Che c'era il parcheggio vicino, ma l'addetto alla reception ci ha comunicato che lo stanno costruendo e che c'è un pullmino che raccoglie le persone e le porta al parcheggio sopra ( ma aspettava sempre che si riempie!!! In effetti abbiamo verificato il parcheggio sottoreaneo vicino si sta costruendo

Ho prenotato questo Riad basandomi sul 9 di valutazione. Sono rimasta molto delusa: per arrivare al Riad dovevi percorrere una piccola strada piena d'immondizia. La stanza era modesta, con un armadio talmente basso che non poteva definirsi tale. Ho dovuto chiedere un secondo tavolino per poter poggiare le mie cose visto che sul primo era poggiata la valigia. Pensavo di fare la colazione sulla terrazza, ma questa non era organizzata per l'uso. Cmq la colazione era buona ed abbondante e il ragazzo che gestisce il Riad è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha addirittura regalato un piccolo tajine.

Staying at Riad Fes Aicha and meeting Zouhaire was a true highlight of our time in Fes. He helped answer our questions, gave us tips to navigate the Medina and was just a genuine, kind soul to come home to each day. He even prepared some breakfast to take away as we left early on check-out day. The room itself was great, as was the bathroom and rooftop. The location of the Riad was great, as we preferred to be just outside the Medina, but still close by / walking distance to everything. The breakfast each morning was also so so good!

Cómodo riad, próximo a la medina, desayuno abundante y trato inmejorable

El hotel está situado en una de las puertas principales de la medina. Si vienes por tu cuenta, quizá puede costar encontrarlo aunque está señalizado con un cartel desde la plaza situada junto a la puerta. Es un riad con un amplio patio donde sirven el desayuno, fresco y tranquilo. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia; aunque la habíamos reservado doble, tenía cuatro camas. Las camas un pelín duras pero al final dormíamos muy bien, sin ruidos de la calle ni del resto de las habitaciones. El desayuno es abundante aunque se agredecería algo más de variedad si se está varios días; café, zumo, te, pan, margarina, mermeladas, tortilla, bizcocho.... El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Nos organizó los traslados al aeropuerto y una excursión a Meknes y Volubilis. La primera noche también nos prepararon la cena a pesar de que llegamos bastante tarde.

Our host was excellent - thank you for looking after us. Room was very clean indeed and access was easy. Breakfast was very good and food always fresh and just cooked. Great value for money. Zouhir was a gentleman and my wife was very pleased that he was so attentive to the local animals as well.

My only constructive feedback really was that it would have been appreciated if there was a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Abbiamo trovato qualche capello nella doccia non nostro quindi pulizia non proprio perfetta. La colazione troppo tardi, alle 9 non è fattibile iniziare con le colazioni se hai degli impegni di mattina presto

Excellent séjour dans un Riad beau et propre

Très beau Riad avec une superbe cour intérieure, des chambres plus classiques mais très propres. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Le petit déjeuner inclus est excellent et change chaque jour. Les menus du dîners sont également de qualité. Le gérant est agréable, très disponible, aidant et de bon conseil. Une belle terrasse accessible avec superbe vue sur la médina.

Si vous sollicitez Zouhair pour vos activités (taxi, excursion, hammam…), Il s’en occupera très bien mais le surcoût par rapport à une organisation autonome ou GetYourGuide vous reviendra nettement moins chère

• Besonders hervorzuheben ist Zouhaire, die gute Seele des Riad, immer hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam, @ Zouhaire: DANKE für Alles! • Zentrale Lage. • Sehr gutes und liebevoll von Zouhaire angerichtetes Frühstück, das täglich leicht variiert. • Möglichkeit, auch zu gutem Preis lecker zu Abend zu essen. • Sehr schöne und erhabene Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Medina und andere Dachterrassen. • Bequemes Bett (etwas härtere Matratze für uns genau richtig; bezogene Bettdecke) • großes, helles Bad/Dusche mit ausreichenden Ablageflächen/Haken • Man fühlt sich auch bei einer späten Ankunft/nachts sehr sicher, weil man nicht tief in die Medina hineingehen muss und die Polizeistation um die Ecke ist.

Het steegje ernaar toe was donker. De dames ( we waren met 2 stellen) voelde zicht niet veilig door jeugd (12 tor 14 jaar) waren irritant en opdringerig. De douches verdient wat aandacht.

Sousou war sehr fürsorglich und hat ins sehr geholfen damit wir unseren Zug frühmorgens erwischen können.

El desayuno estaba buenisimo y muy abundante.. El zumo natural, la fruta recien cortada, las tortas recien hechas. La ubicacion es muy buena. El personal del riad nos acompaño al taxi y fue a por nosotras a nuestra llegada.

Unser Gastgeber Zouhir, der uns persönlich an einem großen Platz in Fes abholte, ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und hat uns überaus wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Seine Tajines, die im Riad zubereitet werden schmecken fantastisch. Bei Zouhir fühlten wir uns wie Zuhause.

Il Riad è molto carino: le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate. Il cortile interno, dove servono la colazione, è un ambiente fresco e accogliente. Situato nei presso del suq e della piazza principale. Ottima e abbondante la colazione servita dalle ore 8.00 della mattina. Un giorno abbiamo fatto un'escursione e siamo partiti prima di quell'orario e il gestore ci ha fatto trovare un sacchetto con del cibo da asporto. Un ringraziamento speciale a Zouhair che è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e presente. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Amazing stay in a beautiful riad with the best host Zouhir

Amazing riad build nearly 700 years ago, very beautiful and authentic place with breathtaking rooftop. Our host Zouhir was amazing, make everything possible to make our trip unforgettable. He helped us in finding a taxi on time for our train and managed to serve us breakfast even though we were on a tight schedule. I really recommend the riad and the host. Everything was amazing.

Peccato che non funzionasse la tv

Zouhaire was so helpful,friendly,he welcomed me and helped me a lot. Even there was a guy who bothered me in the street ,he directly talked with him and send it to the police office.He was so hardworking and always keeping an eye on the hotel.It make me feel safe in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent .

The beds were a little bit hard .It was not comfartable . For spa ,my experience was not good,not so hygenic and relaxing.But maybe for the first time it should be different .It wasn't my first ,maybe 30 or more times I had hammam before but unfortunetly it was the worst.

全体的に暗く、湿っぽい感じだった。掃除の洗剤のような匂いがこもっていて、お部屋はあまり快適ではなかった。リヤドの入り口の扉の鍵が開けづらくて、夜にしばらく中に入れず、たまたま近くを通った人が助けてくれた。

Perfektes Riad und gut zu erreichen

Das Riad wird sehr professionell betrieben, verfügt über eine sehr gute und geschmackvolle Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück ist mehr als reichhaltig. Zum Entspannen bietet die Dachterrasse einen sehr schönen Platz.

Die kleine Gasse zur Unterkunft ist anfänglich etwas ungewöhnlich, aber dafür ist die Lage sehr ruhig.

Magnifique riad, authentique et bien entretenu. Chambre très confortable. Nous avons apprécié qu’elle soit chauffée car nous avions froid à notre arrivée. Très belle terrasse sur le toit avec une magnifique vue sur la médina. Délicieux petit déjeuner! Nous avons surtout apprécié les plats marocains, notamment le jben. Très facile d’accès en taxi (tout près de la place R’cif)

Absolutely stunning building with lots of original features. The room was really spacious with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, served in a lovely dining room. Zouhir was a fantastic host who gave us lots of time and insights into Moroccan culture and languages, which was really interesting. A great guy altogether.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ο,τί χρειαζόμασταν. Ένα πρωί δεν προλαβαίναμε το πρωινό και μας έδωσε μια σακούλα με τρόφιμα για να μην μείνουμε νηστικοί. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και φρέσκο.

Το δωμάτιο δεν αεριζοταν από εξωτερικό χώρο. Τα παράθυρα που είχε οδηγούσαν στην εσωτερική κλειστή αυλή με αποτέλεσμα το δωμάτιο να μυρίζει συνεχώς υγρασία. Ακόμα, το πρώτο βράδυ έπεσαν μερικοί σοβάδες από το ταβάνι στο κρεβάτι την ώρα που ήμασταν ξαπλωμένοι.

Great quiet hotel extremely close to the medina

The location is very close to the medina and where many day trips start. The room was extremely quiet and comfortable. The patio is stunning. When we needed to organize a custom trip the hotel host Zouhaire kindly accommodated our needs.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem Riad im Stadtzentrum von Fes

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Fes Aicha und Spa war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft traditionell mit Minztee und Kuchen begrüßt. Zouhaire ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Rezeptionist und war für Fragen und Unterstützung jederzeit erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wirklich ausgiebig, serviert wurden Brot, Marmeladen, Honig, Frischkäse, Oliven, Pancakes, Kuchen, frisches Obst, etc. Die Lage vom Riad ist am Rand der Medina und vom Place Rcif in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Das ist ein riesen Vorteil, denn die Medina von Fes ist mit ihren vielen, vielen Gassen sehr verwinkelt. Insofern ist es eine wirklich gute Lage. Auch für die Erkundung von Fes, die wir großteils zu Fuß gemacht haben, ist es ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Das Riad hat eine super Dachterrasse mit einem wirklich großartigen Blick auf die Medina von Fes. An unserem ersten Abend kamen wir recht spät an, deswegen hatte ich das Abendessen dort vorbestellt. Die vegetarische Tajine schmeckte wirklich ausgezeichnet. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im März waren die Temperaturen sehr frsich, mit der Klimaanlage konnten wir das Zimmer jedoch gut wärmen. Angeboten werden auch Hammam und Massagen. Ich probierte das Hammam aus und fand es wirklich eine sehr angenehme und interessante Erfahrung.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ebenerdig direkt neben dem Innenhof, wenn man nicht will, dass die Personen im Innenhof ins Zimmer reinschauen, sollte man die Vorhänge geschlossen haben. Das macht das Zimmer dann jedoch etwas finster, auch weil die Beleuchtung im Zimmer sehr gedimmt ist. Das war für uns kein großer Nachteil, da wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren.

La struttura è suggestiva e curata, ubicata in piazza R'Cif raggiungibile in auto e all'ingresso della medina in prossimità del fiume e di piazza Saffarine. La colazione è ottima ed abbondante, le camere offrono letti molto confortevoli e tutto è pulito. Abbiamo anche cenato nel Riad e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.L'accoglienza è gestita da Zouhaire con gentilezza e cordialità, che quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema per l'escursione a Volubilis e Meknes si è prodigato per risolverlo. Abbiamo anche provato il servizio da hammam molto gradevole. Consigliatissimo

Me gustó todo. El Riad está frente a la entrada de la medina tiene una decoración preciosa, elegante sin faltar a la tradición, el desayuno abundante y buenísimo todo, pan de varias clases, tortilla, mantequilla, mermeladas, miel, queso de untar,..... Te y café. La persona q nos atendió todo el tiempo Zouhaire, espero haberlo escrito bien, amabilísimo, nos ayudó muchísimo en todo, atento, no puedo decir nada mas q cosas buenas. Muchísimas gracias

La personne a l’accueil du riad est venu nous chercher oû le taxi nous a deposé. Il nous a offert le thé a la menthe. Joli riad. Avions pris le diner. Excellent je le recommande. Le massage relaxant parfait. Chambre tres propre avec tout le confort . Salle d’eau nickelle. Petit plus, nous devions partir a 8h pour prendre notre avion et le petit dejeuner est servi a partir de 8h30 au riad, le receptionniste a commencé sa journée plus tot afin de nous assurer le petit dejeuner a 7h30. Merci nous avons été touchés. Un grand merci

Buena experiencia

El alojamiento es bonito, nos ofrecieron un té al llegar. El chico que nos recibió fue muy amable, nos gestionó un transfer a Chefchaouen e incluso salió a buscarnos uno de los días que nos perdimos en las enrevesadas calles de la media y no conseguíamos llegar. El día de la salida nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar, ya que salimos antes de la hora.

Estuvimos dos noches y no limpiaron durante la estancia. El colchón era muy duro.

Due notti a Fes

Riad molto bello in posizione strategica per visitare la Medina. La colazione è il punto forte della struttura, molto buona, varia e preparata al momento. Il gestore è stato gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo la camera aveva un odore molto forte, probabilmente dovuto ai prodotti usati per trattare il legno dei mobili.

Beautiful riad with great staff, easily accessible by taxi even though it is in the old medina.

We had the best room on the rooftop with windows and a big bed which were all bonuses. Staff (Zuzu) was great with information, helpfulness and even cooked for us one evening after the cooks had left.

The shower water (very, very hot) would come and go. It wasn't a steady stream. The TV wasn't working. But these were very minor issues.

Great place to stay in Fes. The riad was fascinating, the Manager was always helpful and had answers for all our questions. The breakfast was delicious and the hammam and massage are pretty good as well.

Good Location, Great Hospitality

Location: 1 min from Rcif where most of the group tours have a pick up. 5-10 mins to Medina and 30 min to the Palace on foot. Room: clean and spacious. Good amount of hot water. Wifi: stable in the lobby and dining room. Hospitality: the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Wifi was weak in the guest room. Everything else was good.

This is a well located riad in the centre of fes near all the best spots. We had a room off the main centre with a bedroom upstairs on a Mezzanine. This would be hard if you struggled with stairs. It was clean, with comfy beds. We did eat the meal offered when we landed for 15 euros, which is cheap in euros but Fes is cheap anyway so only do this if you need to, our plane landed in late. The man who looked after us was great, quite friendly and very helpful.

Riad is a little hard to find and the car park has a free shuttle service but it's near-impossible to figure this out for tourists. It would be nice to communicate this before arrival.

Riad pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli, con stanze molto belle e accoglienti. Il proprietario è stato davvero straordinario: gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ci ha accompagnati personalmente al ristorante (non facile da trovare) e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. La colazione è stata la migliore di tutto il viaggio in Marocco: abbondante, varia e preparata con grande cura, semplicemente deliziosa! Abbiamo anche provato l’hammam del riad, un’esperienza rilassante e autentica. Consigliatissimo sotto ogni aspetto, un vero angolo di pace nel cuore della città!

The attentiveness to my needs. From the moment I arrived, every request was answered immediately. I wanted a hammam, they scheduled it with a driver included. I wanted food, they gave me an amazing recommendation. I wanted a tour, they blew my mind and gave me the best day I ever had In Morocco. 100/10!

El personal muy apañado. Zouhaire una persona excepcional. Nos aconsejó y acompañó a todos los sitios que necesitábamos. Se levantaba antes para preparamos el desayuno para llevárnoslo a las excursiones.
