Un lloc agradable, proper a l'estació d'autobusos i a l'aeroport. Habitació senzilla però còmoda i agradable.

El personal de recepció no parla quasi gens d'anglès ni castellà. No han estat capaços d'aconseguir-me un taxi per l'endemà al matí malgrat demanar-ho.

La habitación era grande y limpia, el hotel estaba cerca de la estación de autobuses, la cama era cómoda. El personal era amable. Tiene cerca todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes.

El baño era minúsculo, no hay ascensor.

Emplacement propre, personnel très sympathique et matelas confortable.

Certains équipements peuvent être très pratiques, comme un pulvérisateur d'ablution et l'isolation de la douche, mais cela n'affecte pas l'expérience globale.

L'accueil du personnel qui a aussi fait son possible pour solutioner nos problemes.

Location initialement d'un appartement deux chambres, celui ci avait une clim non fonctionnelle, une odeur nauseabonde et impossible d'ouvrir les fenetres car donnent sur des nids de pigeons bien etablies et tout ce qui va avec. La personne en charge a fait le necessaire mais on a du se separer dans deux chambres individuelles. Je ne recommande pas mes apprtements, car a priori aucun n'avait la clim qui marchait, et le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas de toute façon.

Central location in Ouarzazate and great quality and value for my budget.

Excellent staff in the reception and in the bar below. Easy walk from the bus station. Great value for the private bathroom, AC and clean facilities. Several large screens in the bar below to watch soccer games. I was the only woman ever in the bar but the bartender spoke French and English and took care of me and the other customers were respectful and tolerated me while I watched the games and sipped tea. The internet was strong enough to work in the room and the bar. They allowed me a late check out when my tour was delayed and I am grateful for my safe and comfortable stay here as a solo female traveler.

The satellite tv in the room didn’t work and the bed was really hard but the extra blankets helped.

We had to walk 4 level to our apartment Room was very damp wall paint fallling all over the floor.TV not working one window locked not opening in one room. Kitchen no equipment at all

Nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de réponses aux questions que nous avons posé sur Ouarzazate. Transport, restaurants...

Very affordable and good location for the grand taxi

The room was quite spacious and it was easy to find. The location is great if you are intending to take the Supratours bus or a grand taxi to Aït Benhaddou or onwards. The taxi / bus station is just 5-10 mins away on foot. Very affordable.

Good value but not central.

It was great value and if you need a bed for the night it does the job.

It was a 25 minute walk to the main restaurants and the Kasbah. The bed was quite hard for me.

La ubicación y la habitación: amplia, limpia y su cama muy cómoda. Buena WIFI. En la planta baja había un café, cómodo para cónseguir un buen desayuno. La calle tranquila y muy cerca de la estación de autobuses (150 metros).

The apartment was large. The beds were comfortable.

Very basic equipment in the apartment. Not very clean and also not working toilet. However for surviving it is acceptable and for the money, not catastrophic.

La habitación, en general, era buena. Y la ubicación, perfecta; cerquísima de la estación de autobuses y en una buena calle.

The location is good, close to all amenities, the room is clean, and the staff is excellent; everyone is very wonderful.

The reception and room were clean, had a great view, and were close to all facilities and a restaurant.

If you need to stay only one night and don’t mind yo shower , it can be a cheap deal

The shower was dirty. Blankets were old .. strange smell in the room

The location was good, the room was pretty clean and new. The view was spectacular.

It was cold in the room, the AC was working but it took time to get a comfortable temperature in the room.

Highly recommended! The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the rooms are excellent. A great hotel experience.

I had informed them in advance about my sinusitis and need for a dust-free environment. While the stay was mostly good, there was still some dust present, which was a concern for my condition.

Chambre très propre, la mienne donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment, elle était au calme. Celle de mon amie donnant sur la route était bruyante. La salle de bain est simple, fonctionnelle avec savon et gel douche. Nous aurions apprécié de l'aide pour porter la grosse valise au 2ieme.etage. L'hôtel est sur le boulevard qui mène à la gare routière, donc pas loin du centre.

Tout est bien.

Es gab Bettwanzen! Ich habe von den ganzen Stichen eine allergische Reaktion bekommen und würde hier nicht noch einmal übernachten.

Freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Sehr gerne wieder!

La dame a la réception est gentille

Hotel entouré de bars et sur un boulevard très bruyant et ce TOUTE la nuit. Je n’ai pas dormi du tout et suis parti au levée du jour pour arrêté ce supplice. De plus malgré qu’il y ait une caméra pour le stationnement à côté du bâtiment je n’étais pas rassuré car plusieurs personnes ivres s’y trouvaient et s’engeulaient donc j’avais peur qu’il y ait des problèmes avec ma voiture. Un vrai cauchemar! Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Di passaggio a Ouarzazate

L' hotel si trova molto vicino alla stazione dei taxi e dei bus (non CTM), ma un po' fuori dalla parte antica di Ouarzazate (mezz'ora a piedi, ma i taxi sono molto economici). Le stanze sono pulite e dotate di condizionatore, che noi non abbiamo usato perché si stava benissimo. Lo staff è molto gentile, ci hanno risolto un problema con le carte di imbarco perdendo parecchio tempo. La colazione non era inclusa ma nella via ci sono molti bar e ristoranti.

Purtroppo si sente il rumore della strada, anche con le finestre chiuse. Io ho usato i tappi per dormire, consiglio a chi ha il sonno leggero di procurarseli.
