Overall great hotel with stunning artdeco lobby. Very comfortable bedding and amenities. Very nice location and all staff were helpful and attentive. Highly recommended for Casablanca.

Un très bel établissement

C'est sans aucun doute l'un des plus beaux hôtels de Casablanca. J'ai adoré les chambres : elles sont vraiment spacieuses, la literie est magnifique et très confortable. Du café est mis à disposition, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Franchement, d'un point de vue décoration, aménagement, confort et qualité de la literie, c'est un sans-faute. L'hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et très bien situé. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avons également découvert un excellent restaurant à environ cinq minutes à pied, Le petit-déjeuner est bon. Globalement, c'est un très bel établissement que je recommande avec plaisir.

S'il y avait un point à améliorer, je dirais que les télévisions mériteraient d'être remplacées par des Smart TV. Cela peut sembler être un détail, mais aujourd'hui, c'est un vrai plus lorsque l'on séjourne dans un hôtel. Concernant le service, je pense qu'il gagnerait à être un peu plus proactif. Par exemple, à notre arrivée, personne ne nous a proposé d'aide avec nos bagages et toutes les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes à l'heure prévue. Ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver, bien sûr, et cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour. En revanche, pour un établissement de ce standing, je pense qu'un service qui anticipe davantage les besoins des clients ferait toute la différence et serait parfaitement en accord avec la qualité des lieux.

We had a wonderful experience at Le Casablanca Hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everyone made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Nourddine, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. His hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the warm welcome and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Casablanca!

We came to Le Casablanca Hotel for dinner and had a fantastic experience. A special thank you to our waiter, Nourdine, who was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. He even treated us to complimentary drinks on the house, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the service made our dinner even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend Le Casablanca Hotel. Thank you, Nourdine, for being such a great waiter!

Ignorant and arrogant boy check me in. Didnt feel am welcomed. They had big pool party till 2am, i booked one say before i checked in, yet no one mentioned the party at booking nor at check in

Magnificenty hotel

Perfectly located in the very calm street, next to the center of the city, a very beautiful hotel with great taste; everything is organized for the client to feel at home. Service, food, and decoration is excellent. We stayed 4 nights with family and kids. I recommend!

Modern Hotel in Casablanca

This hotel seems to cater to both business travelers and vacationers. It is a fairly modern hotel, with on-site bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Our room was fine and we had a quiet, restful sleep. The staff was professional and friendly. Everything about the hotel seemed efficient.

Great hotel. The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. It had a great patio and pool area. The room was large and comfortable (get a room with the garden view). The bedding and linens were wonderful, very comfortable. They provided a delicious breakfast buffet. We tried two of their restaurants and both had excellent food. Their staff was outstanding,

Excellent choice for both business and leisure

Had a great experience at Le Casablanca. The setting is elegant and calm, perfect for both relaxation and business meetings. The service was excellent, and the spa was a real highlight, peaceful and very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel stay

We traveled as part of a tour group and were fortunate to stay at Le Casablanca for one overnight. It was a lovely hotel with top notch service and a nice breakfast selection.

Currency exchange scam

If you plan to exchange currency at the front desk, know that the hotel skims off the top. We needed to exchange dollars for dirham - the concierge gave us a rate that was below the published bank rate and told us that if we wanted a receipt, we would have to wait 30 minutes for a manager to arrive in his office. We needed to make several business phone calls and so we waited for the manager who handed us a receipt showing the published bank rate - AND additional dirham to make up the difference between the bank rate and the lower rate we had received from the concierge.

An upmarket hotel

An upmarket hotel with upmarket prices but reception staff are excellent. Entry level room is large, bedding very good.

Pretty hotel but smell of cigarettes smoke from bar

Spent 1 night here on 4th floor room. This is a noisy hotel with music playing from the bar downstairs as well as other clubs adjacent to the hotel. Also smoking is permitted in the bar which the smoke and smell rises up to the guest rooms. Very nasty smelling. Hard to sleep in a noisy stinky room. Very disappointing stay. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Splendide

Very well appointed and located hotel.

I did enjoy my stay at Le Casablanca. I did enjoy the Art Deco decor and the light common areas and the outside as well the restaurant bar. The rooms are large and comfortable as well the bathrooms and the concierge service has been absolutely marvellous. My only “disappointment” come from the rather smoky atmosphere of the bar area….i do smoke but I haven’t been used at inside smoking for many years…I do think that smoking outside is a better option!!!

Customer Service not the highest standard.

The hotel has a very comfortable area for dining and relaxing or having business meetings. The ambiance is very nice.

Very careless service with booking staff and housekeeping requests. When booking I specifically requested that the hotel driver (paid a lot of money for the airport pick up )would 100% be waiting in an easily identifiable spot. The reception assured me - no issues. I explained that I had problem before not being able to find a driver. They informed me it was not necessary to be concerned and would share the driver number. I arrived at Casablanca airport not able to use roaming reliant on airport wifi, whilst waiting at passport control I noticed they have NOT given me the number of the driver., I emailed the hotel while wiating - after 30 mins there was no reply and I was out of the terminal. I assumed ( as I should ) that everything would be OK. I went outside - the driver was not there!!!! there were a lot of other drivers but not mine. I looked everywhere all around, there were other drivers waiting but not mine! I had to pay money to call the hotel , I was late for a meeting. The reception man said he would call the driver and find him, I told him exactly where i was waiting ( under a big blue sign that said taxis!) . After 6 mins no driver still , I was still looking and I called the hotel AGAIN very annoyed , suddenly the driver appeared. On arrival at the hotel I told the reception I was so upset , my boss was waiting for me to call back I was late.. I was waiting for some gesture , but nothing and I was a returning guest. I had to ask for a nicer aspect( not the road) facing room. it was not offered to me, nothing was offered to me! Not even a drink! He said they were full, then suddenly I will give you a suite! I explained suite not needed just change side of bldg. The next day I asked for h/ keeping with bed linen as it was too hot to sleep. I returned that evening after work - not done.

Le luxe et le confort se conjuguent parfaitement pour créer une expérience inoubliable. Le personnel est professionnel tout en étant discret. Service irréprochable
