El baño olía mucho a humedad. No puedes desayunar antes de las 9. El desayuno es muy simple, el café es malísimo. Solo permiten desayunar en la terraza un día en toda la estancia.

Lo único la habitación limpia, cómoda y amplia.

Para nada el desayuno, todo era miniatura. Siempre nos faltaba un plato de algo en diferencia a las otras mesas, incluso el zumo el primer día ni lo sirvió. La mantequilla no llegaba ni para 2 (éramos 3 personas) Leche ni para 2 personas, mi hija de 12 años no toma cafe y no tuvo ni 2 dedos de leche en un vasito mini, no hay chocolate tampoco. Le pides leche y un poco mantequilla y te dice que no hay con una cara como si la insultaras la mujer que sirve el desayuno, aparte que tarda una eternidad en servirte. Y el cafe bien aguado, que para notarlo el vasito casi todo tenía que ser cafe. Y el último día no había nadie que nos bajara la maleta grande y la misma que nos servía el desayuno estaba limpiando no nos hacía ni caso cuando le preguntamos por el chico...desde luego que no volveré

Un séjour parfait grâce au personnel du Riad

Le Riad est situé au cœur de la Médina, on peut donc découvrir beaucoup de choses à pied. Le point fort de ce Riad c’est les gens qui y travaillent. Aladin nous a accompagné et partagé ses bonnes adresses, il nous a fait découvrir Fes comme jamais nous n’aurions pu le faire. Il est à l’écoute, attentionné et bienveillant avec ses hôtes. De nombreuses activités sont proposées dans le Riad, je recommande le henné avec Hymen et Laila. Ces femmes sont des amours, aux petits soins avec leurs hôtes. Nous nous sommes senties chez nous dès le début. Je reviendrai dans ce Riad ♥️

Riad in Fes

​I stayed at this Riad as a solo traveller and cannot recommend the experience enough. The Riad itself is clean, easy to find in the Medina, and the staff make you feel completely secure and welcome from the moment you arrive. Aladin helped make this trip fantastic with, His local knowledge of Fes—where to shop, what to pay, and how to find quality—is invaluable for anyone visiting. He went above and beyond by arranging: ​An Atlas Mountains day trip with an excellent English-speaking driver. ​A spectacular 3-day Desert Trip that included luxury transport, a high-end hotel, and an incredible night in the dunes. ​Organising a room for the night I returned from the desert so I could rest before my flight home. ​The Desert Experience The Sahara trip was a dream. The camp staff were incredibly helpful, and the itinerary was perfect: riding camels into the sunset over the dunes and stargazing in the deep desert silence. I also had the opportunity to do some quad biking, which was a real highlight. The food at both the desert hotel and the camp was delicious and of very high quality. ​Dining at the Riad The food is delicious, Imane is a fantastic cook; the breakfasts were a highlight, and the terrace restaurant (which is public but offers a guest discount) served some of the best meals I had in Morocco. Reda provided wonderful, service to the table up the 3 flights of stairs. And impressively demonstrated a perfect tea pour. I definitely hope to return soon to explore more of morocco.

Personal excelente, Riad super limpio (sábanas, toallas, habitación). Habitaciones espaciosas y muy bien decoradas. El desayuno muy completo y lo ponen en la terraza. Nos dejaron dejar la maleta todo el día.

Hvis du forventer hotel standard bliver du skuffet. Tænk det mere som en restaurant med værelser. Området udenfor værelserne bliver brugt som restaurant - ikke særlig rart som sovende gæst. De reklamerer med tagterrasser restaurant, men da vi bad om at spise vores morgenmad på tagterrassen løj de og sagde den var under renovering. Personalet er simpelthen uprofessionelle. Da vi check ind blev vi bombarderet med ydelser vi kunne købe - “det er bedst med en guide rundt i medianen”. Ham der serverede morgenmad havde travlt med at fortælle hvor hårdt hans arbejde var og så videre. Pigerne i køkkenet var meget søde. Og så var der værelserne. Igen ikke hotel standard - ingen sæbe eller shampoo mm. Vores værelse var så smalt at der kun var 20 cm. på hver side af sengen - lidt svært at komme ind og ud. Sengen er ufattelige hårde og sengetøj tyndt. Vi kunne ikke varme værelset op. En helt igennem dårlig oplevelse, hvor vi sove elendigt alle nætter - jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale stedet og der er så mange smukke riads i Fes, så vælg et andet mere fredeligt og venligt sted.

Personalen var fantastisk. Serviceinriktad till max. Stor tack till Imaane och kvinnan som fixade frukost. Alltid ett leende som kom från hjärtat. Vi verkade vara första kunder med gluten intolerans, men de lärde sig snabbt vad man skulle undvika. Ett ställe att komma tillbaka.

El ambiente és muy acogedor. Los trabajadores son muy atentos y agradables. Muy contentos con todo. La localización está muy bien, ya que es a 10 minutos de la puerta azul y está en una calle principal. El desayuno fue espectacular. Muy recomendable en general.

La única cosa que puedo decir a mejorar es que la cama la encontré un poco dura.

Nous avons adoré l'accueil chaleureux d'Imen et Aladin, les hôtes de ce joli Riad au cœur de la Medina ! L'intérieur est typique de Fès, et décoré avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, servi sur le toit-terrasse. Possibilité de manger sur place pour le déjeuner ou le dîner, et la cuisine est très bonne. Nous avons adoré nos 4 jours passés ici, et recommandons cette jolie adresse !

Die Bettdecke war dreckig, die Handtücher waren dreckig, das Badezimmer stank extrem nach Fäkalien und das Zimmer modrig. Informationen konnte man sich hauptsächlich über ein Whiteboard selbst einholen und Personal war früh am Morgen schwer auffindbar.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Riad le petit Patrimoine und haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche und familiäre Atmosphäre; das Team ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das gesamte Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und wunderschön eingerichtet. Zudem war alles blitzsauber, das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und wir konnten unsere Wäsche hier auch waschen lassen. Die Lage ist perfekt: Mitten in der Medina gelegen, dient das Riad als idealer Ausgangspunkt. Man kann eigentlich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir können das Riad von Herzen weiter empfehlen.

Le personnel est super attentionné et très attachant, vous pourrez compter sur Imen comme sur un membre de votre famille ! L’emplacement est idéale : au milieu d’une des deux avenues principale. La nourriture est bonne et pas chère. L’un des rares hôtel avec une wifi qui fonctionne bien.

L’isolation est pas incroyable mais c’est compensé par une climatisation efficace.

Ottimo riad a Fès

Location comoda e perfetta per girare il centro di Fès. Le camere sono pulite, comode, sicure e hanno uno spazio più che sufficiente. Lo staff è stato professionale, gentile, accogliente e ha saputo dare ottimi consigli. Da consigliare anche la colazione, abbondante e con una vista perfetta dal rooftop sulla città. È anche poco distante (8min a piedi) da un parcheggio pratico e sicuro. Ci tornerei assolutamente

Clima famigliare nel cuore della medina

Il personale e lo staff è stato molto attento e disponibile a tutte le nostre esigenze, in particolare Iman ci ha preparato colazioni e cene deliziose (è presente un ristorante nella terrazza del Riad) ed è stato possibile prenotare una visita guidata per la città. Molto attenti anche alle esigenze della piccolina che viaggiava con noi. La posizione è ottima, proprio nel cuore della medina, dalla terrazza si ha inoltre una vista panoramica sulla città

molti punti all' interno della struttura erano molto più bui rispetto a quello che si vede in foto. La camera tripla era ampia e più luminosa mentre quella doppia era molto piccola e molto buia con poco spazio in bagno

Alte aspettative, cattiva esperienza

La nostra esperienza complessiva in questo riad di Fès è stata piuttosto deludente. Purtroppo, il pernotto ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Le camere erano umide, con acqua che trasudava letteralmente dalle pareti, e anche piuttosto anguste, quindi lo spazio era davvero limitato. Inoltre, il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per la qualità complessiva del soggiorno è stato estremamente elevato. Avevamo anche deciso di cenare sulla terrazza del riad, incoraggiati dalle recensioni entusiaste che avevamo letto, ma la cena si è rivelata una grossa delusione. I prezzi erano addirittura il triplo rispetto alla media di un normale ristorante a Fès, e la qualità del cibo era decisamente inferiore. In particolare, un couscous venduto come “il migliore” ci è costato oltre 15 euro ed era semplicemente una montagna di couscous con verdure lesse. Anche la colazione ci ha delusi: ci è stato detto solo in loco che veniva servita dalle 9:30 in poi, un orario davvero scomodo per chi vuole iniziare presto la giornata. E quando finalmente l’abbiamo ricevuta, non era niente di speciale.

L’unico punto a favore è la posizione, che è comoda nella medina. Il titolare ha provato a farci un piccolo sconto quando ha capito che eravamo scontenti, ma non è stato sufficiente a compensare le problematiche. Infine, per il compleanno della mia compagna avevamo ordinato una torta che è risultata pessima, chiaramente comprata all’esterno e servita su un cartone, facendomi fare una brutta figura. Le ragazze del personale sono state gentili, ma purtroppo non basta.

The person incharge rud bad manner didn't care. He gave very cold room where we had to sleep with all of our clothes on. Also Clothes hanging from railings The shower was so on clean that we decided not to use it. I don't usually write a review but on this acasion I felt I needed to.

Su ubicación, recomendación que nos dio del guía, si queríamos nos cobran el impuesto de la ciudad en euros en vez de dírhams, etc. También estaba bien que incluyesen el desayuno y poder tomarlo en su espectacular terraza desde la cual se ve todo Fez.

La cama era extremadamente dura y muy poca luz en el dormitorio. Estaba muy mal señalizado para poder encontrarlo, al contrario que otros riads.

Personnel super sympa et logement vraiment très beau, un régal pour les yeux et pour le coeur Relativement bien situé, vraiment au cœur des souks et pas très loin de la sortie de la médina, c'est un quartier plus agréable pour peu qu'on ait l'âme aventureuse

Nuestro hogar en Fez

Si volvemos a Fez, repetiremos en el mismo sitio. Riad precioso, romántico, limpio y con un personal maravilloso. Quienes trabajan allí parecen una gran familia que te hacen sentir como una más. Muy amables, nos atendieron maravillosamente y nos ayudaron con los imprevistos que surgieron, lo cual nos aportó mucha tranquilidad y comodidad en el viaje. Al ir a un país extranjero con una cultura distinta y quedarnos en la medina, me preocupó la seguridad, pero el riad está bien situado, separado de las calles ambientadas por una corta callejuela que le aporta silencio y tranquilidad. Además, el recepcionista nos ofreció opciones, desde taxi desde y al aeropuerto hasta ser acompañados al riad a pesar de ser altas horas de la noche. El desayuno estuvo rico, con tostadas, té y algún salado. Lo tomábamos en la terraza, con unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad. Alguna tarde que quisimos estar más tranquilos nos quedamos cenando en el restaurante del riad (la pastela/pastilla, muy rica). La habitación era muy romántica, y tenía espacio de sobra para dos personas. De noche había mucho silencio, descansamos muy bien. La cama extra y la ventana se agradecen, además de las mantas que dejaron en el armario. En el riad hablan inglés y francés, y son todos un encanto, en especial las mujeres, que nos hicieron sentir muy acogidos. Incluso se podía venir con nosotros a pasar el rato al riad, la terraza mientras desayunábamos y a la habitación una familiar que se hospedaba en otro sitio. Imán, una de las trabajadoras, fue especialmente amable, y nos hizo tatuajes de henna más barato de lo que ofertaban en la calle. El último día nos fuimos a hacer turismo mientras cuidaban las maletas, y luego pasamos la tarde cómodamente en los sofás del riad. Me empecé a acatarrar, y sin pedirlo, la niña del riad me trajo una sábana para que me arropase e Imán me preparó sopa. Tanto ellas como la encargada de los desayunos son un amor, te hacen sentirte cuidada.

Il Riad è in una posizione perfetta, molto bello e pulito, tenuto benissimo. Iman è una bravissima cuoca e molto disponibile, abbiamo sempre cenato nel ristorante del Riad. La terrazza dove si mangia è spettacolare!

En especial Ima, es encantadora, nos ayudó en todo momento y sus desayunos los mejores. La ubicación es muy buena y a 10 min caminando la puerta azul. Nos ayudaron a reservar el taxi a fez. Lo recomiendo.

Great value for money. Delicious and generous breakfast. Beautiful and spacious room. The furnishings were stunning. The bed large and comfortable.

It was noisy. The people who live at the Riad were at times noisy. There were kids playing in the street until late at night. This is no one’s fault. But be aware - the noise was loud. The main male owner was unwilling to help. Bordering on being rude and dismissive.

Pleasant stay in Fes

Great views from the terrace, enjoyed with breakfast. Location is right in the Médina but a street over from the hustle and bustle. Staff were helpful although very minimal English spoken. The room was a good size for a 2-3 day stay - the faculties were also nice and clean.

Construction on the street leading up the riad means the street is dark at all times, can feel a little sketchy- there were no issues though. Shower is quite slow to drain. Breakfast is scheduled for 9am but is generally ~15/20 mins late, keep this in mind if you have a tour booked.

Nice breakfast on rooftop. Washed a bag of laundry for us for MAD100. Held onto our luggages for us on the day of check out.

The riad was a little challenging to find. We couldn't locate it using Google maps with the address provided on Booking.com. We managed to get there after contacting the riad. We also didn't have hot water to shower for most nights that we stayed here. We reported this and was told that this has never happened before. They needed to get someone to repair it, which was fair enough, but it would have been nice to be offered a solution or compensation as we had to shower in cold water for 3 days. There was also bad smell coming from bathroom/toilet, which wasn't too bad after we closed the doors.

Warm hospitality and lovely riad.

Gorgeous property with lovely restaurant, excellent hospitality and service from the manager Aladin, chef Iman and staff Fatima. Aladin arranged an excellent tour for us. Iman cook amazing food for us. I twisted my ankle on a walk and the ladies took such good care of me. I don’t know anywhere in the world that would offer this kindness. We will always stay at this riad when we go to Fes.

I loved the design of the room and the whole riad, nice rooftop terrace for the rich breakfast, nice staff, good location though it's a bit hard to find at first, just watch out for the sign. There was heating in the room which is not a given in Morocco apparently, so I was happy for it on cold March nights.

Some smell coming from the bathroom, the water wasn't always warm.

Beautiful room at the top of the building just below the restaurant terrace. Lovely large sized room and bathroom with great view of medina landscape. Wonderful panoramic view of the medina from the restaurant terrace. Very well situated just off the centre of one of the main streets in the medina, perfect for exploring different parts of the medina. Lovely welcoming service from Aladdin and everyone at the location. Breakfast was nice and had dinner on the first night which was very nice. Highly recommended location to stay if you visit Fes.

Located in the heart of the Medina, this beautiful traditional Riad offers an authentic and immersive cultural experience that shouldn’t be missed. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are both helpful and accommodating.

This is a traditional Riad, so expecting the same level of modern comforts might be a bit of a stretch. It’s perfect for those who appreciate traditional living and the beauty of authentic architecture. However, features like modern windows, central heating, or other conveniences might not meet everyone’s expectations.

Very good position to visit the Medina. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful terrace with 360° view of the Medina, where one can enjoy a good home made meal!

The bathroom was very small with an unpleasant odor, and the shower drained very slowly. The room lacked windows, making it feel confined. While the staff was supportive and kind, certain charges felt unnecessary, such as €2 per printed page (€4 for just two pages).

We enjoyed our stay very much. Aladdin is the perfect host. He helped us with everything we needed and went out of his way to accommodate us. We forgot two blouses and she made sure to send them with a driver to our next stop in Merzouga. We felt completely safe. We could do everything on foot, which made this stay perfect. The riad is located in the medina and it was very clean and comfortable. The real plus was the staff: Aladen and the ladies working there were extremely kind, gave us a lot of advice and helped us with transportation. Highly recommended also their dinner: booking in the morning you can eat fresh and very good food on their beautiful terrace for a cheaper price than many other touristic place that are also trying to scam you. If you are planning your trip in Fes this is definitely a trustworthy place. Last but not least they organise excursions in some close locations (for ex. Chefchaouen). For anything you can ask Aladen and the staff!

We had a very nice stay in Ria’s Le Petit Patrimoine De Fes. We enjoyed the breakfast on the roofterras with a beautiful view, the room was very nice and comfortable, and the location of the Riad was perfect. 100% would recommend.
