Riad fantastico sembra di essere in un museo, la camera ha tutti i confort e l'host è sempre a disposizione per supportarti nel viaggio all'interno della medina. La posizione è top non mi sono mai perso e ovunque ci sono indicazioni per raggiungerlo ci tornerei di corsa fantastico

Riad dar Kirami is in a perfect location within a quieter, peaceful neighbourhood of the Medina and yet within easy walking distance of Bab Guissa (gate), the main sights and the Souk. Our flight landed during the evening so Abdou kindly arranged for his brother, Mehdi, to collect us from the airport and then walk us to the Riad. He also made a dinner reservation on the terrace of a lovely local restaurant, again arranging for someone to show us the way through the myriad of alleys within the Medina. As 2 women travellers visiting the Medina for the first time, particularly after a long travelling day, this attentive hospitality was very much appreciated by both my daughter and myself as it meant we could familiarise ourselves with the area in the dark and ensured that our first evening was a safe and pleasant experience. The Riad itself is as beautiful as others have described it and, after hot days independently exploring the Medina, we particularly enjoyed the breeze on the rooftop terrace. The Moroccan breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Most notably, Abdou is the perfect host, always on hand to answer any queries and offer genuine helpful recommendations. Thank you Abdou for welcoming us into your home. We wish you and all your family a happy and peaceful Al-Hijra.

Felt like home

Abdou, our host, was extremely professional. He was always smiling and ready to give us information and advice about everything. The house itself felt like a museum — it had been renovated with great care and attention by Abdou. We felt at home immediately, which is not something you find everywhere. Breakfast was a typical Moroccan breakfast and very enjoyable. For me, the best part was the terrace: beautiful views over the city and plenty of shade, which was perfect because it was very hot. Great value for money — honestly, 11 out of 10.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the riad had a slight unpleasant smell. However, Fes is a very old city and this seems to be quite common everywhere (you can even notice it in the streets), so it didn’t bother us much. Abdou had done everything he could to improve it. The riad is located on a side street, which we actually liked because it felt authentic and full of locals. Just make sure to follow Abdou’s advice on how to get to the city center (there are two ways), because on the lower street there are many young kids trying to scam tourists by saying that the way is closed just to get your attention . It is also very convenient for getting a taxi if you want to go outside the medina.

An unforgettable stay in a stunning riad at the heart of the medina. The breakfast was exceptional, the comfort impeccable, and the hospitality beyond compare. Abdou and his brother went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always available with a smile and ready to help. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Nous avons passé 10 jours délicieux au Riad. Abdu nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et s'est montré toujours présent pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller. Le riad est une maison typique du vieux Fès, magnifiquement rénovée, qui reste fraîche même par fierté chaleur. Son emplacement permet de visiter facilement la médina à pieds.

Excellent Stay and Great Hospitality!

My stay at Riad Dar Kirami was flawless. Abdul is incredibly responsive and messaged me on WhatsApp immediately after booking. Since my flight arrived late at 11 PM, he arranged a pick-up service, which was great because finding the address in the Medina at night would have been difficult on my own. The area is completely safe. The Riad is beautifully quiet and peaceful at night, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. The daily breakfast was excellent, and all of Abdul's local recommendations were completely spot on. I highly recommend this riad!

Das Riad liegt gleich in der Nähe des Bab Guissa in Fes und ist von dort aus sehr gut erreichbar und leicht zu finden. Die Gäste werden sehr herzlich empfangen und Willkommen geheißen. Abdoul liegt das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen und er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist richtig lecker und ermögkicht einen guten Start in das Abenteuer Fes. Man kann vom Riad aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gut zu Fuß erreichen und einfach finden. Es gibt eine tolle Dachterasse mit Blick über die Medina.

We had an incredible stay at this riad. From the moment we stepped off the busy streets of the Fes Medina, we felt like we’d entered a peaceful sanctuary. The courtyard is stunning with its traditional tile work and fountain.The Riad Manager went above and beyond, welcoming us with mint tea and helping us navigate the winding alleyways. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. Don’t miss the breakfast on the rooftop the views over the city at sunrise are unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and luxurious Fes experience

Dar Kirami and Abdel were terrific! The riad is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Abdel made sure we were comfortable, gave us lots of recommendations and served a delicious breakfast (even leaving us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave early). It is well located near Bab Guissa and about a 5-10 minute walk to the busy areas of the medina.

El Riad és preciós i es troba molt aprop del centre. Té una terrassa amb vistes espectaculars a la ciutat. L’esmorzar casolà és deliciós. L’atenció i predisposició del propietari va ser excepcional. Moltes gràcies per tot! Si tornem a Fes, segur que repetirem ;)

Great, super authentic riad!

Top Location and a True gem of a host! You could feel every second how much in love he is with his place and project. And he helped us with google maps pins all around the Medina, practical advice about all sorts of things around fez and even packed us a book of cookies as good bye. We felt amazingly welcome!

Our room had no window, but that is due to the location in the middle of the Medina.

The place felt very homey and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, which really made a difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. The space itself is beautiful, with a very traditional style and lots of thoughtful details that give it character. Exceptionally renovated traditional riad

Having travelled across Morocco for 2 weeks, this was one of the most exceptional riads we stayed at. The owner renovated it with love and respect for historical spirit, so it felt almost like sleeping in a monument, without sacrificing any of the usual comforts. Abdul was super organized and took great care of us throughout the whole stay, recommending activities and places to visit. We were a bit worried about staying so close to the maze of medina alleys, but in the end it was easy to find the accommodation, and it was a great location for the further ventures into the old city.

El trato del personal, ya que se preocupa por que estés cómodo en todo momento. El segundo día tuvimos que marcharnos muy temprano y nos preparó el desayuno para llevar, pequeños detalles que en otros sitios no se toman la molestia de hacer. Genial!

A beautiful house. We arrived in this big city and felt the hospitality in this Riad from the first moment. Abdoul took care about us in so many ways. He answers every question you have. He tried to help us in any wish we had. Since he grew up in Fès, he knows every spot and with this kowledge he helps his guests - friendly, patient, charming. The Riad is perfectly placed in the city. A view minutes to walk to the center of the souks, a view minutes to walk to gate Bab Guissa to take a taxi for some view Dirhams.

Todo! Me encantó todo, de verdad es precioso, tiene dos terrazas en el tejado que dan una vista a todo Fez y se ve precioso. El host fue el mejor que he tenido nunca y he viajado mucho. Volvería solo a Fez para estar allí.

I have been to dozens of Riad’s throughout all Morocco, but I have never been to a Riad as superior as Riad Dar Kirami. When you are here, you are definitely family. My husband and I were greeted with a very warm welcome. Abdul is by far the most amazing host I have ever had, he beams with warmth and kindness. His wife makes the bread that he serves for breakfast along with other delicacies. He spent a couple years remodeling the building and every room has a very detailed theme with a historic explanation into Morocco‘s heritage, I was very impressed with the quality and design. We actually became friends with him throughout our stay and decided to stay an extra day. We loved it so much that we booked another stay here a couple months later. I had gotten sick and he let us stay later than our booking time, making me a hot honey drink, and helping to nurse me back to health. I can’t thank him enough for that. It was also quite a treat to discover that the most narrow street registered in Fez (complete with a city road sign) is on the side of his building and he will gladly give you a tour as it has a private door as an entrance, and not publicly accessible. We loved sitting on the terrace at night, there are three separate sitting areas that have views from both side sides of the building. I would stay here 1,000 times over and I’m looking forward to my next stay. Thank you Abdul 🫶🏼

Mooie riad op rustige maar centrale locatie

Het ligt op een top locatie aan de rand van de medina. De eigenaar is super aardig en heeft ons vol trots verteld over de periode waarin hij het oude pand heeft gerenoveerd tot een prachtige riad. Wij vertrokken vroeg met de auto dus heeft hij een to go ontbijt-pakketje klaargezet voor ons. Helemaal super!

La ubicación es perfecta, está muy cerca de las calles principales de comercio y de una de las puertas de entrada, donde hay un parking por si vas con coche, el alojamiento en sí es muy muy bonito muy bien cuidado, se nota el detalle, el cariño y la dedicación del dueño, todo estaba muy limpio, nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, la habitación muy cómoda y amplia.

El baño estaba aparte, es privado pero estaba fuera de la habitación, tomarlo en cuenta, igualmente el alojamiento cuenta con habitaciones que sí que tienen en baño adentro de la habitación así que simplemente seria cuestión de estar atento a la hora de la reserva.

宿のオーナーが自力でメディナを観光できるだけの情報を教えてくれるのでフェズを満喫することができた。 もてなしのミンクティーや朝食が充実しており、美味しかった。 屋上から旧市街を見渡すことができるのは良い体験だった。 シャワーから熱湯が出るのは良かった。 総評として宿にも体験価値を求めるならとても良い宿だと思います。 私は利用していないが、空港から宿までの配車サービスは価格が良心的だったので、公共交通を使うのでなければ配車をお願いしても良いかもしれない。

旧市街のメインストリートからはやや離れている。 最寄りのゲートもやや郊外にあり、そこでタクシーを捕まえられなかった(バスを利用)。 また、手入れはよく行き届いていると思うが、やはり日本水準には達しないか。場所を考えると順当な清潔感ではある。

Abdul looked after us with care, thought and imagination. He organised transfers to the airport, excursions, gave great suggestions for where and what to do and made sure he was available at any time. His riad is in a very good location within the medina: within a minute or two of the centre yet quiet and safe to return to. It is excellent vfm.

The weather! It was bitterly cold and wet for half the time we were there.

Abdou est quelqu’un de très accueillant, disponible et serviable. Il nous a donné plein de conseils pour notre voyage à Fès. Il nous a dépanné une nuit supplémentaire car un autre Riad nous avait arnaqué pour la deuxième nuit. Petit plus : le petit déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. Bonne localisation pas très loin d’un parking. Rami : franco-tunisien & Morad : franco-algerien.

Ce n'est pas juste un Riad pour passer quelques nuits, mais plutôt un endroit où l'on se sent en famille. La position du Riad, proche de la médina et des principaux sites à visiter à Fès, est un véritable atout. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience authentique !

Il Riad è una struttura affascinante, frutto di un restauro curato nei minimi dettagli. Il proprietario ti accoglie come si accoglie in casa propria un ospite di riguardo. Gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a darti consigli utili per visitare al meglio Fes; ci ha preparato la colazione al sacco quando partivamo per le escursioni e l'ultimo giorno quando siamo partiti alle 5.30 del mattino.La nostra vacanza a Fes è stata bellissima anche grazie all'aver soggiornato in questo Riad e conosciuto una persona che lo gestisce con tanta grande passione.
