Great Hotel and Good location

The property is in a prime location, close to plenty of food options and a busy area with a shopping centre nearby. It was also very easy to get Ubers and travel around the area. The hotel itself felt safe, clean and well maintained. The swimming pool area was fantastic—clean, spacious and a great place for children to play and enjoy themselves. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were really happy with the location and facilities and the breakfast service was brilliant.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the way payments and additional charges were handled. When you arrive, the property requires a deposit, which I feel guests should be clearly informed about before arrival so there are no surprises. When we were checking out, I was also told that I had not paid for one of the rooms, despite having paid for everything in advance. I was asked to provide proof of payment, which I was able to do by showing my receipts. Thankfully, I had all the necessary evidence, so I did not have to make the payment again. I cannot say whether this was simply an administrative error or a misunderstanding, but as a guest, I found the situation concerning and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend keeping all payment receipts and being mindful of what you have already paid for. The property also charges government tax, which is payable before checking out. My main concern is that the hotel should have a clear record of payments made in advance and avoid putting guests in a position where they feel they are being accused of not paying. Clear communication about deposits, taxes and pre-paid bookings would make the experience much smoother.

Repeated business stay

I have regularly stayed at this hotel and this time it wasn’t a 5 star review. The hotel and staff were previously exemplary. Why: - Tried to check in earlier (appreciate it states 15:00) and told to wait by the pool and they would get me when the room was ready. Nobody came. - Room had maintainance issues, dividing balcony glass between rooms (gone) which is not ideal for safety, a couple of light bulbs broken. - Deposit still not returned and it appears city tax has been charged twice. It’s a bit of a shame.

Really nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was pretty comfortable. The location was good too. I had a good stay and would happily come back.

A wonderful hotel, full amenities and centrally located. Safe neighborhood with lots of shopping around it. Nice courtyard and pool, live music at night, but not loud or brash.

Checked out this morning, hotel is in a good location in gueliz amenities close by. Hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff especially Jihad was very pleasant.

Overall my stay was comfortable , and I’ll be back!

Location was perfect! The breakfast was delicious so many options!

Pool was small, the fight for seating around the pool was a spectacle.

You have to chase everything 2-3 times to get it done. Takes 1h for lunch food to show up.

Il manque des choses dans les chambres. Porte savon car une fois ouvert il traîne sur le rebord avec l’eau, des patères muraux pour accrocher les serviettes et les peignoirs dans la salle de bain. De plus gros contenant pour le nécessaire de toilettes.

We chose the Radisson Marrakech as the final stop of a two-week family holiday, and as a returning rewards member I had high expectations after a good previous stay. Sadly, this visit fell well short. Our suite had multiple faults on arrival. A flickering en-suite light, a non-working shower light (leaving the shower in darkness), a broken key-fob panel and a broken iron. Over the following days more problems appeared: an unusable guest toilet, a fridge that didn't cool, and balcony chairs that stayed dusty throughout. The staff were consistently polite and apologetic, and the duty manager was candid in admitting the room should never have been assigned to us. The problem was follow-through: repairs were promised daily and repeatedly not delivered, and the general manager's promised follow-up before departure never came. Credit to the individual team members for their courtesy, but for a brand of this standing and a loyalty member, this was a genuinely disappointing experience.

Gutes zentrales Hotel in Marrakech

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut grosse Auswahl Grosse saubere Zimmer.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück eine Katastrophe so etwas schlechtes habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gehabt. Bei der Reinigung der Pool umgebung könnte mehr Rücksicht auf die anliegenden Zimmer genommen werden. Es wurde geschoben und gerückt ohne Rücksicht und lärm.

La qualité des services ont baisses et le personnel n'est plus aussi aimable qu'avant C'est la 5eme fois que nous venons et nous constatons une baisse de la qualité

اعجبني النظافة والموقع وراحة السرير

تعامل موظفة الاستقبال سيء طلبتها تغيير الجناح لضيقه واعتذرت بحجة ان حجزي عن طريق البوكينق ثم غيرت مدة حجزي من البوكينق وقبل الفندق ولما رحت لها عشان تعطيني الباقي من المبلغ اعتذرت وقالت يمكن ترجع في الحساب بعد عشر ايام وفي يوم المغادرة طلبت تاخير المغادرة للساعة الواحدة وقوبلت بالرفض لن اكرر التجربة به

en excepté une des filles de la réception qui n’as même pas pris la peine de nous demander la moindre satisfaction et un des membres de la piscine ayoub obligé de quémandé les serviettes régulièrement et l’ouverture des parasol souvent absent de son poste

Had a lovely stay.. The property is situated in the centre of the city.. a small shopping mall right next to the Hotel.. Mr Khalid at the reception was very helpful.. A good place to stay in Marrakesh for sure 😊
