Nous avons du changer 3 fois de chambre une fois chambre pas préparer 2eme fois pas de climatisation qui fonctionne 3eme fois pas d'eau chaude. Hotel pas entretenu cuvette des toilettes dans un sale état. Je déconseille cet établissement

I made a booking online and reserve for 2 days, when reached to property receptionists said that we dont have any room available. However, I also send meaages about my flight and time of arrival etc just to make sure I have intension to come. But still, it didnt work

Le personnel de l'accueil à mon arrivée : personne à part moi, 20 minutes avant de raccrocher son téléphone pour s'adresser à moi ! Ça commence mal. Arrivé dans la chambre : surprise, chambre côté rue avec tout le vacarme que je ne décris pas alors que la réservation mentionnait côté jardin, qui effectivement est beaucoup plus calme ! Le lit : au moins 1 des 4 pieds cassé, donc tout bancal !! Derrière le chevet, nid de poussière ! Pas de téléphone pour appeler l'accueil, câble du combiné traînant par terre ! La climatisation : fuite d'eau importante dans la chambre ! En résumé très très décevant ! En octobre 2022 j’étais venu passer une semaine : rien à redire à cette époque ! Depuis visiblement ça s'est bien dégradé ! En revanche une bonne positive, le responsable de la restauration, Mohamed, voilà une personne qui connaît très bien son métier et qui est très sympa ! Patrice valiente.

I only have one comment: the breakfast is not good, lacks variety, and is outdated. It should be improved or completely changed. Thank you.

Bienvenue ! L'hôtel est bien situé, propre et le personnel est accueillant. J'y ai séjourné trois fois. Les chambres sont propres et le service est bon. J'ai juste une remarque : le petit-déjeuner est décevant, peu varié et la formule n'est plus la même. Il faudrait l'améliorer, voire le remplacer complètement. Merci.

Chambre décevante. Les portes du balcon s’ouvrent et se ferment très difficilement, et j’ai constaté la présence d’insectes. Le rapport qualité-prix est très loin d’être respecté.

The swimming pool in my room from the air con. Shower head wouldn't stay in place, cleaners wake you at 9.30am but are polite. Noisy nightclub next door.

Location of property is very good, many shops, restaurants, bus stops nearby

Lifts are abit slow, lift does not take u to bottom floor where the restaurant and swimming pool is located. Even if you enter lift to go to ground floor, the door is locked.

Really bad experience

First of all , there is only one man working at reception when I came and he told me to wait to check in from 2:00 to 3:00 It took more than 1 hour to check in . Second of the parking valet is free as mentioned from hotel policy , each time he wants to park my car he request money Rooms are very very old and paint is very bad Clogged toilet unfortunately and the area is full of clubs you can’t sleep from the loud sound

L'état de la chambre est catastrophique pour un 4*: - La porte de la salle de bain est pleine de moisissures et gonflée, ne se ferme pas - les serviettes en un très mauvais état, on était avec nos deux enfants et y avait que deux et on a demandé de les changer et de nous mettre 4. La réponse à la réception "On va remonter la réclamation", et aucune suite favorable :( - Le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas - On a trouvé des toiles d'araignée dans le minuscule placard et des cafards de toutes les tailles qui sortent chaque fois... - La TV est trop petite pour un 4* moins que 32'' pour moi et la télécommande était cassée à notre arrivée. Ils n'ont pas pris le soin de vérifier la chambre avant notre arrivée vers 17h (tard pour faire toutes les inspections) - Le petit déj est très limité et ne donne pas envie :( , aussi la vaisselle n'etait pas propre - Pas de serviette pour la piscine - Aucune animation - Avec des enfants, on était obligé de se déplacer à la corniche avec la voiture, ce n'est pas pratique vu les bouchons

The pool and surrounding relaxation areas were lovely. The room was clean.

The check in process was disappointing. We arrived at 2pm and were told to take a seat. By 3pm our room was still not available with no apology or explanation. We were told there were several people in front of us also waiting. We ended up going to the pool and checking in afterwards.

The room smelled of sewage, and the pillows were unclean. The breakfast was disastrous and not worth the price. The receptionist was rude, unpleasant, and off-putting. I rate this hotel a zero—no service and terrible food. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was clean, typical big hotel room and bathroom even though there was some mold in the bathroom.

The breakfast was a total chaos. When we arrived there were no plates, no glasses, nothing. We had to ask someone to bring some. The people staying in this hotel were also unrespectful and uneducated during breakfast. Leaving their garbage everywhere, going in front of everyone when they clearly see there's a line...

Towels were taken in the morning not returned till the afternoon gap without towel and not enough for number of guests. Children loved deep pool.

Probably the worst ever experience in my life i booked a 2 weeks ahead and all was confirmed and one day before i messaged them telling them i wont get there till 10pm l.l,they replied no issues the room will be ready anyway when i got there they said they didn't have any rooms and that i would have to pay extra for a suite instead now i told them i got a reply from them saying it would be ready the staff simply said pay extra or Leave as simple as that no explanation at all absolutely shocking do not stay here the staff are unhelpful and rude

Large room and outdoor spaces

Very dirty, cockroach every were, stinky bed sheets, poor floor hygiene. Low cost ingredients food, poor quality pool water, No parking was a nightmare and disgusting smoke smell in the room
