The buffet for breakfast was really good .

It was not as exquisite and clean as I imagined a Radisson property to be. I was told my rooms would be available for EARLY CHECK IN as we came from a LONG HAUL 25hour flight. When we arrived nothing was prepared. No welcome drinks were offered.

Bon hôtel à Casablanca

L'endroit est propre, les chambres sont de bon standard pour le prix. L'hôtel est bien situé.

La construction dans l'entrée, mais on a été avisés et ça n'était pas bruyant. L'ascenseur est lent et le gym est correct mais sans plus.

L accueil vraiment a revoir le personnel de l accueil de l hôtel même pas bonjour le matin un minimum quand même pour un hôtel à ce prix et le roof top pareil l accueil pas très professionnel surtout au vu des prix pratiqué

Piscine trop petite

Une belle découverte, un personnel aux petits soins et une très belle chambre insonorisée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le geste du personnel qui, sachant que je ne mangeais pas de gluten, m’a fait parvenir tout un pain sans gluten juste pour moi. Séjour très agréable, je recommande. Emplacement idéal à Casablanca.

The staff at both the reception and the rooftop seemed quite unprofessional. Only the ground floor restaurant hostess seems good. Also, I noticed some mold and wear on surfaces in the room, so maybe a little renovation is needed!

Une adresse d'exception à ne pas manquer

Un séjour d'exception du début à la fin ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, des bagagistes jusqu'au manager, pour leur accueil remarquable et leur professionnalisme. La chambre est d'un calme absolu grâce au double vitrage parfaitement insonorisé, et la literie est extrêmement confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait et très varié, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant de l'hôtel : si vous y mangez, il faut absolument goûter le dessert au citron noir, une merveille ! C'est certain, je reviendrai.

Clean, good location, very good breakfast

Staff from the pool and breakfast were very slowly

our stay was very good we had some minor issue but where resolved quickly by the manager

the location was great walking distance to some attraction the manager was great the staff at the roof top where excellent breakfast was amazing to much to choose from

Great location and rooftop

The location was good with lots of places to eat in the neighbourhood. The Bliss bar on the roof was a nice space to hang out. And the staff were friendly and professional.

The bed was pretty hard, the tv didn’t seem to work and the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor.

موقعه جيد لكنه بعيد عن بقية المرافق تحتاج تمشي للمدينة القديمة مش اقل من نصف ساعة يقع مقابل حديقة جامعة الدول العربية جيدة للمشي الغرف نظيفة والموظفين متعاونين

The hotel is in a very good location and it is clean.

Very helpful staff throughout our stay. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast. We stayed in a superior room which was really big and comfortable. Great location.

A few minor things: the elevator is a bit wonky, the pillows in the room are not super fluffy. Really minor stuff.

Setup des chambres, fonctionnel, spacieux, literie très confortable.

Personnel très attentif aux besoins de la clientèle, et très réactif. Bonne situation centrale. Magnifiques vues dans les étages supérieurs.

Première chambre exiguë, malgré la magnifique vue sur la ville.

Mouldy hotel. Must change to openable windows.

The location

The rooms are full of mould. When we arrived the person said he would upgrade us for free and we were stoked and once we entered the room it smelled full of mould it hurt our throat and lungs. We asked to be moved and we got another room again smelled of mould. The last room was ok but still the whole hotel is infected with mould! Why? Because the windows don’t open, and the airflow is flawed. For a humid place like Casablanca this is literally deadly and very bad for health. We stayed three days coughing after.

Just the bathroom: dark, becomes all wet very easily, shower was weak and at some point got clogged.

Ce matin , une pluie imprévue au roof top au petit déjeuner mais avec le professionnalisme du personnel tout s'est bien passé. J'ai trouvé ça original, de petit déjeuner en plein air sous la pluie. Un grand merci à mehdi le responsable des restaurants et à son équipe yasmine , wissal pour leur assistance

The poolside is much smaller than its made to look in the pictures and it's right next to the rooftop lounge where lots of outside clients come to hang out so there is no privacy.
