Redelijk verblijf maar voor een Hilton iets meer verwacht

De locatie is centraal dus dat is handig wanneer niet beschikt over eigen vervoer.

Voor een brand name als Hilton verwacht iets meer. Zo was de deurknop van de badkamer stuk, de inrichting is wel erg sober en zijn geen amenities.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Tangier. Overall, it was a good experience with some great highlights, though a few issues dragged down the stay. ​The Positives: ​Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of fresh, high-quality options. ​Standout Staff: A special shoutout to Sara, who made the local msemen at breakfast! She was extremely kind, hospitable, and attentive. Her service really started our mornings on a high note.

Areas for Improvement: ​Room Request: Prior to arrival, I had submitted a request via my booking for a room on a higher floor. Unfortunately, this was not fulfilled, and I was assigned a lower floor without much explanation. ​Major Issue: ​Unprofessional Garage Staff: The biggest negative of the trip, and frankly unacceptable for a Hilton property, was the behavior of the employee in the garage. Every single time I entered or exited the garage, he repeatedly solicited money from me, asking, "Makanch chi 9hiwa?" ("No money for coffee?"). His persistent begging and attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout my stay. ​(Note for Management: The staff member in question was working duty in the garage during my checkout on 14/09/2026 around 11:00 AM). Management urgently needs to address this behavior, as guests shouldn't feel pressured or harassed just accessing their vehicle.

Emplacement parfait proche de la gare et de la plage. Tout etait propre, personnel aux petits soin et les repas etaient copieux.

J'ai adoré le cadre entier, emplacement, propreté, service, buffets ( petit déjeuner et dinner) et le j'ai adoré le service Sans exception le personnel est a haut niveau je n'arrive pas citer Tous les noms mais tout simplement bravo 👍👍👍 à toute l'équipe et spécialement staff restaurant Merci pour votre aimable accueil

Os funcionários super atenciosos. Desde a receção, às meninas no restaurante. Nada a apontar. Muito limpo. Um centro comercial mesmo ao lado.

Great location

There is everything you would wish for,A large mall a few minutes walk away with an entire floor for food including KFC. A large supermarket on the ground floor clothes shops. The seafront is a few minutes walk away with Mc Donald’s. The Twin rooms were good size. Muhammad at the reception was most helpful. Due to increased tourism in the city he was really working hard under pressure. Thank you all for being nice.

Due to increase demand management has to arrange more room allocation. The hotel for next years increased demand, there will be great challenges for management. To encourage restaurant business a discount coupon for breakfast and dinner. Analyse the nature of visitors like Halal food, one Asian dish like butter chicken and rice. There are lots of room to increase productivity l will not go to increase room prices but be more competitive. The lady who prepared the room in floor 8 was very helpful. We shall like to thank everyone from the front door attendants, everyone at the reception perticularly Muhammad.

Nous avons réservée pour trois personne malheureusement les serviette de la doche a été pour deux il avait pas pantoufles de la chambre.

Honnêtement c’est une catastrophe cet hôtel, je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié au niveau de l’isolation, on entend beaucoup de bruit de 19 heures jusqu’à 6h du matin à plusieurs reprises j’ai appelé la réception qui a essayé de faire le nécessaire, mais je peux comprendre que ça peut être difficile de leur côté aussi on avait un vol le matin avec mon conjoint donc on a pratiquement pas dormi je déconseille

Badkamers die door een stel beunhazen is gemaakt, totaal geen waterdruk met douchen, heb niet eens gedoucht daar. Eerst kregen we een kamer op16e etage, er was continuer herrie, net als een stoomboot. Snap echt niet dat dit hotel een Hilton mag heten.

De locatie was heel goed voor de rest was het te duur

Ontbijt was heel saai en niet gevarieerd. Personeel was ok maar niet denderend

Week long stay with my brother. Really enjoyable.

Location, Location, Location!

- Very helpful staff, from reception, to restaurant, cleaning crew, Security, etc.. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM - Location -you couldn't find better even if you tried - View from our room- simply breathtaking - Breakfast- was really good, very good selection, clean, and nice Moroccan touch with the 'Moroccan corner '

The only thing I wouldn’t particularly recommend is the half-board option. The selection was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel, especially when it came to the main meals and protein options. There was also no live cooking station, which I would have expected at this level. I have to say, though, the dessert selection was amazing! Overall, for the price I paid for the half-board upgrade, I really don’t think it was worth it. I could have gone out, ordered à la carte, chosen exactly what I wanted, and probably saved some money in the process.
