Hotel Splendid

Le personnel de l'hôtel sont tous accueillants et sympathiques. La chambre était propre et comme sur les photos. Le petit déjeuner était complet. La terrasse avec la piscine et le salon ajoute une touche très apaisante au lieu.

Une des lampes de la chambre était disfonctionnelle et la climatisation était un peu bruyante. Le reste était impeccable.

The building is extremely old, and the room looked completely different from the photos advertised on Booking. There was a very strong damp and musty smell in the room, and the construction work in the area was extremely noisy, making it impossible for me to sleep. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on Booking. The property is very old and does not look anything like the photos shown on the website.

Bel emplacement et bon niveau de confort

De retour dans cet hôtel et toujours aussi satisfait du niveau de service et de confort. Vraiment idéal pour séjourner quelques jours à Fès.

Lovely old hotel with a pool and terrace, right in the middle of town. Staff were super friendly and kind. Rooms were spacious and cozy with proper working air con.

WiFi didn’t work properly in my room (219) and there was no plug for the bath tub.

Location and it was clean

As a lady' When I entered the hotel, I was speaking to the receptionist, but he ignored me and continued talking to the other man. When I was about to go up to my room, my friend was carrying my luggage to help me with it. The employee approached him and told him not to go to my room, even though he was not actually going to my room. This made me feel disappointed and uncomfortable

C’est un endroit agréable pour une escale qui permet aussi de se rafraîchir à Fès où il fait très chaud

Locatie en een werkende airco. Kamers en badkamer zijn schoon.

Kamers en hotel zijn gedateerd en oud maar daar is de prijs ook naar, voor het geld is het een prima hotel

Hôtel bien situé. Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant, sympathique et agréable. Le coin piscine était sympa.

La climatisation était très bruyante et le mobilier était ancien malheureusement.

Nous avons beaucoup, ma compagne et moi, le personnel de l'hotel, qui était vraiment sympatique. Nous avons pu réserver sans problème un grand taxi pour le retour pour nous emmener à l'aéroport.

L’hôtel est propre, les personnels sont très accueillant et très sympathique, et aussi l’hôtel est proche de toutes les commodités.

Emplacement idéal, très bien pour un court séjour

Bon accueil et bel emplacement en centre-ville de Fès. La piscine est très appréciable surtout lors des fortes chaleurs. L'hôtel met aussi à disposition un chauffeur pour le transfert à l'aéroport (pour 200 MAD par trajet).

Matelas et oreillers plutôt fermes, de plus il y avait une fuite d'eau au plafond de la salle de bain. Manque également de gel douche / shampoing.

Ubicación excelente, tanto para trabajar como para ocio. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. La relacion calidad precio está muy bien. El taxi cuesta 1€ desde el hotel a la medina. El barrio es seguro.

El desayuno es malo y escaso. El aire acondicionado de la habitación funciona pero con poca intensidad. En verano con ese aire acondicionado se sufre.

I confronted the owner about this and his response was ‘its your fault for believing booking.com’ - not showing any remorse or sign of apology for the state of the property or his own fraud. Don’t give him your money out of principle for the distain he has for you, let alone how the dusty wreck of a hotel he has.
