanket. The pillows were a bit hard. I had aflat screen TV I used it once. Room cleaned every day. Shower didn't look much but very powerful and hot water at every time of day. The toilet was a modern push button flush, toilet roll filled every day. Yes the towels are older and not pure white but they were clean. At meal times there wasn't a huge selection but always something on offer I could eat and I'm a vegetarian. Breakfast had fresh bread, cheese, some meats, fruit, eggs, (omelette, fried or boiled) pancakes, cereal, yogurt also some Moroccan choices. Lunch had loads of salad choice, soup, fresh bread. Veggie pasta, chicken, roast veg, fish, meat fruit, cakes, wine available. Dinner had a meat, fish or veggie selection everyday, chips, potatoes, pasta and salads. It was all fine. The gardens and pools are well looked after. Beautiful gardens, 4 large pools cleaned everyday with padded loungers. Little stalls selling bags, sandals, trinkets. The grounds are huge. You can have a walk around them and discover little nooks to sit in. A pool bar open from 11am to midnight and a large reception bar in the other building. Yes the bar is busy, all the facilities weren't open. Some were being decorated. The staff are great, nightly show in the amphitheater, the entertainment team try their best. It's a 3 star hotel, some areas need painted but overall great value for money. I will definitely be back, thoroughly enjoyed myself. It's Morocco not Spain don't expect it to be the same.

Living nightmare, read this review before booking!
Absolutely do not consider this as a ‘cheap deal’ like I did!! Just wanting to get away for a quiet break! On arrival the entrance to the hotel is dated, faded and has a waft of cat pee. The reception area is something out of the 80’s, not at all a welcoming area with crap, old suitcases and mess everywhere. Two reception guys were very pleasant but though only a small amount extra, charged the tax, a bit more than what was stated by Love holidays. No info given on meal times and locations or a map of the hotel. On arrival to the bedroom I actually wanted to leave the hotel. As included in the photos I have attached, it was run down, drab, broken furniture, paintwork terrible, dusty and towels that looked about 30 years old. The wooden, non double glazed patio doors did not shut properly either. The aircon unit was on as a heater on my arrival, due to poor weather to start this was welcomed but I’d guess it probably does not meet safety standards!! Only one plug socket in my room out of five worked! No safe in my room also so I carried all my personal valuables around at all times, I also did not use maid service for that reason as did not want anyone in my room. Having seen a staff member slyly stealing cheese into their pocket one morning in the restaurant I kinda thought what else could they steal?! The restaurant was dark and not clean. Plates were often dirty. Food at breakfast was just ok, mainly as I had an omelette each day but the lunch and main meals tasted bland with little flavour and nothing actually looked appetising, I had better food when I worked as a teacher in a third world country!!! The waiters are very helpful and friendly but have no skills in how to clean a table, I didn’t see a dish cloth or antibacterial spray be used once, just a wipe with a napkin to take the crumbs off then redressed the table!!!! The germs that must be breading on those old wooden tables and old dirty chairs. The legs of the tables are mainly rusty with paint hanging off! I am glad I took a thermos mug as the tiny paper cups for hot drinks in the restaurant were a joke, not a single china cup/mug in the hotel!!! The rooms are in separate blocks and all have old doors that lock with a key, cloncky noise to double lock them. People just slam the doors constantly and talk/shout at the top of their voice on returning to their rooms at all times of the night, it appears people have no consideration for others. Coupled with the cleaners also talking loudly first thing and the seagulls it was not the place to get a rest. The rooms are not sound proved at all, I could hear the guest next door to me being sick after getting very drunk, having arguments and banging and crashing about also which was not nice. So much so I chose to leave the hotel for my last four nights and checked into a lovely apartment where I was comfortable and felt safe. The bar area was very busy and took ages to get a drink. The tables and chairs were in poor repair and old and rusty. Few places to sit under cover around the bar area. I had previously read that the hotel is like a Moroccan Butlins and that was correct, whilst I appreciate people are on holiday to enjoy themselves, it was excessively loud, people appeared to be very drunk, argumentative, likely on drugs and a lady was reported to be stealing phones! The gardens in the hotel were I guess maintained but the paintwork and outside of the buildings were not painted in years, there were old cups and various rubbish in the flower beds and this definitely did not allow for a restful recuperation I was after. I read the reviews prior to booking and got sucked into the reviews that claimed this was ok but not to expect Hilton quality, I was so desperate for the break I thought it will be ok. The lift in my block was out of order, a note was added next to the lift but it was not made secure, god knows what would have happened if a child got in there and pulled on a cable or similar, so unsafe. IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT OK AND HAD I NOT SPENT EVERY DAY ALL DAY OUT AND ABOUT I WOULD HAVE HAD A TERRIBLE HOLIDAY!!! Schoolboy error even deciding to book this but we live and learn. I walked through the Caribbean part of the hotel which is joined to pueblo tamlelt to access a shop one afternoon, that looks even worse and smelt very strongly of cat pee, I’d rather not have a holiday than stay here. I definitely would not bring my children here, so many steps everywhere, broken or unfixed paving, sharp edges and cats everywhere that do not look in the best of health, goodness knows what you could catch. Do not get sucked into by the odd good review unless you want to be staying in the worst, depressing and poor standard of accommodation. You will end up spending more on food outside so put that money towards a cheaper B&B and eat out or pay more for a nicer AI hotel. I hope this long review helps you to make a decision on whether this is the right holiday for you. I’ve never left such a review before but felt compelled to, to avoid this experience for someone else who might really be needing a rest and a break as they really will not get that here.

RUBBISH HOTEL NOT WORTH THE EXISTENCE.
The rooms are outdated, Televison dont work,Ibternet is rubbush you have to sit outside. shower rooms blocked with hair.toilets they smell ,food cold, evening dinner vegetarian rubbish ,milk sour, Bath towels dirty cleaners use them to clean floors hence the dirty colour, staff rude they pretend they did not hear you unless you tip then english comes alive .reception staff the woman is rude very rude .They treat people like animals .even if its a 3 star hotel at least be proffesional and maybe clean and give people good food worth eating .didnt even have the strenght to take photos.dissapointed my kids on thier holiday to Morroco .why are they even changing the name from Carribean agador to elpablo running from their shame .I am even surprised people still go there that hotel should be banned .Horror hotel .And the guy who sits on the reception who says he works for love holidays that guy is a thief selling activities .we had to source our excursions from a nearby hotel which was half price than what he was charging us .PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THAT HOTEL IT IS HORROR.

Good value for money
First dont listen any bad reviews about this hotel. Value for money is just great. Definetly worth it !!!! Maybe is not a Hilton but you dont pay for Hilton as well so if you dont have high expectations for price hat you pay you won't be dissapointed. Food all right - big choice everyone will find something for them. Rooms clean maybe with some defects and old tv but not bad at all

Unhygienic
The accommodation was very tired and in places not pleasant. We booked a double bed and refused the first room as it contained two singles. We were moved with no fuss or problem majority of the staff were pleasant and friendly. Our toilet was broken and our shower attachment fell from the wall damaging the shower head. On the third day repaired. The room contained two old safes which neither worked as I was informed they’d lost the keys. No safe and I carried my money and passports for the duration. Tiles smashed, both wall and floor in the bedroom. Tiles removed and uneven and dangerous floor area outside main restaurant. The main restaurant produced excellent, fresh and delicious food for all tastes throughout my stay. Cannot fault the food. However, as the busy periods arrived in the restaurant they lacked sufficient wine glasses and constantly searched for empty glasses. On one occasion a waiter collected three empty glasses smelling each glass before returning with filled glasses. Our waiter collect a dirty glass I followed and witnessed him fill the used glass and returned with wine. I refused the drink. After we used only plastic cups for my wine. The main bar was busy and under staffed I counted 26 people waiting to be served. Preferential service given to tipping guests. I cannot recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again.

Dobra lokalizacja, do plaży 10 min., bardzo miły personel, animatorzy wpływają na doskonałą atmosferę w obiekcie. Dużo leżaków, czysty basen, wokół sklepy i restauracje. Jedzenie różnorodne.
W niektórych pokojach nie ma ciepłej wody. Cena adekwatna do standardu.

worst hotel ever
worst hotel i've ever been to. Requested downstairs rooms as one of us had mobility issues. !st room was just awful so had to accept one up 4 flights of stairs. slippery tiles and no hand rails! the towels and bedding were all grey, towels thread bare. No hairdryer in rooms..had to rent one from hotel shop..used once and started smoking..changed for new one and told 'dont break this one' kept taking our towels and not replacing them, constantly asking for clean towels and shower mats..woman on reception even accused us of stealing them and taking to beach which was absurd..we had pool towels. restaurant for buffet was very disorganised..given plastic cups for wine as had very few glasses, paper cups for coffee as not enough proper cups to go round, plastic spoons for coffee or desert..food was hit and miss..Only two cocktails to chose from at bar which were awful..stuck to wine or gin which was ok. toilet door had broken plastic latch which was very sharp, other room had water coming in under door when it rained. Italian speciality restaurant was a joke..nothing italian about the decor...wine served from plastic bottles, set menu..vegetable soup to start..but no bread! small salad then choice of pizza which was ok..desert sickly spoon of pink ice cream served in 1970's little metal bowls, all four of us left it. I could go on and on...the only positive about this hotel was the staff, very happy and polite (except the woman on reception who accused us of stealing their manky towels) The manager of this hotel needs sacking!!

Awful hotel and the staff know it’s pretty grim
We booked this via teletext holidays and for the price we had some concerns given the reviews on this site. I can honestly say that I have never been so unimpressed with a hotel the food or the whole complex as a whole. We stayed one night I slept on top of the bed covers room was horrific and we checked out to another 5 star hotel as we was going to be in agadir for 4 days and there was just no way i was staying there. Food was like muck and not at all appealing. I appreciate everyone is different and I am by no means a holiday snob but this venue to me is he pits. They even ran out of beer and as for the spirits your drinking a soft drink. It was like the tv programme Benidorm Agadir style but truly worse.

Stay clear
Well what can I say, place needs a desperate up grade, very dated , rooms are mouldy, damp smell and bedding looked yellow, Food was disgusting , dining area felt like a cattle market and dirty. We were all inclusive and ate once there for breakfast .The sea gulls woke you every morning and place was very noisy, couples fighting and screaming at 04:30 am and staff intervened, but nothing done about it , just disgusting behaviour. Stay away!!!!!!!
