Very nice place to stay

Very nice decor. Fantastic breakfast.

Not super easy to find. Would be nice if possible to have drinks on the rooftop.

Tout était impeccable, le garçon et la femme plus âgée ont été très gentils et accueillant

Un jeune femme plus jeune qui nous a accueilli à l'arrivée était moins accuillante, lorsque nous lui avons demandé où étaient les lieux intéressants elle nous a gentiment rappelé qu'elle nous en avait déjà parlé sans nous aider davantage. Un peu dommage

El personal, la atención y la decoració.

Las escaleras pequeñas y estrechas que no lo hacían cómodo y la habitación con escalera muy incómoda, las toallas limpias pero muy viejas y sin sitio para poner y colocar la ropa.

La piscine non chauffé et l’emplacement en plein cœur de le médina. Il faut donc se garer à l’extérieur et pas forcément facile de trouver une place. Mais vous avez l’avantage d’être au cœur de la médina

Petit havre de paix au cœur de la médina

Très beau Riad en plein cœur de la médina. Une décoration très soignée, un excellent petit déjeuner et un personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Le roof top et la petite piscine sont un vrai plus.

Très bien placé et personnel très agréable Un thé à la menthe nous a été offert à l’entrée dans l’établissement. Très bon emplacement proche de la plage, du souk et de la rue de l’artisanat

Moeilijk te vinden. Meer aanwijzingen plaatsen. Parkeerplaats vinden was tegenvallend.

Fantastisk spændende Riad med familieværelser med hems og plads til fire personer i hvert værelse. Skøn hjemmelavet morgenmad. Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Dejligt sengetøj og lækre bløde håndklæder. Nemt at finde vej - skiltning i de små gader. Parkering tæt på. Dejligt med plounge pool på øverste etage. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage, hvis vi skal besøge Rabat igen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le Riad est très agréable. L’équipe est adorable et aux petits soins! Merci à toutes pour vos attentions.

Super séjour, l'ambiance est très paisible. Le personnel est hyper accueillant et disponible. Merci à Matata pour son excellent accueil. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et fait maison. Le riad est dans la médina au milieu des ruelles. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, un parking extérieur surveillé est disponible, il fait dire au gardien que l'on va au Riad, pour qu'il vous trouve une place et s'occupe de vous accompagner. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Nice hosts, superb breakfast

The location in the historic city is excellent. It provides an automatic Moroccan experience. And it’s close to the beach. The staff were so nice. Sufian was super; a great guy.

Warm smiles and soft pillows.

Mutata and his sister were so welcoming and provided wonderful advice with the professionalism better than 5* hotels. Mutata even fixed me an early breakfast and returned a document to me that I forgot. I will stay here again because of my trust in him.

There are no signs to help you find the property from Bab Chellah. The bathroom door in the Madadi room doesn’t stay closed. The safety deposit box was just for decoration; there was no batteries and it couldn’t close.

Le petit déjeuner boff , rien a voir sur la photo. Par contre j'ai eu un soucis quand je souhaitais régler en espèces, je vous conseille de le faire via Booking, car il ont voulu me facturer plus cher que le prix que j'ai réservé sur Booking. J'ai vraiment pas apprécié , je me suis sentie comme si on voulu me soutiré plus d'argent.. j'étais près a appeler booking, mais quand il on vu que j'insistais et lâchait pas l'affaire , j'ai pu payer le prix que j'avais réservé sur Booking. Donc faite bien attention. C'est dommage ça a changé le goût du séjour là bas.

Modern Beautiful riad inside Rabat Medina

We stayed only 1N but this was the prettiest of all Riads we stayed in Morocco. It is beautifully designed, keeping both old worlds charm but newly renovated, having all the facilities of a modern hotel. We were also upgraded to a bigger room free of charge for which we are thankful. Breakfast is simple as in most riads but freshly prepared. They also offered parking help which is a nightmare inside Medina. Walking distance to Kasbah Oudaya. Would definitely recommend this riad in Rabat

Riad reformado, limpo e acolhedor

Riad todo reformado com decoração charmosa mas em um estilo mais moderno. O riad era limpo, confortável e bastante acolhedor. Fiquei em um quarto pequeno mas deu super certo para mim, que estava sozinha. Café da manhã bom e a equipe bastante sorridente e prestativa.

Eu gostei de tudo, o que mais me incomodou foi mesmo o tamanho do quarto porém para uma noite foi perfeito. Vou voltar com certeza quando voltar em Rabat.

Central and relaxing

Great location in the medina and staff were friendly. Nice décor and lovely rooftop space. Bed was comfortable and aircon in the room. Breakfast was good and filling - lots of local pastries, etc.

Bathroom was modern and clean but small and shower very close to loo and basin!

Riad molto tranquillo con una bella terrazza. La colazione abbondante e molto buona. Ho soggiornato nella camera Kaki: piccolina ma molto carina.

Purtroppo la piscina non era agibile.

Ambienti molto piacevoli e caratteristici, accoglienza perfetta, un grazie a Yussef per la sua gentilezza. Tutto molto pulito, biancheria e forniture per il bagno di livello alto. Abbiamo dormito molto bene e qui ci hanno servito la colazione più varia e gustosa di tutto il nostro viaggio in Marocco. la posizione è perfetta per visitare la kasbah e godere delle spiagge dell'Oceano. Rabat è bellissima!

This is such a beautiful Riad. Yousuf was really helpful and friendly and helped us settle in despite us arriving well past midnight. The breakfast was really tasty and substantial with lots of variety. The room was really clean, comfy and beautiful with an excellent shower. I will 100% stay here again as I'm determined to return to Rabat

La douche qui est une vraie pataugeoire, le lit trop dur, le fait de devoir se déplacer dans les autres riads pour les repas et les massages, le fait de devoir avoir la lumière allumée pour pouvoir recharger son portable, le manque de table de nuit.

Tout était parfait. Le personnel était au petit soin pour nous. Nous avons apprécié le jus d'orange fraîchement pressé du petit déjeuner, le seul frais qu'on nous a servi depuis 8 jours au Maroc. La chambre etait super propre. Merci

Wir hatten das geräumige Familienzimmer und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Das Bad mit großem Duschkopf, tollen dicken Handtüchern.. war super und auch das Frühstück war ganz lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und dass wir keinen eigenen Haustürschlüssel hatten, war gar kein Problem; eher sogar im Gegenteil. Wir wurden mit Keksen, Tee und Infos zu Bankautomat u. ä. empfangen. Ruhige Lage des Hauses trotz Nähe zu Souks.

Preis im Vergleich zu bisherigen Unterkünften etwas höher; evtl. da in Rabat und incl. Zimmerservice

Manque un peu de confort surtout de rangement, pas d'armoire, pas de patère ni de chaise dans les chambres

Établissement chaleureux. Une très belle décoration. Très bon accueil lorsque nous sommes arrivées au Riad. Les membres du personnels sont tous très gentils. Ils sont très à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuné était copieux et très bon.

Location

Bed was really comfortable and most of the staff was really nice and welcoming. Room was also quite big.

We had a room directly at the groundfloor, you could hear people having breakfast from 7.30 onwards as they are directly infront of your door. Privacy was missing. The bathroom seemed to have mold at the ceiling and wasn’t properly cleaned. You could also really louldy here the prayers in the morning as if you stood next to a mosque.

Very smart modernised riad

The hotel was located centrally within the medina and seemed to have been recently modernised, with the lovely centre of the riad enclosed and well presented. Whilst my room was relatively small, it worked well and the integration of the ensuite was done nicely. The bed was meanwhile super comfy. There were then the staff members - who were on site 24 hours a day and very warm and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and very professionally presented. I really appreciated the effort of the host to serve me breakfast on my last day, even though I was leaving early.

Molto pulito nuovo posizione eccellente

La ubicación en la Medina de Rabat.

Es la primera vez que escribo algo negativo de un hotel contratado a través de Booking, ya que mis experiencias siempre suelen ser estupendas. Lamentablemente, en el riad Louane nos encontramos con un gran problema de insalubridad que hizo que nos tuviéramos que ir a otro riad después de pasar allí la primera noche de las cinco que teníamos contratadas. En la habitación de nuestro hijo había mucho moho y humedades, tanto en el baño como en el dormitorio. Después de una hora de estar en su habitación e intentar dormir, bajó a nuestra habitación porque tenía problemas con la respiración, y durmió el resto de la noche con nosotros. Al día siguiente, los empleados del hotel no nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa, y eso que son cinco riads asociados, y quedamos con el gerente del hotel a las 16.30 h, pero NO APARECIÓ. Se desentendieron totalmente del problema (en general, los riads se suelen ayudar unos a otros en estos casos, pero este debe ser un caso aparte, y no me extraña por el trato que nos dieron). De hecho, incluso ofrecimos que aceptaran que nuestro hijo se quedara junto con nosotros en nuestra habitación, pero dijeron que la política del hotel lo impedía. Es decir, a pesar de las circunstancias hicimos todo por nuestra parte por el riesgo de no encontrar otro hotel. ¡Pero no aceptaron! También nos habían dado antes de llegar información falsa sobre otras cuestiones importantes para nosotros. La recepcionista nos dijo finalmente que la dirección del riad estaba de acuerdo con el checkout y que se iba a comunicar con Booking para no cobrar las otras noches, ni siquiera la noche que pasamos hacinados en una habitación, pero tampoco lo hicieron, como posteriormente nos constataron en Booking cuando les llamé para informar del caso. Como mucho, estaríamos dispuestos a pagar la primera noche, a pesar de que nos dieron una habitación que no se debería alquilar.

La struttura è molto accogliente, luminosa, pulita, bella e la posizione è ottima all’interno della Medina. Staff molto disponibile e gentile.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Zimmer geräumig und angenehm. Alles war ordentlich und das Personal äußerst nett und korrekt. Ich war rundum zufrieden und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
