Rooms are tired, bedding and towels are grey and well worn. The hotel is in need of refurbishing.
Rooms are tired and do not have proper lighting. Some issues with air conditioning.
Food is okay, though complaints about heating in dining areas affect overall experience.
Standard value for what you would expect from a four star hotel.
Friendly staff, but unhelpful reception. Some staff arguments were noted.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools and a lovely terrace with a bar.
Hotel is situated approximately 30 minutes drive from the airport, which is convenient.
A mix of positives such as friendly animation team and enjoyable entertainment, but overshadowed by cold conditions and service issues.

Moroccos gem
The staff are amazing ! All es really friendly and helpful. Nothing too much for anybody and you feel like you’re the most important person into the room to them when they’re you serving you and generally being very friendly special shout out to the Bard staff including Ali and crew in the evening and Karim who worked in the day Antura staff in the dining area and kids area/kids club mini disco and pool bar. From start to beginning the reception given was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable they even helped us get a cheeky McDonald’s delivered! Every day the rooms were tidied fresh towels and we even got some of our clothes washed for us after it fantastically dirty experience of going on the quads -which was amazing by the way! The pools clean tidy area it was easy to get a bed and food was available from early in the morning to the evening all around each different area. Some some of the food was a bit different what we’re used to at home but there was something for everybody and everything was fresh. To get to the Hotel from the airport was about half an hour in a private taxi about £15 although you could get the Hotel mini bus which was cheaper but dropped you off on the outskirts of the town. The whole experience was brilliant would definitely recommend and I will hopefully return very soon definitely a hidden gem. PS you can have pool towels which were a small deposit and I think next time we went we wouldn’t bother taking our own towels. There are very many amenities including a spa which is payable tennis courts, ping-pong et cetera We didn’t use the kids mini disco as our kids were much older but we enjoyed watching the kids having a great time and every night was a show in the dance along which everybody in the entertainment team got people up and dancing and made everybody feel included

Good but needs improvement.
Just got back from a lovely holiday from this hotel. However, there were some aspects that were dissipating. On arrival to the complex we were advised our room would be ready at half 2 and to come back to reception then. We did this and reception advised us to see a man outside. The guy pointed on a map to where our room was and we basically had to find our way. No bell boy service was offered to us.we had been up since 1am so was very tired then expected to drag our luggage through 45 degrees heat and try to find our room. It was not easy. Personally I have arthritis in both hips and my back. I’m unsure why we were not offered a bell boy because you did see him on occasions. Overall not best first impressions. There was a fair few issues with our room. None of the plug sockets worked so we’re were having to charge power banks through the USB port from the TV all holiday. Our toilet constantly trickled, the shower head holder was broken so had to shower holding the head and the main issue everyday we had was we were only left with one towel. Everyday I was at reception complaining about this. There was 2 people staying in the room and I don’t think it’s a lot to ask we have 1 towel each. The towels were like washed out ripped rags. For the money I spent on this holiday I’d expected at least basic hospitality. We also couldn’t use our balcony as bushes had grown into the balcony so couldn’t sit out in it. I always defend all inclusive food because a lot of people complain about it. But I was disappointed with the standard. Hot food was always served cold and was tasteless. Moroccan spice did not exist at this hotel. Pastries ware always dry. I did enjoy the omelettes that were served fresh at breakfast. However eating at this hotel was to fill a hole. No enjoyment with eating there. Pool area is very nice. They do get a lot of wasps that get attracted to the drinks. Ideally people should chuck their cups away after use but staff should have been coming around more regularly to clean up. This would have prevented them swarming around as much. I ended up being stung because of this. The towels guy and some other staff were nice and attentive of this and gave some assistance. The animation team were very good. They were great in the evening and can get people up on the dance floor very quickly. They were good during the day with aqua gym & Zumba. When it came to other activities such as darts etc I would have to approach them and ask. When going around with their clip board they seam to only approach French people. It’s not just French that go to the hotel. They need to make a bit more effort to include everyone. All inclusive drinks at the pool was limited due to limited sprits. But they were nice. A lot nicer than other all inclusive hotels that I’ve been to.

Stayed 1 week
My girlfriend and me,we stayed for a week in July.Hotel is about 30 minutes from centre town.Good thing is shuttle bus few times daily. Swimming pool is quite big and well maintained. In a hotel area is lots of trees and is nice and green.Birds singing in the morning. Hotel staff is busy but nice and polite.Food is good but not a big selection and repetitive. We visited during the world cup and it was very entertaining.

old and dated would not return
myself and my family stayed at this hotel for one week. The hotel was quite far away from the centre and the airport. The hotel was clean but very dated and i was quite disappointed with the room and facilities. The staff were quite rude until you tipped and then they were very helpful. I found the reception staff really unhelpful. The drinks at the all inclusive bar were poor and the food was dreadful. We spent quite a lot of money on taxis going to the centre as the food was so bad in the hotel we had to eat out every day. The pool area was nice and the entertainment staff were lovely. I wouldn't revisit this hotel. However I loved Marrakech. I would say his hotel is more a low 3 star rather than a 4 star

Loved it!
Me and my sister absolutely loved our stay! The vibes were amazing and all of the staff were incredible, especially Mouss and Olaya! So attentive and such great people, an asset to your company. I loved the breakfast in the mornings but I felt like lunch and dinner, the food wasn’t great which I think let it down but it didn’t dull our time there. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great short trip, first time in morocco
Stayed here for 3 nights and returned early this morning 18th. First impressions are very nice lobby we arrived at 10:30am but the rooms aren’t available until 14:30pm check in was quick and easy usual passport and brief for us and done, so we got our swim wear out changed in the toilet and straight out. The pool area is great, a mild salt water pool which is the only one but big enough with partitions from a big deep one and 2 shallower ones. Plenty of sunbeds and happy that not many were reserved through our trip there really isn’t any need. This did get worse through the day as people left in the hottest part of the day due to the glorious weather!!!!!! But still plenty left. The entertainment team are great friendly and not pushy for you to participate but it does get quite loud while it’s going on around the pool. At 14:30 we were given room 906 on the ground floor. This was close to the pool and pool bar. The porter wasn’t on hand to show us to our room but that wasn’t an issue at all for us. The rooms are big and spacious, the furniture was dated and rough around the edges. The safe is free and bathroom very big again. The bathroom probably being the worst of the rooms due to the shower leaking onto the wall creating mould spots. The toilet does need updating probably the case with the whole block. Plenty of pressure and heat though in the shower. The balcony was unusable due to the amount of ants that seemed to find something nice out there, not many in the room though despite there being thousands out there. The rooms were made up daily and we requested a larger duvet due a single supplied for a double bed. I’m guessing this is due to them pushing the 2 singles together to make up our bed. The pool area can be quite grubby in the morning with litter left by guests. While the hotel will tidy up it’s our fellow guests to take pride and respect the space!!!!! The food was ok for me plenty of variety some repeated meals but I didn’t go hungry. My wife struggled at times but again we didn’t starve. The beer was bottled San Miguel and I would advise you take more water than is needed due to the small bottles supplied. We didn’t have any cocktails but there was a selection. The spirits again we only had vodka but that was very good. The gardens and general area are well with grounds people working all day. The placement of the sprinklers can make it an adventure sometimes to reach your destination tough. The bugs love your drinks and you won’t get away from them however skilful you are. They don’t sting the flying ones but are particularly annoying. (Nothing hotel can do about those) 😬. We didn’t do any trips but a pre booked taxi will cost you about £18 or 200 Durham I think it’s one way into Marrakesh. The on site shop can be hit and miss. Nothings priced and I asked 2 days in a row for the same thing and was given 2 different prices. We didn’t buy anything but a magnet from here. Aircon in the room was great and a godsend when relief from the heat was needed. Other parts of the hotel stay quite stuffy through the day. Entertainment was good there was only 1 bar open on an evening and it closes at 11pm they do get through people quick though. I would return to this hotel as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. A cheap getaway not a long flight in comparison to flights I’ve done.

Honest advice
It really is a mixed review if your looking for a budget cheap and cheerful bit of sun it's not a bad hotel for the price tag but that's really as far as it goes....on arrival they couldn't find our reservation so we had to pay a refundable deposit or sleep on sofas in reception until next day we arrived at 10pm no food on arrival....if your in a ground floor room bring ant repellant there is literally millions all over the hotel grounds.....food mediocare obviously reflected in the price it's not the worst I've had but its also not great...sunbeds filthy not cleaned at all grounds again dirty they don't really go round cleaning up after guests have finished for the day you'll often be greated by full bins covered in ants or cups and rubbish left out from the previous days guests round the sunbeds on the breakfast run rooms basic toilet didn't flush shower well it sprayed out of every part of the hose bath enamel chipping away....grounds run down but not a death trap food you won't die of starvation but you may loose a few pounds it will sustain you throughout the holiday ..cocktails passable choice of 4 only 3 are drinkable... Staff amazing really friendly will sort any problems out the second you mention it Price tag bargain cheap and cheerful in the sun... Over all if your looking for a budget no frills break fir a few days just for abit of sun and a pool with no sunbed wars and find a really cheap deal book it with low expectations if you can stretch your budget find another hotel.....we did 4 nights couldn't do a week here and we come tomorrow marrakech regularly and have stayed in lots of hotels this isn't the worst for food but it's the worst for ants rubbish and general up keep would we return no my advice ditch the all-inclusive in marrakech none of them are great either book a villa or a hotel that does breakfast closer to town and eat local you'll save loads only thing you won't have is alcohol on tap

Recent holiday July 8th to 14th 2026
My daughter and myself went for 5 nights for her birthday. The hotel could do with some serious updating. Very disappointing that for an all inclusive that after 23.00 you was unable to get any drink including water or soft drinks without having to pay for it. pool snack bar only open twice a day and that is the same time as the restaurant. You couldn’t get an ice cream out of the restaurant hours unless you paid for one at the shop. The food was very bland and much the same everyday and only ever one choice of ice cream. Inundated with ants but this could be reduced if cleaned down daily. Cleanliness of the room was not the best but manageable for 5 days. The one thing about this hotel is the entertainment staff were fantastic both day and night they quite clearly love their jobs and they work very hard to ensure all guests are happy and entertained

This place is loud!
This place is loud! You have 3 hours a day where you can chill by the pool (between 12 and 3) for the rest of it the animation team are blasting mainly Arabic House / Garage music at you. Want to listen to your own music, have a snooze, read your book? Forget it! T he volume is relentless. You cannot escape it, even in your room if you decide you want an afternoon nap! The food is ok, the staff are friendly, but do not expect peace and quiet, do not come here to chill!

Not a 4 star hotel refused to stay
We arrived at this hotel and it was too early to check in. This wasn't an issue as we were told we could use the facilities. We want to get a drink from the bar. All there was on offer was beer, vodka, gin or whisky. There was some cocktails but these were premixed and very sweet and undrinkable. We decided to have a look at the restaurants. Snack bar had birds in eating food directly from the trays. The staff made no attempt to stop this. We went into the main restaurant and no food was labelled and didn't look at all appealing. So we just went to get a soft drink. This was flat and syrupy. It was at this point we decided we didn't want to stay here as we have only been here and hour and we're already unhappy and this is before we've seen our rooms. The loveholiday rep (well how he described himself when trying to promote trips) was not interested and offered no help. However the hotel manager was amazing and helped he even recommended a different hotel. My only advise is this is not a 4 star hotel and there is a lot better hotels for a similar price. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is their manager id excellent and dealt with the situation extremely well.

Brilliant Hotel
Stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was an amazing stay. Check in was very quick and we were allocated a room in ryad six on the ground floor. The reception team were very helpful and professional whenever we spoke with them. Rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and also had a great air conditioning unit which was very welcome. Pool area was excellent with a large swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a good selection of day time activities arranged by the animation team if you would like to take part. Drinks available from the pool bar as well as the main bar during the day. Snack bar was OK and is situated next to the pool. Things like wraps, burgers, chicken fillets, chips and salad available. We did not bother with the main restaurant at lunch time although we did on an evening time. We found the quality of the food to be excellent with lots of choices available. They even had gravy available on two of the nights and it was lovely. All of the bar and restaurant staff in the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. I cannot remember all of their names unfortunately but Karim who works on the main bar during the day was excellent. The animation team were also great but again I cannot remember all of their names other than Zach who always took time to speak with us. The entertainment on a night time was pretty good with the main show starting at 930pm although there is a "quiz like" programme which starts at around 8pm / 830pm. Overall, this is an excellent hotel so I am a bit puzzled by some of the negative reviews. I would 100% come to this hotel again in the future.

Great Family Fun Lovely Staff
Rating everything 5 star in the context of the price we paid. My first suggestion would be to shop around as there seems to be different offers from different travel agents they vary quite a bit. For what we paid and what we were looking for it was almost brilliant. We are a family of 4 with two girls under 5 at the time. We travelled with 2 other families with kids of similar ages. The kids absolutely loved it. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The cleaning ladies were lovely, always keen to have a chat and say hello to the kids. The animation team were energetic and lively and created a great atmosphere. The pool was great and the food really tasty with lots of options. The kids loved the mocktails and the daily shows / discos. It's a little far from the medinah but with lots of kids in tow we managed go get in 3 times over a week so it depends on your tolerance for making the effort, well worth it to see the souks and the vibrance of it all. The gardens are kept really well. Yeh, there could be a few cracked tiles at the pool here and there and the aircon wasn't working at first but it soon got fixed. If you're looking for a fun, family holiday and aren't expecting the Ritz I couldn't recommend it more highly. My sense is that some of the negative comments are from people who expected something different or looking for a different type of holiday. Do your research and shop around and if it's what we were looking for it will tick a lot of boxes. Best holiday for us so far as a family and we would definitely consider going back for the right price. Thank you to all of the staff for the memories and fun times.

Beautiful Grounds and Pool Area, But Several Areas Need Improvement
Stayed at Ryads Parc & Spa recently and came away with mixed feelings. There are definitely some positives, but also a number of areas that need attention. The best parts of the hotel are the grounds and pool area. The pool looks beautiful, especially in the evenings, and throughout the day we regularly saw staff cleaning and maintaining the surrounding areas. The housekeeping team also deserve credit, as they worked hard and were consistently pleasant. The activities team were another positive. They weren’t overly pushy, but they were friendly, approachable and helped create a relaxed atmosphere around the resort. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, but they are beginning to show their age. While they don’t initially appear dirty, there are signs of wear and tear throughout, and a closer look reveals maintenance and cleanliness issues that shouldn’t really be present. During our stay we noticed rust around bathroom windows, dirty skylights, stained flooring, cigarette ends left behind from previous guests and several areas that would benefit from a much deeper clean and refurbishment. Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment. The selection felt very repetitive, with many of the same dishes appearing day after day. More importantly, a lot of the food was extremely dry and often felt overcooked. By the end of the holiday, meal times became something we had to get through rather than something we looked forward to. The service was also inconsistent. While housekeeping and the activities team were friendly, many of the staff in the main restaurant, pool bar and snack bar appeared unhappy and disengaged. Smiles and friendly interactions were few and far between, and the service often felt quite cold. There were certainly exceptions, but overall it wasn’t the warm Moroccan hospitality we were expecting. The all-inclusive drinks package is fairly basic, although for the price paid I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect premium brands or an endless list of cocktails. There is enough choice available, just don’t expect anything particularly impressive. Overall, Ryads Parc & Spa isn’t a terrible hotel, but it isn’t quite living up to its potential either. The resort has a lot going for it: attractive grounds, a lovely pool area, hardworking housekeeping staff and a decent activities team. However, the tired rooms, maintenance issues, repetitive dry food and inconsistent customer service stop it from being the experience it could be. For me, this is a solid 3-star experience rather than the higher rating the hotel sometimes appears to suggest.

Great value, exceeded our expectations
We were pleasantly surprised, this was a cheap trip away for a week. The staff and room were amazing. The food was of a good standard in the restaurant. The grounds and pool are huge. This could easily be a 5 rated with a few minor changes. Yes some of the areas need a little TLC but people need to remember the hotel is in Africa, is a huge complex and is old. You are not going to the Ritz!!! The place was clean and the room was amazing. Downside, no quiet place by pool during day as activities team have music on. It’s billed as all inclusive but the bar closes at 11pm and then you have to pay. Beach towels require a cash deposit. The wi fi at times in the room was poor. Overall a great stay, the key question is would I stay again, a resounding YES

Disappointed
Very disappointing. The rooms are clean but need some TLC especially the air-conditioning unit. The poolside was dirty and not cleaned. We observed dirty plates and glasses left at poolside and not cleaned away all evening or day. This attracted bees which did sting my child. The food wasn't labelled and was of a poor standard. The restaurant wasn't cleared and we often had to start clearing our own tables and sourcing our own cutlery. No waiting on service for drinks which is unusual in marrakesh for a 4 star. Overall we will not return But the reception staff where wonderful and responsive

Excellent stay highly recommend
This was my 1st Solo holiday and the Marrakesh Ryads Parc & Spa was a great holiday to do this at, the staff were very friendly and always around to help, my room was spacious, needed some updating but had everything I needed, the food hit every spot for me with great choices of breakfast, Lunch & dinners. Lovely choices of drinks with San Miguel lager, house white wine was nice too, cocktails were good and very sweet. Entertainment on night was good and animation team around pool was fun. Pool area was clean and hotel was being updated with paint while.i was there. Was lucky to have beautiful weather between 32-38 degrees. For a 4 star hotel It ticked every box for me. The one thing I liked was the catering manager and chefs constantly looking over food and making sure it was hot and full with clean areas.

Good value for money
Had a lovely stay at the hotel was myself and my two friends. Reception was open 24 hours and very helpful and friendly about checking in/out, about visiting the souks and taxi to the airport. Entertainment staff were all so nice and entrainment was good both during the day pool side and in the evenings. Buffet was good a good choice of food for everyone and restaurant staff were lovely. Always managed to get a sun lounger easy enough. You can hire towels for a small deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. Decor in the hotel and rooms were lovely very traditional Morri The rooms were all close by we were 3 of us so included one double bed and two twin beds with a small seating space outside. Would recommend, very good value for money.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, Staff was always super friendly & smiley. However, I would not recommend the shop inside the hotel (unless in an emergency) as the prices was extortionate I tried to make a deal whilst trying to purchase some souvenirs & he was rude and told me to go to the markets. Food was good overall and had a good selection of drinks.

AVOID THE HOTEL SHOP.
AVOID the shop in the hotel. Lady Extremely rude... we went in to buy a bag for my daughter who was with me at the time . She questioned the high price of the bag as we had spent the day in The Medina markets the day before and saw great bags of very good quality for a way cheaper price. ALSO the bag my daughter was looking to buy in the shop was broken. When we questioned the lady she verbally attacked us and said we were very rude..that her bags were way better quality than the ones you would buy in the market but then said she has 2 stalls in the markets. The whole episode was really upsetting especially when she started questioning a friend of ours who is also with us on our family the trip who is autistic. DISGUSTING and EXTREMELY UPSETTING to say the least. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Not quite what it says on the tin
Please note this is based on my personal experience and is shared to help others make an informed decision. For context, we were a party of six. First Impressions & Grounds Aesthetically, the hotel makes a strong first impression. The grounds are well maintained, and the view from the pool area is genuinely lovely, with the silhouette of the mountains visible in the distance. Unfortunately, this is largely where the positives end. Staff The hotel is visibly understaffed, which becomes apparent quite quickly. Unlike other hotels I have stayed at, where staff are present throughout the reception, restaurant and communal areas, here that presence was largely absent. The majority of the staff I encountered were unwelcoming, particularly those working around the pool bar and the mini restaurant. On multiple occasions, staff were on their phones, and when they did attend, there was a noticeable attitude. This was not a language barrier issue as we shared the same language, and it was consistent across multiple members of staff. The one exception worth highlighting was the room cleaning ladies, who were genuinely pleasant throughout the stay. Food & Dining The buffet restaurant reflected many of the same issues. The selection was limited, typically offering two daily specials alongside a few additional options. When approaching the live cooking stations, the staff serving were visibly disengaged and, on more than one occasion, borderline slammed food onto my plate. The limited options meant that anything worthwhile ran out quickly, and restocking was inconsistent. As a group of six, we found the standard four-seater table arrangement frustrating, and attempts to rearrange seating were met with visible annoyance from staff. To compound matters, management chose to close off a section of the seating area during the dinner rush, which, while understandable given the staffing levels, was nonetheless a poor experience for guests. Room The family room itself was spacious, accommodating a double bed and two single or sofa beds comfortably. However, the bathroom told a different story. It was noticeably worn, with permanent staining in the toilet and around the bathtub. The shower head was broken and leaking, meaning the only option was to use the bathtub to shower. The drainage was also poor, causing water to accumulate during use, which I personally found unpleasant, though I acknowledge this may not bother everyone. The towels provided were also extremely worn and well past their best. It is also worth noting that water is not replenished daily. We received one bottle upon arrival, and that was the extent of it for the duration of the stay. On top of that, the room does not have a kettle, which for many guests may be a small but noticeable inconvenience. Amenities & Gym The hotel offers a reasonable range of amenities, including a volleyball court, a basketball court with noticeably bent rims, pétanque and a gym. Having only used the gym, I can speak to that specifically. It was tired and in need of investment. Equipment was worn, weights were damaged, paint was peeling from the walls, and dead mosquitoes remained stuck to the walls throughout my stay. Pool The pool was a genuine highlight, and the hotel has three to choose from, one large pool for relaxed and undisturbed swimming, a second for organised activities run by the entertainment team, and a smaller kids' pool. It is worth noting that the pools are not heated, so in cooler temperatures the water is quite cold. We were seemingly the only ones actually getting in, and in warmer weather this would likely be a very different experience. That said, we made the most of it. One issue that became difficult to ignore was the lack of attention from staff when it came to clearing plates and glasses around the pool area. Used dishes were left sitting for extended periods, which attracted a noticeable amount of flies and bees throughout the day. Entertainment There appeared to be activities and entertainment on most evenings, however, given the dining situation, we opted to eat out for dinner on most nights, which meant missing the majority of the evening programme. This is not a criticism of the entertainment itself but simply context. Noise & Room Location Throughout the duration of the stay, most nights after around 11pm to midnight, there was a notable amount of noise and chatter coming from what appeared to be below our room, possibly from staff or guest quarters at basement level. This consistently disturbed my sleep, though I will note I am a light sleeper and this may not be an issue for most guests. Practical Note on Pool Towel Deposit One thing worth flagging for anyone staying here: a deposit is required for pool towels, which is standard. What is not communicated upfront is that the receipt must be retained and presented when checking out in order to reclaim the deposit. Most hotels manage this digitally, but that is not the case here. Without the receipt, a refund may not be issued. Summary Overall, I would give this hotel a 2 out of 5. It is not the worst place I have stayed, but it is far from the best, and it falls well short of what you would reasonably expect from a property marketed as a 4-star hotel. The grounds are pleasant, the pools are a nice feature, and the cleaning staff for the rooms were a bright spot, but the consistent issues with staffing levels, attitude, food quality, room maintenance and general upkeep let the experience down considerably. That said, if you are looking for a budget-friendly holiday and are going in with realistic expectations, it will do the job. Just be prepared to manage without the level of service and comfort that the star rating might suggest and perhaps plan to eat out for most of your evening meals.

Pleasant unexpected stay
We were placed in this hotel as our original booking fell through. We were so glad, the hotel was immaculate, the food tremendous. Manager and staff very helpful as we had issues with other hotel booking and they tried to help as much as they could. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Average at a push.
This hotel was not a bad experience overall, but it felt tired and in need of attention. The grounds were well kept and most of the staff were pleasant, although they seemed clearly overworked. The main issue was the condition of the room. It was very dated, with worn furniture, a broken bed leg, an extremely firm mattress, a cracked bath, and a toilet that leaked from the base. We reported the leak once, but it was never fixed. The balcony door also did not lock, and there were visible gaps around the room door where daylight came through. None of this made the stay feel unsafe, but it did make the hotel feel poorly maintained. The buffet offered a fair amount of choice, but the food was average at best and lacked flavour. It was not inedible, just joyless. Drinks were another weak point, as soft drinks were often poured from bottles left sitting out and did not seem properly cold unless ice was added. Around the pool, there were not enough staff clearing up after guests, which seemed to contribute to a constant bee problem. The sun loungers were also some of the most uncomfortable I have used. The communal toilets in the lobby had a strong chemical smell, which did not help the impression of the public areas. Overall, this was a passable stay rather than a memorable one. It felt like a hotel that may once have been much better, but now looks worn and in need of some care. I would probably skip it in future unless clear improvements were made.

Marrakech ryads parc and spa Spectacular
Marrakech rvads parc and spa. This hotel was amazing I myself Jay are writing this review about this hotel. First thing I wanna ask that I like the building very fancy and beautiful. Roaming around the gardens and to the pool it’s just amazing because everything is so clean and green. Then the customer service for me was splendid and amazing. The people who work here are very kind and generous, who always looking after us and make sure that we have a good time. I had some issues from the hotel like my bath is start leaking water beneath, my key card was not working and asking the staff lack of knowledge about this hotel. The rooms was nice and clean I had not issues But other than that I had no problem. For free you can ask any drinks from the bar which I liked. There are lots of activities you can do in the swimming pool with the staff and in the evening, that they have karaoke, going to the theatre, watching a live football games, playing snooker and going to the dance floor room where the dj would do some crazy music. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was wonderful I enjoyed nearly all of it. The hotel is very hygienic I had a great time with some of the staff. yassine Especially this person name yassine. Who is always dancing outside the pool with bunch of people. He always giving people in the swimming pool good exercise and making sure that people jump in, and making sure they have a good time. He is a kind and generous person and he is always happy to help. His dancing in the theatre is crazy, amazing, cool and proper hip hop robotic moves. Just like the moves in uk. But other then that what a guy. His determination, background and athleticism with service is sensational. Plus he know how to work on the DJ with great songs. I like his humour and his capability to make this hotel the best. His service and events are amazing to join and I highly recommend people to visit him and do activities with him. Mimi Second I want to give a big shout to Mimi. First thing what a wonderful beautiful heart loving woman. Kind and generous at the same time. She always like to dance with other people and play French ball with people by the pool side. She also does some stretches with people in the swimming pool. In the theatre the way she dance is spectacular. Her moves blow my mind into another dimension. So much passion, love and energy. I love everything about this person. Her personality, her culture, her services and her passion. What an amazing girl she is. The best bit I like about her is her humour. I enjoyed walking around with her and getting to more about this hotel. But I enjoyed more is her dancing in the theatre. While she’s was dancing in the middle she was a queen when dancing with her mates. Her moves drew my attention and I loved every part of it. Mimi queen of the dance floor. One thing I enjoyed more when me and her dancing together. Malaury another colleuge that always been kind and generous was Malaury. Shes a happy kind lovely lady who help people with dancing outside of the pool. She gives people some work out exercises and step by step dance moves. She is brilliant when dancing in the theatre. Her affection kind and happiness attracts people to dance with her. She is always happy and never stop smiling. Great person to get to know and what an amazing staff. Joseph Another person that was generous was a person name Joseph. This person knows his moves when dancing inside and out in the theatre. He’s always kind and happy person always looking out for people if need in trouble. I enjoyed talking to him a lot about his background what he does for hobbies and how you are finding working here. When I seen him in the theatre it draw my attention. He is an amazing person and good dancer and a great entertainer not just the theatre, every where in the hotel. Marrakech ryads parc and spa Other than that I enjoyed this hotel it was beautiful great place to have a wonderful holiday in Morroco. If you want a show with kind people then I highly recommend visiting this hotel it will never disappoint you. The food was delicious, there were a lot of Morroco foods to pick in the buffet. But there was some tropical country foods. The fresh mint Morroco tea blowed my mind.I have never had anything like that. They also have the kids buffet for chicken who does not like curry. This place is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Morroco and I highly recommended people to go. And visit those people including Annas , mimi , Joseph, Simon, Jill , yassine, Oman, who works in the show are the best. They got talent, swag, looks, passion and determination to make us happy and smile.

One to avoid
After some mixed reviews, and wanting just a few days of sun, we (a group of 4 adults) decided to bite the bullet and book a few nights at this hotel. On arrival, first impressions were pretty shabby. Our rooms weren’t quite ready, so we went to get some drinks. It took 20 minutes to get served at the bar despite only 2 people being ahead of us in the queue. We eventually went to check out the lunch buffet, which consisted of various tagines, salads, meatballs, pizzas, chips etc. There was a bit of something for everyone, however that also included copious amounts of flies . Tables weren’t cleared and pretty much every available plate and cup was stained or chipped. The rooms were very basic, not particularly clean. Our friends reported their leaky toilet which was never fixed, their bed was was also broken as was their balcony door. The decor was dated, and as other have mentioned there are no kettles in the rooms. Coffee generally is pretty grim at the resort, drinks are heavy on sugar. Beer is san Miguel which was a surprise but the wine was bitter and spirits were limited, they didn’t even have rum. All in all, avoid. Stay at the iberostar up the road.

Lovey few days
Lovely hotel with a great pool area We went as a large group for a hen party which was made up of people of all ages the hotel was great for all The food was ok, we always found something to eat it was a little repetitive The rooms were large, with comfortable bed’s and clean Disappointing that there are not tea or coffee facilities in the room. There is however a fridge The hotel is outside of the center which is great if you want to relax a bus service is offered to the markets which we used. The gym facilities were it great which most of the equipment out of use The entertainment team were great and there was lots going on Overall a great hotel especially if your stay is shorter and you are looking for a location not in the hustle and bustle which offers a bus service

The dirtiest resort i have ever been to. VERY BAD HYGIENE
Spent one week at Marrakech Ryad Parc & Spa and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish, especially regarding hygiene and basic maintenance standards. The cleanliness was genuinely unacceptable. The rooms were dirty, with ants and cockroaches present throughout the stay. Even after repeatedly leaving a “please clean my room” sign on the door, bedding was never properly changed. It was obvious that housekeeping simply entered, loosely remade the bed using the same dirty bedding, and left. There was no real cleaning taking place at all. The bathroom conditions were particularly alarming, with visible mould everywhere, creating an unhealthy and unpleasant environment. The air-conditioning unit was also faulty and leaking, which resulted in water dripping onto the bed and personal belongings. Insects were a constant issue across the entire hotel. Flies were everywhere, inside rooms, common areas, and especially in the restaurant. Dining there was unpleasant, as flies constantly landed on food before, during, and after meals. Tables and chairs also appeared not to be properly cleaned, making the whole restaurant feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. The food itself was repetitive, with the same limited selection served every day. The à la carte option was equally disappointing, as the food still seemed to come from the same kitchen we were trying to avoid. It felt like there was no effort to improve quality or variety. The drinks were also a letdown. The cocktail menu had only around four options, and none of them tasted authentic or well-prepared. Service and communication were also lacking. On arrival, there was no proper introduction or explanation of the hotel facilities from reception staff, leaving guests to figure everything out on their own. Even the pool area reflected the same lack of care. Sun loungers were never cleaned and remained in the same dirty condition day after day, surrounded by flies. The only area that seemed somewhat maintained was the reception, which makes the rest of the hotel’s condition even more disappointing by contrast. Overall, the stay felt unhygienic, poorly managed, and far below acceptable standards for a hotel advertised as a resort and spa. I will attach photos to support these claims.

An amazing stay and will definitely return
Had an amazing stay, 9 nights with no complaints. Every staff member from bar staff, restaurant staff, reception staff and housekeeping were great, friendly, happy and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. There is nothing outside the hotel but when I booked this hotel I was aware of this. The hotel caters for everyone and everything if you want to relax and rest or if you want to have fun and party, you will not be disappointed. I was sad to leave and will be returning. I met so many other guest that were either returning guests or first time guests that would definitely return. Plenty of food choices you will not be hungry, something different every night. I love to eat fish and everyday there was cooked fish, muscles, prawns and salmon. My room was lovely and cleaned everyday. Please do not take any notice of the negative reviews, I am very well travelled and this hotel delivered more than I expected. The entertainment team work hard, to deliver good day time activities, evening entertainment and shows. The young girl that does the children's club and disco works so hard and I never had children with me but seeing her interaction with the children and how much all the children followed her showed she does a really good job. Mimi is amazing always trying to get everyone involved. The man at the pool bar is always welcoming, and will try to ensure all gueats are given a good service, the main bar abdel is the best, along with the reast of the team, mohammed the restaurant manager is always happy and accommodating. As a solo female I felt so safe and secure in this hotel with all these staff. I am definitely planning a return and would definitely recommend this hotel Just be careful of the 2 boys that wear the read shorts, they will ask to go to your room, ask for money for hashish. Ask you to get them drinks from the bar. This is not a negative reflection on the hotel as they are employed by an outside agency.

A wonderful 4 night stay!
Just back from a wonderful 4 night stay at the Marrakech Ryads Parc & Spa. After booking it through LoveHolidays I started looking into the the reviews and there are some negative ones. So I was naturally a bit worried. After our experience I just can't understand the bad reviews! It was lovely! The hotel is great, room was better than expected. A few things need updating but I would say it's more rustic than out of date. The food is great! Big selection. Staff were so good in all aspects, especially the waiters and bar staff. Pool is amazing! Just a wonderful time had by all. If you want English food, English speaking and English entertainment go to Benidorm! Or learn a bit of French. It goes a long way! Would definitely go back.

Lovely relaxed week in the sun
Just got back yesterday. First time at this hotel but 2nd time in Morocco. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable in lovely riads within a grassed area. No kettle for the morning,I panic a bit over that as I love my tea but soon got used to getting up and out for tea. We're situated near to The hotel one side and the pool the other. Hotel has a lovely seating area to take drinks if you don't want to go to the busier bars. Restaurant buffet style, plenty to choose from , one cooking station doing something different every day. I had octopus one day omg it was so tender and tasty. Lovely pasta bar and lovely tagines. I wasnt so keen on the snack bar by the pool but that was just my personal preference, Staff were mostly all friendly, reception staff all friendly and speak English. my partner needed medical help, they phone a chemist he talks to you then sends medication to the hotel. I would advise always tip waiters doesn't have to be much . They save you a table and top your wine up as soon as you need it 😂. Wine is exceptionally good for an all-inclusive ( I'll drink anything but I've not been able to in some places ) cocktails are nice too although I didn't like their pina colada . Shuttle bus available to take you to the city , they drop you off quite a walk to the market just keep walking stay on the left you'll get there 😂

Worst hotel I’ve been to
Where do I start, we just came back. First night the cats which I’m sure apart of the hotel were running around where the food is and all over the tables all over the cutlery. One cat started eating our food off the plate and when we made the staff aware and manager they didn’t care they were more bothered about caring for the French visitors more than anyone or anyone who paid them. So we didn’t eat that night, there are flies everywhere around landing on the food and they don’t move that food out it’s left there. The pool is freezing cold to the point you can’t even sit in it or just about put your feet in. The rooms are an average 1/5 dirty and mouldy. The staff are rude, when we have a problem they don’t resolve it unless we keep asking, the entertainment is all in French which isn’t ideal for any other tourists. They would come into your room for no reason. The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if you wanted to go on an evening walk you can as it’s derelict and you can only go by taxi. I don’t recommend this hotel at all don’t believe the positive reviews because it’s opposite to what it says it is. More like a 2/5 stars.

Needs updating....
Just come back from a week there, staff very friendly and attentive. Hotel entrance is large and looks fantastic. It has a small shop on site which sells a small amount of toiletries and snacks(can be a bit expensive). The outsides of the site could do with updating as quite a lot of damp is affecting the rendering, rooms again very dated and dark, the bathroom had rust around the bath and again damp patches. Maid service was every day and very efficient. We stayed in the nearest block to the hotel due to having mobility issues, the pathways were very uneven to each block. The pool area was large and clean, though pool bar and snack bar wasn't open. The restaurant was a bit of an issue with birds flying around and cats (which people were feeding) and no fly zappers around food areas. Foot was hit and miss and what ever wasn't eaten the night before was put in soups and on for lunch covered in sauce IMHO. Good range of food from local to pizza/ Chinese/ Italian. But always needed heating up, luckily there was a microwave. No tongs to pick the bread up which I thought was a little unhygienic. Bars only served to you outside even when it was cold or raining. Again good choice of drinks. Could get a bit loud in the TV room .over all an average stay. Weather didn't help as it was freezing some nights. Hotel has a shuttle service into Marrakech daily, and lots of onsite rep to book trips..

AVOID!
Definitely not a 4-star experience!!! The room was in very poor condition — ants everywhere, furniture falling apart, tiles coming off the bathroom wall, and a dirty water mixer that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Overall, the room felt neglected and unhygienic. The only positive was that the food was okay, but the room's condition completely ruined the stay.

Disappointing, uncomfortable and be prepared to eat a lot of pasta and sauce
The gardens, pool and foyer were beautiful and the spa was good, if a little lacking in the customer service department.
The whole place really needs an update and a thorough clean. The staff were pretty miserable, I understand it was Ramadan but even after fasting time it remained the same. The food was honestly awful, I was under the impression there were 3 restaurants, one was closed entirely, one was extra and seemed to just be the buffet food but served to you in a lifeless dining room and the buffet was basically the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Nothing exciting, the same pasta in the same sauces, you could see where things were reused from leftovers the day before and tried to be made new. They had barely any utensils to serve with and if I had allergies I wouldn’t have been able to eat as there was no regard for cross contamination. The bar also ran out entirely of spirits one night which was crazy to me! It’s an all inclusive! Very limited bar also, the ‘cocktails’ were just very sweet juice. No padding on the sunbeds so were very uncomfortable which seemed to be a theme everywhere including the beds in our room which were rock hard. Overall, just not a great stay, the animation team were friendly and active but I would definitely not stay again.
