Lovely staff but ground floor rooms need improvement

The location is right in the middle of the medina and 5 mins walk from the medina walls. Lots of shops around the riad including some really nice pastry stalls/shops. There’s one girl from the staff who speaks perfect English and who’s really nice and friendly, and offered us to call the taxi to get to the airport on the last day. Breakfast is plenty and really nice too. May accommodate vegan diet at breakfast. Beds were made and towels changed everyday. They also offer laundry service for the equivalent of about 7 euros.

We booked 2 rooms and were staying on the ground floor, which is by the courtyard. You can open the window which faces the courtyard so there is little privacy if you want to air out the room. The main issue we had in both rooms was how humid the rooms felt and the fact that there is no storage space for clothes other than a small rack (and if you used that, the clothes would absorb some damp). There is AC which is good for drying up the air a little. The bathrooms didn’t have any separation between the shower and the toilet, so every time you showered you’d make half of the bathroom wet. It might be that these issues are only related to the ground floor but not sure. We should’ve asked to change room but thought about it too late.

A pretty hotel with a good location. Breakfast is somewhat vegan friendly.

The hotel is very pretty! The breakfast was nice, though not completely vegan friendly (but enough to eat a meal). The tea is good. The room was also very cute, and the location is great.

The only con is that there was a bit of a sewer smell in the small room I was in (I think this wasn't the case in the bigger rooms).

Plusieurs coupures de courant. Les rambardes de sécurité dans les escaliers étaient cassées, c'est un peu dangereux. Rien de bien grave au final...

Real taste of Morocco the riad was something special to try! The breakfast was amazing and the staff really friendly and helpful!

brak możliwości wyjścia na taras na dachu , jak by był tylko na zdjęciach , sam pokój i łazienka wymaga już remontu. Śniadanie choć pyszne odbiegało od tego ze zdjęć na booking.com , nie wygodne łóżko - należało by już wymienić materac.

Discrezione e gentilezza delle donne che gestivano il riad. Colazione buona. Posizione abbastanza centrale nella medina ma facilmente raggiungibile e vicina a posti strategici serali.

Excellent breakfast and lovely hosts. A well kept Road in an excellent location, walkable to main sights in Rabat.

El té de bienvenida y el desayuno, espectaculares. Todo muy bonito y acogedor, pero lo mejor de todo fue el personal, que nos atendió en todo momento con muchísima amabilidad y simpatía.

If we ever go back to Rabat, we will stay there again!

The accommodation was in the heart of the Medina. We could walk everywhere from there. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was superb. Kept us going until evening time.

La posizione del riad (che riad non é) e la colazione molto varia ed abbondante che però non viene servita in terrazza ma in un cortile comune. Sono stati disponibili a fornirci una colazione take away visto il volo molto presto.

Ci hanno dato una stanza minuscola con una finestrella alta, difficile da aprire e un bagno microscopico senza finestra. Tutta la struttura é un po' angusta.

È nel centro della medina, la struttura era carina. La colazione era buona.

Sulla terrazza, comoda, sarebbe utile aggiungere un po' di luce in più perchè, quando fa buio, non si riesce a leggere nulla. Al nostro arrivo c'era una ragazza che parlava solo arabo (abbiamo usato internet per comunicare) ma era molto gentile e, a modo suo, cercava di accoglierci/consigliarci (anche nel corso del soggiorno). La camera presentava: lenzuola ed asciugamani con macchie. Il bagno, per mia moglie, non era abbastanza pulito. Nel complesso, sebbene ci siano aspetti da migliorare, può andare!

Amazing location, Riad, hospitality and credit to the housekeeper and host. We got upgraded to a a larger room. Exceptional traditional breakfast.

Très agréable séjour à Rabat

Très joli Riad, au cœur de la médina de rabat.

Nous avons aimé la déco, le personnel, très aimable et aidant, le petit déjeuner, le calme et le silence. Notre chambre donnait sur le patio.

Era difícil de abrir e fechar a janela, ela era alta demais. O chuveiro é de segurar e molha todo o banheiro. Mas sinceramente esses pontos não nos incomodaram muito.

La posizione, in centro alla medina ed a 15 min dal mare.

L'ospitalità, la signora ha usato un cambio molto favorevole a loro e lontano dal cambio ufficiale utilizzato nei exchange. Avendo poi la camera all'ingresso il casino la mattina è elevato.

The riad was very nice and the staff was very welcoming. Also good breakfast included.

The bathroom was a bit old and there was smell coming out of the shower drain.

Posizione ottima e centrale, host super accogliente e disponibile, struttura molto bella ma un po' vecchia. Colazione ricca, varia e servita al momento in tempi molto brevi :)

Bagno con doccia senza tenda, si bagna quindi tutto il pavimento. Stanze un po' umide nonostante il condizionatore funzioni bene.

Riad familial

Le Riad est bien situé dans la médina mais également proche d’une porte. Cela facilite l’accès au logement. Le personnel est adorable et disponible.

In the heart of Madina, a very beautiful Riad with an artistic touch. The staff treated us super well. Khawla was amazing, always smiling. The breakfast was super tasty. We will come back soon!

Magnifique séjour avec une hospitalité exceptionnelle 10/10 tout était parfait !

Un établissement magnifique, vraiment un rêve ! C’est l’un des meilleurs endroits où j’ai séjourné. Tout était parfait la propreté exceptionnelle, le personnel accueillant et professionnel, le paysage magnifique, ainsi que le design intérieur 100% marocain, fait avec beaucoup de goût et d’authenticité. Le sommeil était très confortable, calme et reposant. J’ai dormi profondément grâce à l’ambiance chaleureuse et apaisante du lieu. La literie était excellente et surtout, la propreté était irréprochable. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la présence de la gérante, toujours sur place, souriante, attentionnée et très professionnelle. La terrasse au coucher du soleil était magique. Ils proposent aussi une carte avec des boisins , des jus et plusieurs choix très agréables. Moi et mes amis, nous nous sommes vraiment amusés et avons passé un moment inoubliable. Le petit déjeuner était succulent, généreux et 100% marocain. Il était vraiment énorme, avec beaucoup de choix délicieux, surtout le jus d’orange frais qui était exceptionnel. Merci pour cette belle expérience. Je donne 10/10 sans hésitation !

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in der Medina, aber in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück gut - allerdings bei weitem nicht so grosszügig wie auf den Bildern

Wir hatten ein sehr dunkles Zimmer mit kleinem Fenster zur Strasse. Dieses Zimmer können wir nicht empfehlen. Das Bad ist klein und nach dem Duschen komplett unter Wasser. Die Sofas im Innenhof und auf der Terrasse haben bessere Zeiten gehabt und sind ziemlich unbequem.

The property is well managed and clean .The staff are very accommodating !

Location tends to be noisy as it is the Medina so our room fronted the main access so very hustle and bustle!

Definitely the breakfast. The whole service makes you feel like at home.

We arrived quite late and as it was our last evening in the area, quickly dropped our stuff at the designated room and went out to the city. Next morning we’ve got up just to realize we are breathing pure mold, because it was everywhere. Then the whole memory from the checking-in, of a staff member spraying the room with air refreshener before we entered the room made sense. We’ve raised this question and asked for a refund, they agreed but up to this day they don’t provide the booking customer service with the needed written documents.

Quiet peacefull

De gastvrouw is geweldig. Je kan haar alles vragen, doet veel moeite en werkt heel hard. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid genoeg, dat ik er iedere dag naar uitkeek. De kamers zijn zeer proper, en kregen dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken en ons bed werd opgemaakt. Ik voelde me er thuis, als een kleine familie.

De geur van de badkamer stonk soms, omdat er geen verluchting mogelijk is.

Gorgeous quiet and authentic place to stay right in the medina. Run by the most friendly women!! We had dinner at the road which was very good and the breakfast was the best way to start the day!

Omeira et Khaoula furent d'une extrême gentillesse. Toujours souriantes, disponibles, attentives. Le petit déjeuner pris dans le patio était copieux et varié. Le Riad sentait bon les gâteaux faits maison ! Le Riad est dans une rue perpendiculaire à la rue Mohamed V, dans la médina. La ville nouvelle est à la porte de la médina et comporte des lieux superbes à visiter absolument. Tour Hassan et le Mausolée Mohamed V - Musée des Civilisations (anciennement musée d'archéologie) - musée d'Art contemporain - la kasbah et jardin andalou des Oudaïas - Grand cimetière surplombant la mer - la rue des consuls et les friteries de poissons - Les savoureuses pâtisseries sur la place. Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied mais il y a deux lignes de trams et des petites carioles bleues pour parcourir la médina. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette ville animée.

Stériliser les chats qui squattent les rues de la médina. Un plan de la médina serait le bienvenu. Nous en avons acheté un de la ville dans un kiosque, mais difficile à trouver.

Chambre au rdc collée au patio là où le petit déjeuner était servi donc grande promiscuité et bruyant Salle de bains sale et en très mauvais état (carreaux et joints cassés) et extrêmement humide : odeur d’humidité horrible jusque dans la chambre, traces de moisissure dans la sdb, jusque sur les murs de la chambre. Porte impossible à ouvrir complètement car bloquée par le lavabo Sol mouillé car pas de rideau / mur / paroi de douche Fauteuils et canapés de la terrasse fatigués Faux plafonds de l’hôtel accrochés avec de simples câbles L’hôtel mérite une rénovation complète, cher pour ce que c’est !

Excellent customer service

We had an issue with the room late the first night and the on-site manager quickly moved us into a different room. They had guests staying in that room the next night so they moved us to an even nicer room at no extra charge. So, while we were frustrated with the original issue, their proactive response in taking care of us completely exceeded our expectations.

Really didn't find a lot of good dining options nearby. On the other hand, there are two pubs outside the Medina in close walking distance!

L’emplacement du Riad est super, en début de souk mais également proche de la grande avenue. Le personnel est très gentil, souriant, c’est tres agréable.

A perfect stay at Riad Majorelle

A very beautiful riad situated in the heart of the Medina, managed and run by two delightful ladies. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and served in the beautiful mosaic courtyard. We spent a week there whilst visiting Rabat, and would return without hesitation.

Olía a cloaca el wc mucho... nos encontramos una cucaracha.. no habia toalla de manos ni cortina en la ducha ni alfombra.. no estaba muy limpio y la cama hundida..

Hadden mooie kamer, alleen de toegang tot het dakterras was afgesloten, dit was wanneer het open was geweest echt fantastisch geweest. Boven was het naar hun zeggen niet af. Het was alleen rommelig, kwestie van opruimen, jammer gemiste kans!

Prima stanza assegnata piccola, doccia che dava sul bidet , ma la cosa peggiore una mega blatta nella stanza sulla porta, per fortuna ci hanno assegnato un’altra stanza piu’ grande e migliore e sono state gentili e disponibili
