Un séjour d'exception, idéal pour déconnecter ! ​Nous avons passé 3 nuits fantastiques au Story Hotel à Rabat. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le calme des lieux, un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. ​L'ensemble du personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours aux petits soins, souriant et à l'écoute. Un grand coup de chapeau (big up) à Fatim-Ezzahra à l'accueil pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Un grand merci également aux serveurs pour leur douceur et leur attention, ainsi qu'à l'équipe de ménage qui fait un travail formidable. ​Les équipements sont formidables : l'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable, la piscine est magnifique et la salle de sport est très complète. Mention spéciale pour le spa : j'ai pu tester le hammam traditionnel avec Malika, elle est tout simplement magique ! ​C'est une adresse d'exception, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Top Hotel! Sauber, hoher Komfort und großartiges Personal.

Die ruhige Lage hat mir besonders gut gefallen, ebenso wie die Möglichkeit, mein Fahrzeug sicher direkt am Hotel zu parken. Der Pool war ein tolles Extra, die Ausstattung war hervorragend und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Das Frühstück war zwar solide und ausreichend, entsprach jedoch nicht ganz dem hohen Standard des restlichen Hotels und bietet noch etwas Potenzial für Verbesserungen.

la posizione non vicinissima alle varie attrazioni ma in una bella zona residenziale molto verde e ben tenuta, colazione da migliorare per essere 5 stelle, camera spaziosa e insonorizzata, buona la spa, staff molto gentile e disponibile da migliorare l'accoglienza per essere all'altezza di altri 5 stelle

la cucina del ristorante dovrebbe avere una maggior varietà di piatti, ci dovrebbe essere la presenza di personale a bordo piscina per poter ordinare cibo e drink e varie necessità, in assoluto la cosa peggiore sono i taxi sempre vecchi senza aria condizionata e tassisti non sempre presentabili per un 5 stelle ci sarebbe disponibilità della macchina dell'hotel ma su prenotazione e la sera è stato un problema trovare il taxi

Absolument magnifique la déco et le personnel très à l’écoute

Une très belle expérience ! Nous sommes arrivés à l’improviste avec mon fils et avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Tres bel hôtel dans une zone résidentielle tranquille. Chambre, espaces communs et piscine magnifiques. Grand jardin de palmiers et d'oliviers. Ambiance generale très apaisante

Il manque un peu de service par rapport au standing de l'établissement. La télévision dans les chambres est elle vraiment obligatoire alors que tout le monde est aujourd'hui connecté a son portable ?

The hotel was exceptionally clean and maintained. The gym was modern and well-equipped, the food was absolutely delicious, and we especially enjoyed the activities, particularly the art class, which made our stay even more memorable and we would definitely recommend for family and we would definitely stay here again.

Even though our stay was wonderful overall, the Wi-Fi was very frustrating. It kept disconnecting and reconnecting throughout the stay, and the issue persisted for almost 3 days.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit extrem freundlichem Personal und leckerem Essen.

Man merkt, dass der Service zwar bemüht, aber nicht auf dem hohen Niveau des Hotels ist. Tische werden lange nicht abgeräumt, Bestellungen werden vergessen, aber das macht die Freundlichkeit wieder wett :)

Magnifique hôtel avec un personnel chaleureux, attentionné et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, avec des options continentales, marocaines et healthy. Un excellent séjour, je recommande ! 👍

Il n’y a pas suffisamment de parasols autour de la piscine. Les serviettes usagées et les tables ne sont pas débarrassées et nettoyées régulièrement autour de la piscine , ce qui est dommage pour un établissement 5 étoiles. La propreté des matelas et des parasols de la piscine pourrait également être améliorée.

A really pleasant and calm stay at STORY hotel. The week I stayed there with my family was a really good idea.

The STORY Rabat team was very sweet and respectful, attentive to the client’s needs. Special mention to Houssam, Myriam and Meriem who were there all along to help me with literally anything. Furthermore, the place is beautiful and really quiet. Ideal to rest peacefully.

If I could provide an area of improvement it would be on the breakfast. It could be useful for the hotel’s restaurant staff to write down the client’s orders instead of memorising them, so they could avoid mistakes.

This is an amazing hotel, probably the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. Beautiful decor everywhere, so relaxing, the perfect place to wind down and de stress. Beautiful grounds and gardens, with a tranquil pool area to relax by. Restaurant, food and mocktails were delicious. From arriving to leaving, the front desk treated us like we were family, I have to mention Housamma, customer relations, so friendly and professional with a desire to make things easy for my husband who has mobility problems. Also Myriam on reception, she could not do enough for us, she was so kind she touched my heart, these people make such a difference when in a hotel. The Spa! We had a couple of treatments, one word wonderful, a truly relaxing environment, so clean and inviting. Sabha was very professional, one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. I will be back on our next trip to Rabat to enjoy this lovely experience all over again. Thank you to all the staff, wonderful example for a beautifully run hotel.

I had a great stay at STORY the housekeeping staff and spa team (Malika) are definitely worth mentioning. A quiet upscale hotel with a serene and tranquil environment.

Прекрасное тихое уютное место! Новый отель, со своей ухоженной территорией и бассейном. Находится немного на отшибе города, но поскольку такси весьма дешево, то до любого места можно доехать за 20 минут. А сам квартал очень зеленый, кругом сплошь дорогие виллы состоятельных марокканцев, посольства всех стран, на каждом углу по полицейскому, очень тихо, безлюдно и безопасно. И вообще Рабат очень зеленый город, по сравнению с остальным Марокко, а этот район особенно. Было классно из шума и толчеи туристических мест возвращаться в этот оазис! Огромные номера, комфортные кровати, тишина и покой! Рай!!

Не обнаружил. Все идеально!!

Excellent et reposant séjour

Nous avons passées un excellent séjour au story boutique hôtel à rabat . Fatima et houssame ont été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour que nous puissions profiter de notre séjour à rabat. Le restaurant proposait également des alternatives sans lactose et gluten , pour moi qui suis intolérante c’était adapté. Merci encore .

Gorgeous Hotel. Stay there while in Rabat!

Gorgeous hotel with modern decor, beautifully designed. Rooms were large with sufficient outlets, lighting, etc. Breakfast was a highlight! Plenty of great choices on the menu. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We highly recommend!!

كل شيء كان أكثر من رائع ، الغرفة نظيفة جدًا و حريصين على التنظيف اليومي ، و طرازها أندلسي راقي ( و كذلك يوجد شطاف في دورة المياة أعزكم الله ) ، موظفين النظافة أمينين جدًا ، و الفطور لذيذ و فريش بالاضافة إلى جلسات الفطور جميلة جدًا الداخلية و الخارجية ، مرافق الفندق مثل الجيم و المسبح و السبا راااائعة جدًا و متنوعه ( جربّت لديهم الحمام المغربي مع صباح كان أفضل حمام مغربي جربته بحياتي ) ، و أخيرًا الموظفين لطيفين بشكل ملفت و تعاملهم راقي جدًا جميعهم بلا استثناء بالذات مريم و فاطمة بالاستقبال ♥️ Perfect experience
