D’abord le SPA : je n’ai pas pu en profiter… interdit aux hommes, pas massages pour homme non plus… La douche coule abondamment dans la chambre et la Clim est extrêmement froide et impossible à régler… c’est un bon hôtel mais je suis assez déçu

Great value and comfortable and clean accommodation. The receptionist were kind, and helpful. The breakfast was great too, lot of variety. Also enjoyed the indoor pool.

I wished staff would have responded to my message requesting early check-in. Other than that our stay was excellent.

Il faudrait mettre une porte de douche pour que l'eau arrête de couler dans la salle de bain. Il faudrait améliorer la qualité de la Wi-Fi. Il faudrait mettre des chaînes internationales et une télé récente.

L’équipe est absolument formidable : que ce soit à la réception, au ménage, pour le parking ou au petit déjeuner. L’accueil est digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est complet et l’emplacement vraiment top

The location was great. The staff were friendly at the reception lady and the evening porter person were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were attentive to details. In room facilities could be better a bit.

The limited number of free coffee and tea sachets provided in the room was not enough!

L'hôtel est très bien pour ça catégorie. Ils ont une très bonne cuisine. La piscine se trouve à l'étage -2 petite, mais fonctionnelle pour se rafraîchir pas pour nager vraiment. Les chambres sont correctes en terme de taille et d'équipements.

La vue n'était pas agréable. rien de spécial juste les autres bâtiments autour

Difficult to access and park because the parking area is on level -2, and the ramp is steep.

Goede locatie, ondergrondse parking, gym, zwembad.

Ondanks dat het beginpunt voor check-in al gepasseerd was, hebben we toch nog 30min op onze kamers moeten wachten. We hadden 2x 2pers.kamer geboekt voor ons en onze kinderen (tieners). In eerste instantie wou men ons op 2 verschillende verdiepingen leggen. Na hierover een opmerking gemaakt te hebben, aangepast naar 2 kamers in dezelfde gang. Op de prijslijst van de spa staat dat ze gelnagels plaatsen. Bij navraag aan de receptie van de Spa blijkt dat ze deze service niet aanbieden.

A comfortable stay with great dining and a good location, but the pool area did not meet expectation

Breakfast was great, and dinner was excellent as well. The location was convenient, with a tram station nearby that made it easy to visit other areas of the city. Along Avenue des Nations Unies, you'll also find a great restaurant called Beyti, which serves delicious food, as well as several nice coffee shops. If you have a sweet tooth, I also recommend Amoud, a fantastic place for desserts.

The swimming area could be better maintained. It is located on the ground floor, feels quite dark due to the lack of natural light, and the water was colder than expected. Since it is an enclosed space without natural light, it wasn't the most enjoyable or relaxing experience.

Modern hotel, very friendly staff (Ouasim was especially attentive and helpful!), good and varied breakfast, nice spa.

Everything and especially the staff. Mr.Wassim and Mr. Zakari are so kind and helpful and always went an extra step to make our stay comfortable. This is the only hotel I intend to stay at whenever I will be in rabat. You can’t go wrong with this hotel! Highly recommended.

Really good location in the modern downtown Rabat, super courteous staff, lots of shops and restaurants around, less than 10 minutes walk to the tram
