Lovely terrace, but not 'on the beach'

Everything was perfectly clean and the location is nice and the staff was wonderful! It has a lovely terrace with a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious!

It is not on the beach as described. It is near a beach but they do not have beachfront and they don't have facilities for the beach. On the beach to me means that they have beach chairs and you can walk directly out to the beach from the hotel.

Simply amazing

Amazing property near the entrance in the medina, near the parking, so very practical. A distant sea view from some rooms and from the beautiful roof terrace. The rooms are big, with high ceilings and decorated with taste. A very good breakfast prepared on site, brought to you on the terrace. Foe the dinner, a great restaurant belonging to the same owners few meters away. A place to remember for the next stay!

Chambre avec vue

Hôtel très bien placé juste à l'entrée de la médina d'Essaouira qui dispose d'une très belle vue sur l'océan et les toits de la Médina. Nous étions logés dans la chambre cabane sur le toit de l'hôtel, la vue était donc assez extraordinaire pour apprécier le coucher de soleil et avoir l'impression d'être une mouette! L'hôtel dispose d'une belle terrasse. Le personnel est très sympathique. très bon petit déjeuner marocain avec notamment jus d'orange fraichement pressé et msemen.

La salle de bain est un peu vieillissante.

Smakfullt inrett boende! Fantastiskt läget. Rent. Utmärkt service, frukost lagas som hemma! Fin utsikt från terrassen, utmärkt för solnedgångar! Service personal jobbar med hjärtat . Jag har upplevt vänlighet, deras vilja att hjälpa. Man blir rörd av sådant service. Stort tack till Dussema, Amine, Rachida, Sauad. Hotellchef Christina var hjälpsam och gjorde allt för att lösa de små tekniska utmaningar som vi har upptäckt i lägenheten.

La ubicacion y la habitación para una sola noche no esta mal. El personal fue muy amable y atento. Sin embargo nuestra experiencia in genetal fue decepcionante. No estuvo a la,altura de lo que esperábamos. La habitación no tenía televisión, mal aislada del exterior. Las fotografías no reflejan fielmente la realidad del establecimiento. Nos cobraron el impuesto más caro de lo que que nos cobraron en hoteles de 5 estrellas, y no quisieron darnos ningún justificante o factura de dicho pago. No recomendamos este hotel, que es in realidad un piso con 4 habitaciones, todo pequeño. Ni siquiera tiene mesas para desayunar. La experiencis es lamentable.

El desayuno, el trato del personal sobre todo de Ossama, ubicación, tranquilo.

Que no tenía TV aunque no hace falta por poner algo.

Le manque d 'ustensiles dans la cuisine.

La décoration , l’emplacement , le calme , le confort de la chambre et la gentillesse du personnel. Le roof top pour les petits déjeuners et la vue sur la mer .

Op een drukke dag kan parkeren lastig zijn. Douchen is in de open ruimte in een groot bad en wordt niet afgeschermd met een glazen wand of muurtje. Dat is wat onhandig.

Chambre en terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Emplacement idéal et personnel très accueillant. Petit-déjeuner copieux et très bon.

Les équipements de la chambre sont assez vétustes et mériteraient d’être rénovés. Cela contraste avec le cadre et la magnifique vue sur la mer.

Prachtig hotel op een toplocatie met een fantastisch uitzicht, heerlijk ontbijt en zeer gastvrij personeel.

De prachtige ligging met een adembenemend uitzicht over de zee was geweldig. Het dakterras was een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. Ook het ontbijt was vers en erg lekker. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam.

Niets. Alles was uitstekend verzorgd en we hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Quelques petits détails comme un manque de chaussons

Fabulous hotel with amazing accommodation, staff, and rooms with views.

Amazing views and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The room was very comfortable and the bed very much so. Breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable too.

There was some noise/loud music from a bar or entertainment area on Saturday night until around 2am and any hotel or property would have heard this within a 100 yards of it's location. Not in any way the hotels fault or within their control. Worth taking some ear plugs however for the busy Saturday night potentially louder noise.

Os funcionarios são super acessiveis e simpaticos, o quarto é muito bom, a cama super confortavel, o pequeno almoço muito bom, sendo que é possivel comer no terraço. A localização também é muito boa, central mas longe da confusão.

A casa de banho, precisa de uma atenção nomeadamente na impermeabilização, ou seja a agua do duche passa toda para o chao junto ao lavatario, o que acaba por molhar o chao todo e o escoamento nao é o melhor. É o unico ponto que assinalo.

Nous navons pas reussi a dormir car il n’y a pas de double vitrage . Le chant des mouettes incessant jour et nuit empeche completement de dormir au point que nous avons du ecourter notre sejour. Nous avons eu une chambre vu mer mais qui donné egalement sur la terrasse de l’hotel. Les volets devaient donc etre fermé afin de preserver notre intimite de la vu des autres clients de l hotel.

Staff very warm and friendly and they offered us an upgrade too (which we didn't use as we loved the decor of our booked room!) Breakfast included was exceptional! Location handy as inside Medina but close to gate for easy access from transport to room - also close to fishing port!!

Confort, propreté et service irréprochable

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et d'une grande propreté. L'accueil à la réception a été chaleureux, professionnel et toujours disponible. Le service était de qualité, et le nettoyage des chambres ainsi que des espaces communs était impeccable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans une rue agréable et calme.Avec une terrasse pour se détendre. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, et de très bonne qualité. Enfin, le Wi-Fi fonctionnait parfaitement durant tout notre séjour.

La literie n'était pas confortable du tout, et notre chambre était située à côté des toilettes de l'accueil. De plus, les chambres se trouvent directement dans le hall du couloir, ce qui n'est pas pratique lorsque des personnes s'installent dans le salon du hall, surtout quand on revient d'une activité l'après-midi et que l'on souhaite se reposer. Pendant notre séjour, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les clients, mais par la direction qui faisait des réunions tous les après-midi. Certaines personnes parlaient très fort, notamment l'une des deux femmes de la direction, ce qui était désagréable. Elles devraient faire leurs réunions ailleurs. Il y avait aussi les mouettes, mais cela fait partie du décor. Elles ne nous ont pas trop dérangés, seulement les deux premiers jours.

Great 2 days in Essaouira, we would recommend this accommodation!

Great location and professional and helpful staff, who provided useful recommendations. The room, ensuite and bed lived up to expectations. We loved the restaurant, where we had one the the best evenings in Morocco. The food, decor and live music ambiance were excellent. Booking recommended, it was full the night we went.

The balcony could be be improved, it wasn't as nice as the photos.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit direktem Zugang auf die Terrasse. Wir hatten während den 3 Tagen fast immer die ganze Terrasse für uns alleine, es war nur schade dass keine Sonnenschirme da waren. Die Mittarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ausreichend.

The female owner was very good and her restaurant and food were a high point! We had a large suite which was great and the breakfast on the roof terrace - amazing! Great location - around the corner from the wonderful cookery school & shop and a hamam 👏

Mooie kamer, fijn bed, goede badkamer, lekkere douche, hele fijne centrale locatie. Lekkerste ontbijt van de reis, vriendelijk personeel, bij binnenkomst rook het heerlijk, echt niets om over te klagen.

Beautiful small property with a perfect location close to restaurants and the main city's attractions. Oussama at the FD, Mohamed the bellman and the breakfast staff were all amazing! Highly recommended
