Hotel Ben Batouta - Tanger

La cama enorme y la decoración

El desayuno para llevar horrible. Para tirar a la basura.

It is very close to the airport. Possible even to go walking. Room is clean.

I told in advance that I was vegan, and nothing was prepared. The people didn’t know what vegan means. Also there is no sign for allergic component in the food. There was also not a single fruit. We arrived earlier with a sleeping baby and the reception didn’t want to give a room earlier even paying. I understand that they need to be clean, but he didn’t even check if for instance was ready a bit earlier. He simply said no chance to come in earlier.

hotel confortable, très propre avec un bon rapport qualité prix ;

Nada a apontar

Hôtel top, cuisine pas à la hauteur

Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Personnel avenant.

Helpful staff, nice food, good location for airport, great pool

The shuttle van to the airport had NO brakes - something very wrong, you could hear the brakes were metal on metal. Driver drove at 30 km to compensate but so dangerous

Heerlijke kamer!

Knusse kamer, heerlijk bed!

Verder heerlijke kamer!

Clean and good breakfast

The parking attendant was furious. He had parked a car in front of mine, and when I asked him to find a solution so that I could leave, he verbally assaulted and threatened me in front of my wife. Fortunately, I told him that I would call the police, after which I was finally able to leave. I filed a complaint with the hotel regarding this incident for the night of August 7th.
