Un emplacement névralgique en bord de mer avec dunes de sable à perte de vue , une propreté irréprochable et un accueil chaleureux. Le service est attentif et professionnel, le buffet est varié, copieux et savoureux, offrant chaque jour un large choix.

L’animation et les soirées sont presque exclusivement orientées vers une clientèle étrangère, en particulier allemande. Il manque une véritable touche marocaine et locale, qui aurait permis de mieux refléter la richesse culturelle du pays et d’offrir une expérience plus authentique aux visiteurs du Maroc .

The reception/service was extremely disappointing. During an issue that required urgent assistance, we were unable to reach the hotel through any available channel, and the issue was never properly resolved. We never received an apology or meaningful follow-up. Even more frustratingly, Robinson now tells us that we cannot submit a formal complaint because we booked through Booking.com. Booking.com guests should be aware of this, as you may face the same issue if something goes wrong during your stay.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Robinson Resort and truly enjoyed every moment of it. What stood out the most was the impeccable staff. The vast majority, if not all, of the team were incredibly helpful, attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference and contributed so much to making our stay enjoyable. The food and drinks were abundant, varied, and very good, with plenty of choices to suit every taste. The service throughout the resort was simply 10 out of 10 — efficient, welcoming, and consistently excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful time and left with very happy memories. A big thank you to the entire Robinson team for making our stay such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I just wanted to share something privately, and I would appreciate it if this could remain off the record and not be included in the public review. On the night of the Imsouane party, I unfortunately forgot my sunglasses inside the ROB dining area. They were a gift from my son and therefore had a great deal of sentimental value to me. Sadly, when I returned the following day to report that I had misplaced them, they could not be found. I completely understand that things can get lost, and I’m not making an accusation against anyone. I just felt disappointed that perhaps a little more time could have been taken to investigate or ask the staff who had been working in the area that evening. Given the sentimental value of the sunglasses, I would have really appreciated that extra effort. I simply wanted to get this off my chest because, despite this unfortunate experience, we genuinely had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the staff and the overall service.

C'est un très bel hôtel avec un beau jardin bien entretenu. Les activités sportives : très bon matériel, les cours sont top. Très bonne connexion wi-fi Chambres confortables grandes avec du rangement!!! Le petit dejeuner il y a du choix c'est bon mais pas de mise en avant des specialités marocaines birghrir / msemen, dommage La nourrirure est plutot très bonne en générale le matin et le soir.

Les repas du midi et le gouter très decevant Le midi : devoir aller au restaurant de la plage, pas trouver de place et personne pour reguler le flux. Très enervant Y a t-il des managers? Pas de chef d'orchestre pour accompqgner le client, aider les equipes et dispatcher le flux. Tous les midis quasiment les memes choses choses sont proposées. Le gouter : il s'agit juste des restes du midi, crudités, frites, pizza et petits gateaux. Je m'attendais à des crepes ou autre. Les creneaux avec un gouter jusqu'a 17h c'est pas génial non plus. Autre point important qui nous a beaucoup déçu, si vous ne consommez pas d'alcool vous n'êtes pas considéré et vous ne pourrez pas réserver une super place en terrasse car vous n'achetez pas de bouteille en plus. Je trouve cela discriminant vis a vis de ceux qui ne consomment pas d'alcool. Pour ces derniers points nous ne reviendrons probablement pas et c'est dommage car l'hotel à tout pour etre parfait.

Small details from our arrival already made us happy: we were a group of four and were pleasantly surprised to find that an extra proper fourth bed had been added to our room. Thank you for thinking of this! Everything was perfect throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent. A special shout-out to the restaurant team! The food was delicious and diverse, with plenty of healthy options, but what we appreciated most was the kindness and smiles of every employee. They truly made every meal a wonderful experience. Thank you to the whole team! The hotel also offers excellent sports and yoga classes, which we really enjoyed. And the massage I had was absolutely wonderful and very relaxing. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would be happy to come back!

Our only disappointment was the Robby Club for children aged 7–12. It needs better supervision and organization, as some scheduled activities don’t take place and children may be left without staff. The fact that children can leave whenever they want is also concerning for parents.

Der Club ist ein wunderschönes Ressort, mit vielen tollen Details, umfangreichen Sportangeboten, Unterhaltung und exquisiter Küche. Der Strand ist ganz ausgezeichnet und aufgrund der Lage erscheint es so, dass es der letzte Hotelkomplex ist, bevor die Natur beginnt. Das ist natürlich nicht so, denn nebenan ist das Sommerhaus des Königs und entsprechend viel Freiraum und Grün. Die liegen befinden sich geschützt auf einer Düne und unterhalb des Meer auf einem flach abfallenden Strand. Wir haben alles sehr genossen.

Uns hat alles gefallen, es war ganz wunderbar.

L'hôtel est superbe, la nourriture est délicieuse, le personnel est très accueillant, l'architecture marocaine est magnifiquement mise en valeur, et la plage est absolument charmante.

Petit bémol : il n'y a pas de thé à la menthe dans la théière au bar de la piscine, il manque un stand de msemen au petit-déjeuner, et de nombreux clients réservent les transats à la piscine et à la plage sans venir avant 15h, voire pas du tout.

Un bémol sur le buffet du déjeuner et diner, on s’attendait à mieux. Pour un hotel haut standing à agadir qui ne propose pas de fruits de mer !! Les desserts aussi n’étaient pas top Aussi je trouve pour un hotel de luxe, les cocktails n’étaient pas au rendez-vous, si on doit prendre un mojito, qui est supposé être un cocktail classique et basique, il fallait payer un plus.

Ich hatte einen absolut perfekten Urlaub in der Anlage. Für mich gibt es wirklich überhaupt gar nichts zu beanstanden. Vom Zimmer, Essen, Anlage, Pool, Meer -alles Perfekt. (Einzig alleine der Strand ist manchmal etwas unsauber. Das kommt aber eher durch die Einheimischen die sich dort abends aufhalten und leider nicht verstehen, das man seinen Müll wieder mit nach Hause nimmt). Definitiv hervorzuheben ist das wirklich super freundliche Personal- sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Auch der Well Fit Sportbereich ist grandios. Kurse und Training auf sehr hohem Level. Man kann sich durch die Vielfalt der Angebote durchprobieren. Anna, Faithal und Simon haben Energie für 10. Hat super viel Spaß gemacht. Der Well Fit Spa Bereich schließt sich dem an. Auch hier sehr gute Behandlungen.. Essen für mich ohne Worte. Sehr gesund und auch hier vielfältig und lecker... Ich komme definitiv wieder...

Die wunderschöne Ausstattung des Interieurs des Hotels. Es gab viele liebevoll eingerichtete Sitzmöglichkeiten, um die schöne Atmosphäre auf sich wirken zu lassen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A 5 star hotel but not quite a 5 star experience.

The Sauna infusions were incredible, a real highlight. Food was amazing, the best hotel food we’ve had abroad. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff really friendly and helpful and genuinely seem happy to work there.

It’s a 5 star hotel but a few of their processes stop it being a 5 star experience: Check in, they won’t take your bags to the room until you’ve got a sticker from check in and then they take 45 minutes to arrive- we would’ve walked with them. Exercise classes and food service timings are difficult to match up. The coffee machine turned itself off mid way through depending my coffee at breakfast as it turned 11. I feel the late check out could’ve been arranged earlier, it was7pm the night before, we paid for it, then we were locked out of our room. (Which took half an hour to sort out) and then no-one knew about the taxi we’d booked to take us to the airport.

Unforgettable stay at ROBINSON

We are a couple from Italy who stayed at ROBINSON Agadir at the end of June to the beginning of July, and we had a wonderful experience. We came mainly to play padel, and the facilities were excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes every day. The cleanliness throughout the resort was of a very high standard, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Omar for his professionalism and kindness. Most of the guests were German, which is understandable given that the resort is German-owned, but there were also visitors from many other countries. What we loved most was the warm and friendly atmosphere. Everyone greeted each other with a smile, and it truly felt like being part of one big family. Another lovely detail was the beautiful cats around the resort. They were clearly well cared for and very friendly, and we really enjoyed their company. We truly had a fantastic holiday and are already thinking about coming back. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for excellent sports facilities, great food, outstanding service, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Un séjour parfait ! Le club est magnifique, la verdure est superbe, les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. La restauration est excellente et variée, et les activités sont nombreuses et très bien organisées. Une magnifique expérience, je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec grand plaisir :)

Average hotel with great food

The food was absolutely amazing. Great selection and most importantly excellent quality and taste. The room was comfortable, clean and it was quiet at night :) The staff was nice.

I'm just not convinced overall. The outside pool area was a total letdown. There is no policy to not reserve sunbeds and no hotel staff preventing it. Guests reserve beds on their way to breakfast already, so it's hard to get a good space later on. I thought it's standard these days that hotels prevent this from happening. This had a huge negative impact on our holiday. Everything is on a tight schedule. The kids club has very short opening times, so if you want to attend sports programs and rely on the kids club to be free for your activity, the options are quite limited. Everything needs to be pre booked in the app, so it's hard to be spontaneous.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿I thought to write this review as a Scottish couple who stayed at this hotel for the past week, to share our experience as I didn't see any other Scots writing when I was browsing trip advisor (and I love to read a good review before booking!) 🌍🌍🌍 So here goes! ... Myself and my partner stayed here all inclusive for the past week, overall the experience was brilliant, our taxi transfer on the way to the airport return flight commented on how this is one of the nicest hotels in Agadir to stay. The hotel itself is massive- PREPARE to get your steps in! ... It is a fully gated resort, with round the clock surveillance, you feel safe here. I appreciated the gates as there were loads of stray dogs who walk around outside the hotel and in Agadir, they don't get into the hotel grounds. Things we enjoyed at the hotel: the beach cabanas and hammocks, the indoor spa and giant sauna, visiting the garden with all of the fruit trees, the overall Moroccan theme of the hotel and how well landscaped it all was. There are so many people working at this hotel who are constantly gardening, maintaining the buildings, restaurant staff asking if you need anything etc. A real luxury at this hotel was how relaxed the staff were. No silly paper all inclusive cups here, just real glasses you are trusted to take anywhere on the resort- Yes, even poolside! I've been at other hotels where they are moaning at you for moving glasses out of a certain area or the silly flimsy paper ones. This doesn't happen here. We were a bit worried about the food at the hotel as it was our first time in Morocco and know that you shouldn't be eating food prepared with or drink the tap water. However, rest assured, the hotel supplies unlimited bottled water and has it's own filtration system. (You can read about it on the website) So all ice etc in drinks is fine. We enjoyed the amazing tagines, freshly prepared dishes each day. Selecting food intentionally that was piping hot. The bottles of water are also good for taking away on day excursions/ beach. "Le Taj", was a brilliant addition to the hotel- a coffee shop included in all inclusive. You can sit and overlook the sand dunes of the kings palace. Sadly, I was really looking forward to exploring the immense sand dunes at the hotel in advertising pictures, however you are actually not allowed as these are part of a royal palace and although no real official fence border on the beach, there are security who will come and shout at you if you try walk left towards them. Which is tragic as they look amazing. One thing you can do to plan in advance is download the Robinson club app, this is good because it tells you all about the themed dress nights and what the entertainment is. One of the stand out things about this hotel for us was how easy it was to book excursions. We booked and did Camel riding, which was around £30 pp and lasted 2h total, including transfers from a friendly guide to a ranch desert area. We got to see baby camels and go on a long ride through the dusty terrain. The second excursion we did was croc park, again around £30 for a 3h trip, we seen 300 nile crocodiles , snakes and turtles. Well worth booking!!! I wish we had more time at the hotel, I'd say 10-14 days is the perfect amount of time to relax and enjoy memorable excursions - there were so many I'd loved to have done but we didn't have the time on our trip- The High Atlas, Paradise Valley, Marrakech, Essouria etc etc. Think of the hotel as a base for adventure and memories if you wish, book in enough time to do everything you want to do. (Booking excursions is so easy, you just go to the information centre the day before) It is worth noting that the majority of guests at this hotel are German. Quite often staff approach and begin speaking to you in German. The only real time this was an issue was the entertainment section of the holiday as most nights the welcome was done fully in German. We had no idea what was going on. The entertainment in general was fine, a particular highlight was the 1001 show in the theatre, the staff put in a great deal of effort with that. However, we found that even as a young couple, the DJ entertainment was a bit poorer. The songs being played made keeping people up dancing a bit more tricky as it was more deep house beats than holiday entertainment light-hearted. We would have appreciated more well known songs- alot or random German music. Some top tips: -No need to pack beach towels, they're provided. -We didn't see any mosquitos at all the full time which was brilliant as I had been so bitten in Greece the previous year. So no need to go overkill with the bug spray buying. -Dress modestly for dinner. -Bring cover ups as it does get really cold in the evening. -Bring trainers etc for trips out/ lots of walking. -visit the Medina in the hotel!

We verbleven in de junior suite, ruime kamer met goede bedden. Ook op de badkamer met bad en regendouche niets op aan te merken. Eten was gevarieerd en voor ieder wat wils, het lunchrestaurant aan het strand was iedere middag top!

Would return to this hotel

Stayed here for 4 nights middle of May . Possible one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in the food and drink was excellent. Could possibly had more for children at night ie pizza or chicken nougats but my son got by. Staff were excellent and helpful. Plenty room at hotel with lots of spaces for peace and quiet. We played golf in the area courses in Agadir were decent the Course up at Tazeghout for poor.

Obst bestand grösstenteils aus Äpfel, Birnen und Trauben und wurde zum Obstsalat verarbeitet. Wir hatten uns besonders auf das sonnengereifte frische Obst im April gefreut und wurden hier leider enttäuscht. Allgemein waren wir vom Essen nicht so angetan.

Betten sind zu hart, Beim Mittagessen war der Service nicht immer perfekt, aber die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat das wettgemacht.

El hotel en sí y sus instalaciones son muy buenas. Cómodo y bonito.

Hotel exclusivamente dedicado a Alemania. Si eres español, ni siquiera puedes hacer las actividades porque son exclusivamente en alemán, ni siquiera en inglés, que nos hubiera valido. Desayuno correcto y algo más. Resto de comidas, regular. El todo incluido voy a llamarlo light... No entra siquiera un mojito.

Geniale Hotelanlage mit umfassendem Angebot und sehr grossem Buffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt hat sehr Spass gemacht.

Nice stay at the beach

A very beautiful and well-maintained facility. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle, making it a quiet and peaceful spot.

The beach bar is a bit disappointing, as it offers very little. Many people complained about the food, but I found it mostly good.

Breezy!

We’re staying here right now and having a great time at this beautiful resort. It is a German run hotel but they certainly set the standards high. Everything is first class: the food, spacious rooms, views, cleanliness and sports’ programme. The only minor thing missing for me was not being able to swim in the sea due to the wind. However, the pool is crystal clear and a joy to swim in. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll have a brilliant holiday.

Great time at Robinson Agadir

We stayed at Robinson Agadir in April this year. We had a great time but there were a couple of issues we need to mention. We arrived at around midnight, we had chosen a room on line but when we arrived we were told that we had been allocated a better room and we would not have to pay, I was a little synical about this however the room turned out to be great, it was on the top floor with a view over the sand dunes and the sea. However we then had to carry our own cases from reception to the room as it was too late for a buggy, it was 12.15 and we were told the buggy’s finished at 12 midnight. This was a fair walk with all our luggage, fortunately a security guard showed us where the room was. Our other issue was with the restaurant used for lunch time near the beach, when we first ate there we noticed a bowl with carrots in was covered in flys, I mentioned this to the chef and he said “no flys” in rather an abrupt manner. I did email the hotel to mention this but did not receive a reply. We also requested gluten free bread as I am celiac, we were told again abruptly that they could not do gluten free bread, however after some discussion another member of staff got us some from the main restaurant. Other than these issues we had a great experience at this hotel. The grounds are well maintained with staff constantly fixing mending and painting. One of our favourite places to chill was by the pond where you could watch frogs and swallows catching insects over the water. This is a large hotel but the grounds are big enough so that it is easy to find a quiet spot. The bar staff were particularly helpful and friendly and we never had to wait to long to get a drink. The room was kept very clean and the cleaner very kindly got us a kettle, bar staff were happy to give us milk to take to the room so we could have tea. The hotel is situated at the end of the hotel strip, there is easy access to the promenade that runs all the way to the marina, on the other side of the hotel are sand dunes, these are very picturesque but out of bounds because past the sand dunes is the kings palace. Entertainment was great, staff obviously worked very hard on this in the theatre.
