J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel est à proximité de centre ville et de la place de hassan aussi , le personnels est magnifique et sont toujours au service des clients. Les plats de restaurant sont délicieux avec un prix acceptable. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

إقامة مريحة وممتعة، والمكان نظيف وهادئ. أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال واللطف والتعامل الراقي.

هناك بعض التفاصيل البسيطة التي يمكن تحسينها، لكن بشكل عام كانت الإقامة جيدة جداً وكنت راضياً عن تجربتي.

Expérience très décevante – Rapport qualité-prix inacceptable Très déçu par cet établissement dont les tarifs élevés ne correspondent absolument pas aux prestations fournies. Pour une réservation effectuée pour 3 personnes, l'équipement de la chambre était nettement insuffisant : seulement 2 serviettes de bain et aucun sèche-cheveux à disposition. La personne qui nous a reçu à l’accueil a été plus que désagréable envers mon fils qui devait récupérer quelques affaires à l’hôtel et a refusé de le laisser entrer… La salle de bain accumule les dysfonctionnements : le pommeau de douche est de très mauvaise qualité avec un débit d'eau famélique, et le siphon était bouché, transformant la douche en bain de pieds forcé. Dans la chambre, l'équipement de base fait défaut : Pas de mini-frigo pour garder des boissons au frais. Télévision hors service tout au long du séjour. Pour couronner le tout, l'isolation phonique est quasi inexistante : nous avons subi l'intégralité des bruits des chambres voisines et des passages dans le couloir. Payer un tel prix pour un service aussi médiocre est tout simplement inacceptable. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Considering that it is a small hotel, I think the service level was really good and the room I got was clean and good.

Food was nice .

Wasnt clean, bathroom was dated and dirty , uncomfortable actually. extremely run down area, very noisy on the street at nighttime shouting and roaring till 5am, adult men, police etc.. we did not feel safe. Dead cats all over the place . We left and went to another hotel. Nothing in the room, no tea/coffee facilites, no hairdryer had to ask for one, had to ask for toilet paper.. towels were small and sparse. Wouldn't go back.

Comfortable

Malak hotel was comfortable, clean and staff were very welcoming and very accommodating of our needs. The hotel was within walking distance of many of the sites! I wanted to give a shout out to the evening reception person…. We were really needing a room that night and the only one available were 2 twin beds for 3 of us at Malak Hotel. The reception gave us a room with a double bed and a twin. Really grateful for this! We had a comfortable night sleep and felt rejuvenated for a day of walking in the city! Thank you again!

Nourriture achetée et pas retrouvé. A sûrement été jeté à la poubelle par la personne qui a fait la chambre. Valeur 10€. Pas de compensation proposée de suite nous étions sur le départ. Ce n'est pas tellement la valeur mais le principe que nous n'avons pas apprécié

Funcionarios muito simpaticos e prestativos, bom pequeno almoço, localização próximo a Medina, fácil acesso a transportes, taxis a porta e mais uma vez uma equipa 5 estrelas.

Água do duche um pouco franca e travesseiros muito altos, mas isso é gosto particular nosso!

Lindo hotel pero la ubicación no es la mejor

El salón de espera, el lugar de la piscina muy lindo y cómodo. Las habitaciones están bien, tienen aire acondicionado y las cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno, siempre tienen el té típico, ofrecen jugo de fruta natural, frutas frescas, entre otros platillos calientes. Bastante contundente.

Lo que menos me gustó fue la ubicación, está en un sector muy oscuro y para llegar debes caminar por callejones que dan sensación de inseguridad. Tuvimos que pedir las toallas porque olvidaron dejarlas y luego tuvimos que pedir el papel higiénico, es desagradable tener que salir del cuarto para realizar este tipo de peticiones básicas.

I really appreciated the hotel site as being near the train station. I didn't find difficulties to be there in a few minutes after my arrival. The staff was indeed welcoming. The room was comfortable.

I have to pay your attention in just two things that should be taken into concideration. First, there is no fridge in the room. A fact that disturbed me as after a long journey (10 hours on train) I was in need of fresh water.. Second, after having à shower, I noticed that the bathroom was in need to be drained. The place was full of water all the night ...
