J'ai choisi au restaurant un tagine de poulet pour manger léger et j'ai reçu un morceau de poulet rabougri et desséché que j'ai refusé. Un second tagine avec une cuisse aussi sèche m'a été servie. Le poulet a manifestement été réchauffé en friture. Pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hotel. Le cuisinier ne devrait pas envoyer de tels plats. Ceci explique ma note de 7 au lieu de 9,5

The shuttle van to the airport had NO brakes - something very wrong, you could hear the brakes were metal on metal. Driver drove at 30 km to compensate but so dangerous

Das Hotel Ben Batouta in Tanger ist absolut zu empfehlen. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Dieses Hotel verdient mehr Sterne. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowie im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets zuvorkommend. Ich werde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Hotelteam für den tollen Service!

Dat er geen afstandsbediening was op de kamer om de tv uit te zetten. Ik moest er een aantal keer voor bellen naar de receptie. En ik miste een voetenmatje in de badkamer. Verder heerlijke kamer!

The parking attendant was furious. He had parked a car in front of mine, and when I asked him to find a solution so that I could leave, he verbally assaulted and threatened me in front of my wife. Fortunately, I told him that I would call the police, after which I was finally able to leave. I filed a complaint with the hotel regarding this incident for the night of August 7th.

Le service est de qualité et l’ambiance très agréable. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

This is a great little hotel almost brand new good breakfast reasonably priced. If I have to find one thing to complain about is I asked for a large bed and what they do is put two small beds together. Putting two beds together does not make one big bed putting two beds together makes two small bets side by side I'm 6'6 things like that matter

La limpieza

Los aires acondicionados no hay manera de configurarlo en la habitación 11. La encargada estaba atendiendo a un matrimonio, cuando yo entré por la puerta pasé por detrás de la pareja , y supuestamente el marido se me quedó mirando, empezaron a discutir delante de la encargada porque el marido supuestamente se quedó mirándome y no hacía caso a lo que le estaba hablado la de recepción. Mi pareja bajó para reactivar la tarjeta de acceso a la habitación cuando la encargada le comenta que en el hotel está prohibido estar entrar desnudo, cuando yo iba con un top agarrado al cuello . Mi pareja en ese momento se quedó callado y subió a la habitación y me lo contó, decidimos bajar abajo para pedir el reembolso para irnos del hotel porque no tienen que decirme cómo vestirme, ya que no he tenido ningún problema en ninguna parte del país , estado en barrio menos turísticos. Y que yo sepa estamos en Marruecos un país avanzado digamos si fuera Pakistán o los talibanes, pues mira además iba bien , no es mi problema que el marido de esa señora sea un baboso, yo la verdad que por mucho que la encargada me lo intentara pintar de otra manera que no era su intención faltando al respeto ni nada, pero ese comentario estaba fuera de lugar, y a mí nadie ni mi propio marido me dice que ponerme así que gracias a esto jamás volveremos, hemos estado en hoteles mucho más bajos en Merzouga y nunca nos dijeron nada y ahora vamos a un Hotel de tres estrellas que está digamos acostumbrado a extranjeros coja y suelte eso, la única que estamos contentos fue la que nos hizo checkin
