The room was clean,no view and the bedding was also clean.the towels in the bathroom were clean but had seen better days the breakfast

The breakfast left alot to be desired In other hotels in the country you get a nice variety of breads,here you only see unshaped small loaves that surely hadn't been proofed,there was no fresh fruit and when l asked for water it was tapwater in a jug I may stay in the hotel again but l will not have the breakfast

La porte du garage parking n’est pas électrique et a une trentaine de mètre avec une grande montée , en plus de ça , c’est un garde sécurité qui doit nous ouvrir à chaque fois

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at ODYSSEE Boutique Hotel Casablanca. The hotel is in an excellent location in the city center, close to Casa Port and many restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🇲🇦✨

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und es hat einen eignen gratis Tiefgaragenparkplatz - nur wenige Stellplätze, darum unbedingt reservieren.

Alles etwas alt . Vor allem die Wände . Die Möbel sind teilweise neu. Der Gang, der Lift sind alt und etwas duster.

Une expérience gâchée par une responsable au comportement inadmissible Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel Odyssée du 11 au 13 août. Je tiens tout d’abord à préciser que le personnel de la réception, les femmes de ménage ainsi que l’équipe du petit-déjeuner ont été irréprochables, adorables et très professionnels. Ils ne sont absolument pas responsables de notre déception. En revanche, nous avons été profondément choqués par le comportement de la responsable du 1er étage, qui semble superviser les chambres ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Pendant l’intégralité de notre séjour, nous avons été témoins de scènes particulièrement désagréables : remarques méprisantes, ton agressif, cris et réprimandes envers les employés, le tout devant les clients. Son attitude envers les équipes était franchement humiliante et donnait une image extrêmement mauvaise de l’établissement. Ce qui est le plus choquant, c’est de voir des employés qui, eux, restent souriants, disponibles et respectueux avec la clientèle, se faire parler de manière aussi dégradante par leur responsable. Ce genre de comportement n’a absolument pas sa place dans un établissement hôtelier. Une responsable se doit d’encadrer ses équipes avec respect, professionnalisme et dignité, et non de les rabaisser ou de leur crier dessus devant les clients. À plusieurs reprises, nous nous sommes sentis mal à l’aise d’assister à ces scènes, au point que cela a réellement impacté notre séjour. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que sans cette personne et son comportement, nous aurions probablement laissé un avis très positif. La direction devrait sérieusement s’interroger sur ce type de management. Les employés méritent le respect, et les clients méritent également de ne pas être témoins de scènes aussi désagréables pendant leur séjour. Un hôtel ne se résume pas à ses chambres : la manière dont le personnelm est traité fait également partie de l’expérience que l’on offre aux clients. Amel

First time at a boutique hotel and I loved. Clean friendly staff and helpful with directions. Breakfast was very fulfilling. Easy to get to other places.

Hotels was perfect, the traffic and crossing the roads was an experience indeed.

The breakfast was excellent. Verity and loved the tea and pastries.

The staff rotates, some staff are nice others are not and there is an issue with iron press. They dont have many so there issue when requesting. Also need to mention that the bathroom is out dated, caulking is molding and looks like needs maintenance.

Le falta un poco de cuidado en las instalaciones especialmente en el cuarto de baño, donde hay falta de higiene incluso moho en la ducha.

I really appreciated the decoration inside the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would loved if the breakfast included was more varied, but overall the food was good.

The hygiene and cleanliness needs to be improved. During our stay, towels and the cushion of my bed were dirty. Also, in terms of maintenance, the elevator needs a serious maintenance on its ground.

Budget hotel for short stay

This is a cheap hotel and it's noticable. The breakfast leaves a lot to be wanted, the room felt dated and the shower was moldy. It was so mediocre that I honestly don't feel like writing about it anymore. What I will say is that the personel were nice and helpful. If budget is what you're after and your trip isn't too long go for it. But don't expect anything else.

Een top hotel kan niet anders zeggen. Kan ook niets negatiefs zeggen. Perfecte plek in de stad. Privé parkeerplaats. Perfecte kamer zeker qua grootte. Goede douche met lekkere zeep. Prima ontbijt! Lieve mensen ook aan de receptie. Zeker aan te bevelen!

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق مختلفة عن تجربتي السابقة، وللأسف لم تكن بالمستوى الذي اعتدته. يبدو أن هناك تراجعًا ملحوظًا في مستوى الخدمة وجودة المرافق مقارنة بزيارتي السابقة. في المقابل، أود الإشادة بموظفي الاستقبال، فقد كانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وتعاملهم كان ممتازًا طوال فترة الإقامة. أما بالنسبة للغرف، فقد كانت التجربة دون التوقعات. في الغرفة الأولى (205) لم تكن الثلاجة موجودة، وكان السرير غير مريح إطلاقًا، بالإضافة إلى أن التلفاز لم يكن يعمل. وبعد طلب تغيير الغرفة، أصبح التلفاز يعمل وكان السرير أفضل، إلا أن الثلاجة في الغرفة الجديدة(220)كانت معطلة أيضًا. كما أن الإفطار يحتاج إلى تحسين، سواء من حيث تنوع الأصناف أو جودة الخدمة. الخيارات المتاحة كانت محدودة، كما أن إعداد بيض الأومليت كان يستغرق وقتًا طويلًا، مما تسبب في انتظار غير مبرر. آمل أن تتم معالجة هذه الملاحظات، لأن الفندق يمتلك مقومات ممتازة، وقد سبق لي الإقامة فيه وكانت التجربة آنذاك رائعة. أتمنى أن يستعيد المستوى الذي عُرف به سابقًا. My stay at this hotel was quite different from my previous visit, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standard I had experienced before. There appears to have been a noticeable decline in both the quality of service and the condition of the facilities compared to my last stay. On the positive side, I would like to commend the reception staff. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. As for the room, it fell short of expectations. The first room (205) did not have a refrigerator, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the television was not working. After requesting a room change, the television worked and the bed was much more comfortable; however, the refrigerator in the new room was also not functioning. The breakfast also needs improvement, both in terms of variety and service. The selection was limited, and the chef took a considerable amount of time to prepare omelets, resulting in unnecessary waiting. Чистый уютный номер, есть своя подземная бесплатная парковка, мы останавливались чисто на одну ночь после самолета

Le colazioni… devo dire che per un 4 stelle, la colazione è discutibile, il cibo non era fresco, abbiamo passato lì due notti e onestamente sembrava dei giorni prima. La persona che è stata con me è stata male poco dopo aver mangiato la colazione il giorno della nostra partenza, io fortunatamente ho evitato l’incidente non facendo colazione quella mattina.

二重予約されており問い合わせても無料キャンセルができなかった。しかも、着いたら予約されてないと待たされて予約がわかったら、カードキーとドアが壊れた部屋を案内され、開かず修理を呼ぶ羽目になった。 翌朝、その件で二重予約した一室分は返金を求めたが あまりにもホテル側の対応が悪かった。仕事中はガムを噛まないで接客してほしい。
