Tuvimos una estancia fantástica en este riad, muy cerca del Sahara. El personal fue increíblemente amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Los tours se adaptaron perfectamente a nuestra familia, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera muy especial. Nos sentimos como en casa y la comida estaba realmente deliciosa. El Wi-Fi también funcionaba muy bien. Muchas gracias a Hassan, Youssef y Mohammed por su hospitalidad. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

Before coming, I had seen some negative reviews about this place, so honestly, I was a little hesitant. But after spending the night here, we were really surprised by how amazing the place was. The room was clean and comfortable, the welcome was wonderful, and the family was very friendly and attentive to every detail. They also helped us organize a beautiful experience in the desert, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Sometimes reviews don’t really reflect the actual experience, and for us, everything was excellent. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. I definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again.

Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit von den ersten Dünen entfernt. Bett und Frühstück waren in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut.

Die Siedlung ist nicht unbedingt einladend. Ständig will jemand eine Wüstenexperience verkaufen, abwechselnd mit Kamel, 4x4 oder Quad. Die Touristen werden dann mit 20 anderen an einen Spot gebracht und dann wieder ins Dorf gekarrt. Wir waren ein paar Dünen daneben und haben den Sonnenaufgang kostenfrei mit gleichem Ausblick genossen. Sind vielleicht 20 Minuten weg vom Quartier. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, es ist aber ziemlich egal, ob man da ist, oder nicht.

Le personnel sur place s'est montré gentil et humain. Ils ont tenté de réparer la climatisation en bricolant le disjoncteur, mais sans succès. On sent que ce n'était pas de leur faute directe, mais plutôt un manque de maintenance ou de moyens qui les dépassait.

Ce qui n'a pas été : Nous sommes arrivés à minuit après un très long trajet depuis Al Hoceïma, avec des personnes fragiles dans le groupe (une personne âgée cardiaque, une personne souffrant de gonflement dû à la chaleur). Les chambres, censées être climatisées, étaient à plus de 45°C, la climatisation étant totalement hors service. Impossible de dormir dans ces conditions, et franchement inquiétant pour la santé des plus vulnérables du groupe. Le riad nous a relogés en urgence dans un appartement privé, mais celui-ci ne pouvait alimenter que 2 climatiseurs sur 3 simultanément — insuffisant pour une famille nombreuse répartie sur plusieurs chambres. La nuit a donc été très éprouvante malgré ce dépannage. Le plus décevant : Après cet épisode, nous n'avons reçu aucun appel des propriétaires pour prendre de nos nouvelles ou s'excuser. C'est nous qui avons dû les recontacter par la suite. Aucune proposition de geste commercial ou de remboursement n'a été faite, malgré la gravité de la situation vécue à l'arrivée.

Vi tillbringade en natt på Riad Hassi Labied innan vi åkte vidare ut i Sahara, och det var den perfekta platsen att koppla av på. Rummet var mycket rent, bekvämt och vackert inrett. Personalen var verkligen vänlig och fick oss att känna oss välkomna från första stund. Frukosten var fräsch och god, och den lugna atmosfären vid poolen var precis vad vi behövde efter en lång bilresa. Läget är också perfekt, bara några minuter från sanddynerna. Vi blev positivt överraskade av Wi-Fi, det var snabbt och fungerade utmärkt, trots att vi var så nära öknen. Vi skulle definitivt bo här igen och rekommenderar varmt Riad Hassi Labied till alla som besöker Merzouga.

Dopo la nostra notte nel deserto abbiamo soggiornato al Riad Hassi Labied ed è stata la scelta perfetta. Prima di ripartire abbiamo fatto anche un giro in quad e un’escursione in 4x4 tra le dune, entrambe organizzate molto bene e davvero divertenti. Tornare al riad per una doccia calda e un po’ di relax in piscina è stato fantastico. La camera era pulita, tranquilla e molto confortevole. Anche il Wi-Fi funzionava benissimo, così abbiamo potuto condividere subito tutte le foto del deserto con amici e famiglia. La colazione era fresca e abbondante. Se torneremo a Merzouga, sappiamo già dove alloggiare.

Verzorgd en goed verblijf tegenover de woestijn

We sliepen er een nacht. Vanuit daar werd een nacht in het midden van de woestijn voor ons geregeld. We werden gebracht met dromedarissen o.l.v. een nomade. Dit was een super ervaring! Na zonsondergang kwamen we uit de woestijn en kregen we ontbijt hier alsook mochten we nog vervuil maken van een kamer om te douchen. Top!

Da simpatia e hospitalidade dos anfitriões e do pequeno almoço. O quarto era agradável e a piscina também. Oferecem também tours no deserto ou a possibilidade de ficarem numa tenda em camps nas dunas a custo extra. Interessante porque as tendas ficam longe dos outros camps e é uma experiência mais autêntica.

I stayed here when I was in Merzouga, and it was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve experienced. !! Big shoutout to Hassan :) and his family for accommodating us....they are incredibly welcoming and generous, and they treated us like part of their own family. I truly never regretted staying here. The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also great....the town center is just walking distance away, which makes everything very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Merzouga. You’ll feel right at home here. Feel free to book!! you won’t regret it! shukran :)

Beautiful place with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing breakfast — very diverse and honestly the best breakfast we had in Morocco. We also took the offered 4x4 tour and highly recommend it: great guide, beautiful spots and interesting places that would be difficult to reach on our own. Nice pool.

The riad was beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the pool area was relaxing, and the location was perfect for exploring Merzouga and the desert. The food was also delicious and the atmosphere felt authentic and comfortable.

Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et toujours disponible pour donner de bons conseils. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Merzouga et ses environs. Je recommande vivement ce riad et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Tout était parfait durant mon séjour au Riad Hassi Labied. Aucun point négatif à signaler. L’accueil, la propreté, le confort et l’ambiance étaient tous excellents. Une expérience très agréable du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Notre séjour dans cet établissement a été une très belle expérience. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et professionnalisme, toujours attentif au confort et au bien-être des clients. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée, située près de la réception, était pratique, propre et agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’atmosphère calme et conviviale de l’établissement. L’espace piscine était très agréable et parfaitement entretenu, offrant un véritable moment de détente. L’ambiance générale du lieu était chaleureuse et reposante, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus appréciable. Après plusieurs hébergements durant notre voyage, celui-ci fait clairement partie de nos meilleurs souvenirs. Nous repartons avec une excellente impression et beaucoup de plaisir d’avoir séjourné dans cet établissement.

Honnêtement, il y avait très peu de choses à reprocher durant notre séjour. Tout était bien organisé, le personnel était accueillant et attentif, et l’ambiance générale était relaxante et agréable. La chambre était propre et confortable, et l’espace piscine très plaisant. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette expérience et avons passé un excellent moment tout au long de notre séjour.

Excellent séjour au riad ! Parfait pour se détendre avec les grandes chambres nickel, la piscine, la terrasse et la vue sur les dunes. Petit déjeuner au top aussi. Les hotes sont très gentils-et les chats aussi ! On pourrait y rester une demain entière sans soucis.

Le riad a un grand potentiel, de positif nous ne retiendrons que l'emplacement et la piscine.

Le personnel très jeune et plus intéressé par la piscine que par l'accueil des invités. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée très proche de l' accueil venait apparemment de servir de lieu de repos et les toilettes venaient d'être utilisées, l'odeur ne faisait aucun doute. La grave erreur a été de faire du courant d'air : résultat après 30 minutes passées au bord de la piscine il a fallu autant de temps voire plus pour se débarrasser des mouches. Les odeurs d' égouts ont remplacé les odeurs précédentes mais ne nous ont pas quitté. En résumé si nous n'avons eu qu'à nous féliciter de tous nos hébergements celui-ci fait exception. Il en faut bien un.

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Hassi Labied in Merzouga. The place is peaceful, clean, and beautifully decorated with a traditional touch. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, making us feel at home. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing after a day in the desert. Perfect location near the dunes. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Merzouga!

The people were so friendly and very sweet with our kids. It was very flexible; for instance we wanted to stay in the desert for one night and they made it really comfortable in terms of letting our daughter nap before, taking a shower the morning after. Also.. the coffee is amazing with herbs! Definately recommend!

Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois. La famille s'est mis en quatre pour nous trouver une excursion dans les dunes sans d'autres touristes. Je recommande de passer par le riad pour une nuit dans le Sahara ou une promenade en chameau, loin des pièges à touristes. Le personnel est d'une incroyable gentillesse, ils ne cessent de vouloir satisfaire leurs clients. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Je conseille et recommande cet endroit.Merci pour tout.

Muy buena experiencia

Nos gustó la habitación en si, muy cómoda y bonita. Los chicos del Riad son muy amables. El desayuno bastante bueno.

El baño era un poco incómodo por qué no había casi nada de luz para arreglarte y poco espacio para el neceser. Y la ducha es en el suelo, así que estás varias horas con el suelo mojado. El agua caliente no era del todo caliente, era agua templada y sin mucha presión, aunque ya había leído que era algo común en la zona. El salón del desayuno estaba lleno de gatos y se hacía algo difícil desayunar tranquilo. Incluso se te metían en la habitación si te despistabas. A mi me encantan los gatos y eso me dio igual, pero es un punto a mejorar para los clientes.

Nette, familiäre Unterkunft mit ausgezeichnetem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (ca. 350MAD für 1 Nacht im Januar). Die 4x4-Tour mit Mohammed (einem der Hosts) ist ihr Geld auf jeden Fall wert (80€ für 2 Personen und eine private Tour, besserer Preis als die online Angebote die wir finden konnten). Wir haben ausgiebige Erklärungen über Natur und Kultur bekommen und uns auch allgemein gut unterhalten. Ein kleines Highlight waren die vielen süßen Katzen, welche tagsüber im Riad unterkommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, man muss nur aufpassen, dass die Katzen nichts stibitzen (zum größten Teil wurde nur zufrieden geschnurrt). Außerdem bietet die Unterkunft einen gut geschützten Privatparkplatz. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen.

Für eine 10/10 fehlt noch der Upgrade auf westliche Standards bezüglich Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, etc., für den Preis kann man sich aber fast nichts besseres vorstellen.

Ubicacion, y atención del personal, para 4 personas el precio era muy bueno y después de un día duro de arena sentarse a tomar un te moruno en la chimenea y descansar sin nada de ruido se agradece, también la seguridad del sitio, parking privado con plaza cubierta, me lleve el carro y el quad, no hubo ni una pega para nada

L'hébergement est paisible et surtout, le petit déjeuner est excellent et complet. Vraiment un bel endroit avec des gens bienveillants qui font l'expérience encore plus mémorable. Hassan est la définition incarnée de la gentillesse. Nous avons aussi fait affaire avec lui pour le tour dans le desert (camp, dromadaire, feu, oasis) et niveau qualité/prix, c'était super. Mon amie était malade pendant le tour, et Hassan a été très présent et gentil face à elle.

Nossa estadia no riad foi realmente inesquecível. A equipe foi simpática, muito atenciosa e nos fez sentir acolhidos desde o momento em que chegamos. Os quartos estavam impecáveis, lindamente decorados e muito confortáveis. Quanto ao café da manhã, foi, sem dúvida, o melhor que tivemos no Marrocos! Aproveitamos completamente a atmosfera relaxante e encantadora do riad. Recomendamos muito a qualquer pessoa que visite Merzouga.

Perfect riad - boek je tour ook hier

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een Desert Tour. Mooi en comfortabel riad, zwembad, goede WiFi, goede bedden, en ontzettend aardige mensen! Ontbijt was ook lekker en iedereen stond steeds voor ons klaar. Absolute aanrader. Boek vooral je Desert Tour via dit riad! Deze tour gaat veel dieper de woestijn in dan veel andere. Dat geeft een heel authentieke ervaring: het was stil en sereen. In de buurt van de grotere kampen (die veel dichter bij het stadje liggen, echt aan de rand van de Sahara) hoor je steeds de quads rond scheuren. Die kampen zijn misschien wat luxer, maar ook veel groter. Onze tour was absoluut ook comfortabel, heerlijk eten ook, en de ervaring lijkt ons veel beter. En de prijs via het riad was echt heel goed. Bij terugkomst krijg je daar ook nog een ontbijt.

Dieses Riad war wirklich ein wunderbarer Ort zum Übernachten. Die Gastfreundschaft war die beste, die ich irgendwo in Marokko erlebt habe. Unser Guide Hassan hat mit seiner Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit alles noch besser gemacht. Das Riad hat einen tollen Pool, alles ist makellos sauber, das WLAN ist ausgezeichnet und die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig, friedlich und in der Nähe der Dünen. Ich kann es jedem, der die Gegend besucht, sehr empfehlen.

Riad Hassi Labied was perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful, the facilities were great, and everything was extremely clean. My room was comfortable, the location was ideal near the dunes, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Excellent value for money. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Apartments in a convenient location, near the dunes, close to the town center. You can rent buggies and quad bikes in the area, the host organizes everything, it's convenient.

L'hôtel est au cœur du village. Les équipes sont très serviable et il propose un camp au milieu du désert comme aucun autre emplacement avec très peu de tente. Une magnifique expérience en famille très intimiste. On recommande fortement.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Ik was niet helemaal fit en er werd gelijk kruiden thee gemaakt, die goed voor de maag was. Schone kamer, beddengoed rook lekker fris en een iets minder hard bed in vergelijking met andere riads. Leuk zwembad, sfeervol riad. Ontbijt in buffetvorm.
