Breakfast was OK

Noise from the neighbors high music I have to complain to the reception I couldn't sleep

This was one of the best places we stayed in in Morocco. Considering the cost, I could have been better

Bien situé, très propre, le personnel est bienveillant et serviable.les équipements digne d’un 3 étoiles.

Le restaurant est très basique. Il manque un extérieur type terrasse tranquille

Don't go here! FOOD MOTH LARVES in the breakfast. No reaction from staff or removal of invested.

Don't go here! Or better, don't have breakfast here. While the breakfast looked nice, my colleague noticed something moving in her mouth while biting into the baguette with the seeds. When she spit it out, a FOOD MOTH LARVE!!!!!! crawled out of her bread. Check Photo! Disgusted, we showed it to the staff, who first did not understand wihat the problem was because she did not speak english and the larve on the table was apparently nothing crazy to her. After explaining in French, she took the plate away, briefly apologized and went into the kitchen. The rest of the invested bread was not removed despite these larves spreading everywhere in your kitchen super quickly. If any hotel food control finds this, the hotel will be closed down. So, I repeat. Don't book this hotel! Please!

L'insonorisation par rapport à l'extérieur côté avenue Atlas. Le choix limité des chaînes télé... (pas de chaînes internationales)

It was clean and good location

Our rooms weren’t ready so we got downgraded to smaller different rooms without price adjustment , breakfast was stale and the buffet was pretty small. The shower head in our room wasn’t working. The staff was not helpful towards our concerns

كل شي في الفندق جميل ..

مرتبة السرير سيئة جدا جدا .. يبدو أنها قديمة أو من النوع اللين جدا بحيث ظهرك يغوص في السرير ورأسك ورجلك مرفوعة للأعلى مما يسبب لك آلام في الظهر. باقي الأشياء ممتازة جداً ونظيفة جدا ولا أعرف كيف وقعوا في هذا الخطأ

J’ai été logé au 4 ème étage, alors que j’ai réservé au 1 er , odeur de la moquette insupportable, j’ai passé une mauvaise 2 ème nuit à cause des claquements de la porte de la chambre voisine.

The country is not of my favorite

I booked a suite, but it was changed to a standard room without my consent. When I raised the issue, they refused to offer any solution, and the reception staff were not helpful at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel

L'accueil, l'emplacement, le parking gardé devant l'hôtel, le côté spacieux de la chambre, la décoration et le confort de la literie, la luminosité dans la chambre, la grandeur de la salle de bain. C'est un hébergement impeccable !
